I purchased a car wash plan for the summer and as I went through the car was shaking. Seemed like the brushes had too much pressure on my car. I heard a loud cracking sound exiting to look in my rearview mirror noticing my bumper was ripped off, support holes broken, and bumper on the ground. I was given a number to call corporate and they ensured my bumper would be replaced. Went to have their manager Nelson look at the damage. After 2 weeks of being ignored and leaving voicemails Im assuming they dont wish to replace my bumper. Now its past the limit to go through my own insurance and the damage is left for me to fix. Disgusted and strategically led on to avoid paying for damages Prestige. Never again will I expect someone to do the right thing.

Since the new owners taken over.. I see a bit of difference..But maybe a little bit of landscaping would bring this place a whole new one of a kind gas station car wash.Prices to wash cars and vacuum should be maybe a little lower

Be careful using credit card in self service. Clock counts up (instead of down from 4 minutes) and AUTOMATICALLY adds charges for time greater than 4 minutes. Typically self serves count down then beep you to add time with 30 secs to go. In tiny print youre told to hold down green lighted button to stop clock. VERY SNEAKY. Cash is safer.

I have a diamond plan for over one years in Medford I went to this one in Canton today and I was super poorly attended, they took about 15 minutes to attend to me and in the end I left because they couldnt find my bar code I had to leave without washing my car I dont recommend to anyone if you want to wash your car its much better if you go to Medfords Prestige

Great place in Stoughton to get your car washed. Opt for the monthly pass so you can go as often as you like, it pays for itself after one wash! Free vacuums and plenty of them! Maintenance keeps the area nice and clean and garbage levels down.

Been coming here for some time using automated wash. The wash itself is quick and good and use of vacuuming machines is a plus. Some days all vacuums are busy due to crowds but thats not usually the case. For washing your car they have a monthly pass (or longer) for unlimited washes. The pass is put on your windshield and can only be for that vehicle 🚜.

Awesome car wash. They have enough room f trailers and there’s an unlimited self wash (up to 25 minutes that is so not really unlimited lol). It’s a bit expensive at $5 for 4 minutes, but you can use a credit card which is great. Otherwise this is the best gas stations! And there is free vacuums!

Just like I’ve post a review about the bad service I received on the location by N Pearl St. (Brockton), I also will post a review about the good service I received at this location by Turnpike St. (Canton) and the deference at this location is ENORMOUS when compare with the one on Brockton. All the details checked out and I received the service I’ve paid for. I am super happy with the service at this location. This is a great location to get your car shining and I recommended.

This is the place to go if you want to clean your car or truck. Drive thru or self serve wash, the vacuum is strong and free and they have gas at a good price.

My truck was damaged at the Canton location and it’s been over 2 months and they won’t return emails or phone calls to own up to the damage!! These people have a history screwing people that had damage to their vehicles!!

I like the car wash a lot, better than most places I’ve been to. Although unlimited means unlimited but your only allowed to go through a once a day, that’s not unlimited but I do recommend the monthly plan!👍

I washed the car, payed $18, when I finished guy said there is no vacuum cause its already 8 pm. When I looked at my watch it was 7.50. He refused to turn it on. Website say they closes at 11 pm !!

I was really hyped to get my first car wash here based on the reviews but was left a bit disappointed. I paid $30 for the diamond level wash but the car wash left streaks all over my car windows and windshield which left it looking dirty. It also didn’t remove certain stains I had on the side. But I did appreciate the vacuum self-service.

I have been a customer of Prestige for many years and have not had an issue (other than the car wash always being closed when it shouldnt be) until now. I have been using the Taunton locations automatic car wash. While I was in the wash I felt a strong tug on the wheel. When I got home I found a good size scratch on the front driver side rim (attached picture). I immediately called and emailed them and waited a few days to hear back, but never did. Upon calling Leslie says Oh I just sent you and email, did you see the picture? We are not responsible for damage done to cars. I still havent received an email and most likely will not, so I really dont know what sign they are talking about. The signs do state that any aftermarket part damaged is not covered. This is not a aftermarket part so it should be covered. I will continue to fight but am amazed on how poor their customer service is. DO NOT TRUST THEIR CAR WASH OR COMPANY.

