It was just ok. I had taken a trip with my pup and there was a lot of dog hair in the car. They missed a number of areas including the cup holders and the door handles.It was a decent clean but not as thorough as I would have expected for doing vacuuming by hand.The outside was cleaned decently, the machine missed a couple spots.

I came here after a 1200 mile road trip and got a wash with the interior option added. The service got rid of all the dead bugs on my windshield, cleaned the dog drool off the inside of my back windows, made those road snack crumbles disappear. Im super super happy with this place.Dont expect a full detail (although they do offer that) and youll probably leave satisfied. Any bad review was probably because they expected a 200 dollar service for their 10 dollars extra price.

I visited today and got the $21 wash.The wash itself was decent.But, this is my third visit to this place and was unsatisfied for a second time.My rims still had filth on them when I drove not too far away to get my kids a kids meal from Wendys in Massillon (I own a newer model vehicle)The tire shine was almost non existent.I ended up buying and spraying my own tire shine when I got to walmart.But as a person who owned a detailing business and has 11 years detailing experience ....This really isnt worth the price.I came back because I was given a free wash after having a similar issue a few months back.The free wash was excellent!!!And I returned today to be disappointed again.

Tore off my jeep wrangler mirror, didnt do nothing or feel they were responsible. Handed me my mirror they found laying in wash area and walked away.

High quality car wash and worth the extra cost compared to a diy car wash. The mats were vacuumed and washed, the dash was dusted and windows cleaned and all little storage areas of my car perfectly cleaned. The charge was $22 for the full service wash. Very reasonably priced for the detailed cleaning my car received.

Went there today 9/4/21 paid 21$ for the works, got through the line, and the kids at the end forgot to give me the tire shine I paid for, and also still had to come home and basically wash my car. Very poor quality and won’t recommend. Red carpet has been emailed

Very good wash! My car is cleaner than it has ever been inside and out.My only complaint is that I wish they had been more careful when wiping down the inside of my car. They accidently turned the parking light on and didnt turn it off again, so my car died over night without me noticing causing for a quite frantic next day. We were able to get it up and running again, but I could have done without the heart attack.

I like this place for their service and speed. Staff working there are friendly and as always my car comes out clean. Highly recommend the monthly wash packages.

The Red Carpet Car Wash is my favorite car wash place. The automatic wash does an awesome job. Then if you get the works, the employees does an amazing job drying your vehicle afterwards. They are all so friendly. I love this place!!

Quick and convenient down the street from my house for when Im feeling lazy. Inside and out isnt perfect but for 21$ the kids could do a better job! Over all if you want something done right do it yourself 😉

We went to Red Carpet today for an interior and exterior wash totaling $31. When we got to our car it wasn’t fully wiped down, the tires were suppose to be polished but they were not. The interior was not wiped down nor were the seats swept. My car was not filthy but it did not get cleaned like we felt it should have been for $31.

First time going here and got “The Works” and they did an okay job overall. Outside looked good but the inside was very lazy. Barely vacuumed anything inlcuding like half of my middle row of seats/floor and didn’t even touch the back row seats or floor at all. Probably won’t be back to spend that much money again for such a lazy job.

I had my interior detailed and it was returned to me in decent shape. A few spots were missed but they were old stains. The more difficult part was the communication. They asked that I drop my car off at 9 am and they forgot to tell me it was done. If I hadnt come to get my car before they closed, I wouldnt have gotten it back that day. They were apologetic and very courteous about the matter afterwards.

First time there and will for sure be back. The manager Trisha went above and beyond (she deserves a raise). She saw that the outside and the windows werent completely clean so she had the windows redone and spot cleaned the outside at the end.Great experience, highly recommend.

Now this was terrible they had like 4/6 12yrs old cleaning out my car$22 is what it cost me inside of my car wasnt clean at all

Went to get my inside of my car cleaned and it wasnt done rt

I’ve been here before and they did an amazing job last time. This time however it was pretty luster. Paid for the works and ended up doing the work myself. The guy collecting money was really nice, left a good tip since it was a bit cold. I deliver newspapers so I know that my car can be a little more work than others but I bagged up all the big pieces of trash so they wouldn’t have to worry about collecting the mess from that. They left said bag of trash on my back seat and did not sweep under it I had a car seat base that I unbuckled for them, didn’t vacuum underneath, barely vacuumed the other seats. Didn’t clean under the floor mats or very well under the seats either. Cleaned the touch screen for the radio but didn’t bother to wipe down anything else on the inside. Didn’t clean the inside of the windows either. When they were done wiping the car they didn’t say a single word to me, that is was all done or thanks for coming in. There was one guy who was wiping it down that told me to have a good day but he moved to another car before they were finished. I also requested they not open the trunk and they followed those instructions which is why I’m leaving two stars. Nice guy taking money, nice guy at the end and not opening my trunk.

