Ryan said he will diagnose the problem for free... and finally says he completed the job even though I asked him to wait for my approval. Reasoning he gives is,, only if fixed he will know soving the problem. Finally the problem with my laptop is not actually fixed, though it was a straight job. Pricing is expensive too, dont recommend his service - you can find better and affordable service. Even best buy is chesper than him . He is unprofessional and not transparent. Dont recommend to anyone. Now I really doubt the 4.9 star rating - i repent falling for it. Persuaded for more services.

Wonderful service! I called because I was told that my computer had been hacked and all of my accounts were compromised and was told by some technician that I had to pay $450 to get my computer up and running...long story short, I called Computers To Go and Ran immediately extinguished all of my fears. Just for the peace of mind I asked if he could do a diagnostic check on my computer and he was so helpful and accommodating. Computers to go gave me a free evaluation of my beer-drenched laptop on a Saturday morning. Within hours the business owner had dried out my computer and fortunately for me, found no damage, so I had my computer back within hours at no charge. Not many businesses would give such fast, friendly, high-quality service on a weekend. Ran is truly the best. He is very knowledgeable, and I will definitely be back when other computer woes crop up or Im ready for a new system.

My hard drive got trashed when my computer fell to the floor. Ran looked at it, pronounced it DOA and told (and showed) me why, suggested replacing the drive rather than the computer as a whole (the aluminum body of my Toshiba laptop is a treasure these days, he said), suggested that I upgrade to an SSD drive, which I did, and put everything together and reinstalled all basic software for a fair price, shared up front. He is a true professional who loves his work and tries to treat his customers the way he would wish to be treated. Hes also a good and decent man. I brought my hp laptop to Best Buy where they tried to charge me $90 just to diagnose the problem. I brought it to Ran and within 20 minutes he told me that the motherboard was broken and the computer wouldn’t be worth fixing. He then proceeded to help me back up all of my files and data onto an external hard drive free of charge. I highly recommend his services for any of your computer needs - he is a very knowledgeable and caring guy.

Very bad service. Told me to get a local phone since my mobile was too bad.. (I said I didnt have a local). I conduct on my cellphone daily. My question was simple, do you have experience building gaming computers, mainly dealing with GPU integration. Told me to go to a known store (Apple, etc.), said its not worth it to build a computer.. frustrating since I had to defend my reasoning behind why I want to build a computer and still evaded my question.

Not trustworthy, not competent and any service he offers you can get better and cheaper from GeekSquad or licensed repair shops.I possess expertise in computer hardware, networking and general IT. I live in another state from my elderly parents. They hired this guy to do something utterly simple—program a replacement TiVo remote to work with their Hitachi TV. Not only was he unable to do this very simple task, but he attempted to charge them $150.00 to repair their old remote—which he also failed to do. Mind you, a replacement stock Tivo remote costs $30-$40 and typically takes a layperson 5-10 minutes to program. My parents have the simplest of setups—a TV and TiVo box, nothing else.I was able to program this new remote in all of 3 minutes—for free. I suspect he was attempting to take advantage of my parents because of their age.On top of it, he went ballistic when my parents refused to pay the insane $150.00 he was demanding for the service he failed to complete. Swearing, threatening physical violence...Really disturbing behavior. They gave him a check for $50, which frankly, was far more than fair given the simple task he failed to complete. He acted like a nutcase, started ranting that he taped their conversation and was going to sue them. My mother was frightened of him. He sent them a letter demanding **$800** some weeks later—now including legal fees after supposedly consulting a lawyer. How absurd.He took my parents to small claims court and my parents won the judgement. They didnt need to pay a thing, after all. Im appalled that he would take such measures but whatever, Im just glad that my family doesnt have to deal with Ran Eytan ever again.FYI you can purchase reviews these days. If he has 5 stars then I’m Bill Gates.

I’m in Tennessee and when I have a problem I just get on the phone Ran connects to my computer over the internet gets it solved. My only problem, and has nothing to do with Ran, is that I have HughesNet internet which is extremely slow.I highly recommend Computers to Go!