Big red open sign, people washing cars, takes my money to use the cleaning bay. Then claim to not be open when I ask about using the vacums that are labeled as free after a wash. Worker in the store is selling gas and whatever else is on the shelves, but the free vacums are turned off and there is nothing she can doCareful here, dont buy a wash before you are sure that the vacums are open.The response here is a lie. I spent 10 minutes outside completely dry trying to figure out when the red open sign was glowing why the vacums would be off. Would never have bought a car wash of they made it clear that they were closed, but the car wash was on, people were buying gas everything was running around except the vacums. 10 dollars in the trash.

To expensive for basic car wash.

Once I went there and as soon as I finished washing my car and ready to vacuum the guy that works there blew all the dirt outside on my car. I took pick of my car. I was soooo mad. He was rude to all the people that was trying to dry their car. And dirtied soo kany peoples car that evening. The wheels not cleaned well once u go through the wash. Otherwise I like it there.

If you are looking for a touchless carwash that you pay for every month this is not the place. Its broken all the time. I come here once a week And it is almost always not working and you have no choice but leave or use the regular one which can be damaging to your car.

Their rim wash option for $15 is a complete waste of money you better off getting the $10 because the $15 doesnt do anything extra.

First of all I like their unlimted car wash is very good value for money. I used it all winter months to wash my dirty car.The only caveat is how diffcult it is to cancel the plan, say for example you are out of town for few months and want to cancel it. No one pickup the phone and the person responding to the emails gives ton of excuses like could not find the plate number, tag number, your name in their system, and will not respond at all. The only option for you to is do a charge back with Credit card or cancel your Credit card. Once they fix these managerial issues this is good place.

False Advertisement!!! This location is littered with LIES. Everywhere you look you see $19.99 unlimited wash pass no where on any of the screens to order was the $19.99 unlimited wash an option. After countless phone calls with no response weve reported prestige to the Better Business Bureau as well as submitted ALL of the photos indicating this terrible company. We were charged for 2 months of washes and were unable to use the pass. Employees were utterly clueless and unhelpful. Avoid this business at all cost. Buyer beware.

Free vacuum is lit. And its not like theyre weak like scrub a dub. They actually pull dirt. Their car wash pass is also worth it! The gas station is very convenient and cheap as well!

The unlimited wash pass is one of the best investments I’ve done recently. I have a bmw and I want the car to look clean everyday. Highly recommend this car wash. One of the perks is they have free vacuums!!!

The “Detail” portion of this place closes between 1-3PM on Saturday depending on their mood it seems. I haven’t been able to catch them yet! I’m in Boston any earlier. Is $79 really the least expensive detail service? I found a place in Dedham that’s $26 but I’m not usually down there. Car wash is ok. You have to self-was or go to the regular car wash tunnel, and vacuums are free with the wash.

Free vacuum available, good quality. I used the self service wash. Lots of features available. There is a minimum of $4 to start the water ($1/minute). Dont let the timer run out if you want to add more time, because you will have to add at least another $4 (even if you just need two more minutes).

Dog wash was terrible website says no need to bring soap that was the first lie . Would not recommend . Asked the guy in the gas station even though it says prestige on it apparently it is ran through the detail shop which is a separate business. Poorly ran too bad also the carwash is decent

Decent job just way overpriced. And yes if the $10 option doesnt clean your car, its overpriced. Leaving stark replies by the owner doesnt put you in a very good light. I had to remove a star for that.

I go out of my way to go to prestige- for the free vacuums alone! The whole experience is excellent- from the automated tunnel service, good gas prices, to the meticulous, high suction vacuums.

Not the best car wash.