Asked for a works car wash paid 28 dollars and windows are terrible and specifically asked for the wheels to be cleaned did a terrible job. Hard to go back with service like this. Shame on. You guys.

I purchased the Works inside and out car wash. Outside of the car was done very nicely. I expected more from the inside vacuum. I expect a lot for $25. I would rather go to a different place, get $5 car wash and free vacuum it myself.Waiting inside and watching the car go through was kinda fun. The kids really liked it. I felt obligated to leave a tip in their tip box. So I guess it cost me more than $25.I probably wont be back.

Paid 28 bucks for inside and outside wash. I pointed out that my windshield wasnt cleaned last time I had it done. This time the windshield and interior dash werent done. I wasted 28 dollars. Called to complain. They did offer to re do the vehicle, but I didnt have time. I wont be back.

They have friendly staff and good prices.They do inside and outside, with several levels of cleaning. They even offer reasonably priced monthly unlimited wash packages.

Awesome job, especially today. I have the monthly was package deal on 3 cars. I stopped in today for a wash & there were long streaks of road tar down the side after the wash. Two of the workers grabbed some special spray bottle & worked together to make it spotless!! Also love that they dry the door jams every time. Great place!!

I recently moved here from Texas and this was my first time here at this car wash. Paid $26 for full service car wash and I’m am extremely dissatisfied!! 12-11-18. 1:31 pm. The man taking your money was very nice but after my truck (black f150) was done at the wash cycle the people working at the end drying and wiping door jams showed they need some more training, they only wiped half the door jams(front)and forgot the back doors completly, watched him as he did it and he was paying more attention to his coworkers than what he was doing. After they were done they just walked away and didn’t say anything to me, I had to ask if they were finished. I was in a bit of a hurry so I don’t take the time to say anything. After I got home I realized they had broken off my radio antenna ( just bought the thing two months ago. It was one of those antennas that look like an arrow from a bow.). Anyway, the staff isn’t very professional especially the ones you see after you’ve given up your hard earned money. They could really use some training on being courteous and attentive

I took my 2018 Avalon through there and they damaged my headliner. I have a hole I can stick my pinky in. I emailed them as soon as I got home and asked to see footage. Management didnt even treat it important enough to be there. Shameful!! Now my insurance is paying a $1900.00 claim on a $26.00 car wash inside and out. Enter at your own risk people!!!

After reading some good reviews, I took my SUV to get a good inside and outside detailing But the employee at the entrance denied to clean my SUV since it was little muddy and told me to come back after spraying off the mud. So dont go to this place if your vehicle is dirty.... I believe this place is only for clean vehicle...

Tried to give this place another chance but they’re just not worth the money. I spent $26.00 on a full service wash and when it comes to the last stage of wiping and drying your car, they just are lazy. There was one employee that did the job right and his name was Sam, and I tipped him and commended him for doing his job. A few of them will eyeball you when they no your watching them go through the motion. I will not return and will tell everyone I know not go there.

I applaud them for employing people that probably wouldnt have a job anywhere else.With that being said after they scratch the hood on my vehicle and gave me the standard you cant prove that my equipment did that or their people showing me a very grainy video that looks like it came from a camera from the nineties and refusing to repair it I would have nothing to do with them.Upon going up the street to the auto parts store and picking up some cleaner wax to try to remove some of the scratches the attendant at the parts store asked which car wash it was, upon being told which one it was he said and let me guess (it isnt my equipments fault and you cant prove it.)This is just in my opinion so have your car wash washed there at your own risk.

Thought it was a good place as I bought my daughter a monthly program as a Christmas present. But for my birthday they gave me a $30 gift card from here so I could do the same. Went there today and the lady wouldn’t let me use it towards the monthly club.Her exact words “ we really can’t do that.It has to be on a credit card.” I said OK charge me for 2 months worth and we’ll take the gift card off the total and use my CC for the balance! NO can’t do that. So I asked “them why do you sell gift cards?” Her reply “ they’re for single washes only” And I know this is not true !!This lady has single handedly lost an entire family’s business.I’ve asked my daughter to return the card for a refund.Never again !Update 2-6-19Their reply is incorrect as I was TRYING to purchase the 3 month club by using my gift card and credit card which they charge at the beginning of each month .They did however refund the gift card to my daughter and said they were very sorry for the incompetence of their employee.Canton South Car Wash was more than happy to take that money towards their monthly wash club