I used to love to wash my other car here. but after I bring my new car to wash here, i noticed some scratches. when I called the customer service they told me that they won’t do anything about it bc she said they have a scratch less machines but after I washed my car, I saw a scratches in the trunk. I think the mop that the guys used to wet the back of the car is the reason why the top of my trunk got scratched. But they still insisted that it’s not them. So I cancelled my membership and I’m never going back.

I love this gas station at 5:30 am. You can get a car wash your tank filled In-N-Out in 10 minutes. The downfall is if you get there any later than 6 a.m., its very difficult to get back onto Route 138 taking a left. There really should be a traffic light there.

Anybody wash in a big truck go to rojos Norwood route 1. Cheaper better cleaner truck. they charge you 50% more to wash your truck but as soon as someone uses the water beside you you lose almost half fuel pressure whats the sense of charging me more money when Im losing pressure at an alarming rate. I talked to the manager and they said they dont know anything about it thats what everybody says when they dont want to clarify the problem.so once again I would never ever go here again waste of money and my time my time is worth more than the money to car Wash. leaves more streaks they dont properly use clean water when you try to rinse off your vehicle I have no idea how you supposed to rinse off your vehicle when theyre using dirty water.

Can I tell you, I am very pleased with this location. After being disappointed with a location in Braintree, was headed 17.5 miles outside of that but saw a closer location that was only 5 miles from that location and it lead me here. I am pleased with my touch less wash and to top it all off, they have free rug cleaners (no plastic) and vacuums! Surprised the heck out of me. Definitely enjoyed and will be sharing and visiting again. I’m not from this area but, this is “my hood”. Thank you!

Good car wash deal been a member for over a year. The machines are down once in a while but I can wash my car every day! For $30 a month, I use to spend that in two car washes. I could wash it 30 times a month if I wanted to. Good deal.

Best car wash location around Boston. Highly recommended. The shine on my vehicle made it look brand new and it was easily noticed by others. Get the top option tor a wash thats $21+. The free vacuum is a plus as well.

Good place the problem is that there is no way to communicate with the management if you have a question regarding your carwash membership or if you want to canceled, the only way is to change your bank card otherwise they will keep charging.

None of the vacuums worked well. Car wash left dried soap residue as soap didn’t wash off car properly. Been going here for awhile and seems to be affected by lack of maintenance by management/ owner.

Wash does a fantastic job, got pretty much the whole car clean on the first pass with minimal water spots. Free vacuums. Definitely overpriced compared to other high end washes, some of which have employees to hand dry.

Car wash is great. Touch free and do it yourself and the vacuums rock too. Its unfortunate that management/employees ignore the customers wiping tires and drying their cars in the VACUUM ONLY section while the customers that want to use the vacuum cant because the space is being used for wiping and chatting on the phone.Step it up management!

I like this place very convenient but please have better customer service, the guy attending at the car wash was on the phone with the headset on his ear he couldn’t hear me when I tried to ask a question. Please coach him:)

Just got a wash and my truck looks worse than when it went in, never quite seen a car wash like it, I get in the car wash and he doesn’t even use the brush to soap it up or scrub it, then The cloth strips are disgustingly dirty, wheel wells are still disgusting wheels are disgusting the back of my tailgate all my windows the mirrors the windshield and to top it off they don’t answer their phone so I can get a refund.

Unlimited ultimate wash for 35 a month plus free vaccume not much else to say.

Don’t get the unlimited wash membership and expect to get much out of the touchless wash. Its coincidentally down after rain or snow. Handful of times in the month I’ve gone and it’s down. Don’t let them lock you down on the 1 year membership either. You’ll regret it because you won’t get any value out of it if you can’t use touchless. If you must.. get the one where you can cancel anytime.I use to live closer to route 1. Theres a touchless wash there called ‘route 1 car wash’. They’re the real deal. Newer machine and NEVER DOWN. Don’t be fooled. It doesn’t make sense to be ‘broken’ that often. If it really was true.. they should replace the machine.

Trash all over the place inside the self wash bays. Change machines were broken and the woman inside could not provide change or quarters. Sloppy operations at this location.

Awsome car wash! Free vaccum use after wash. These vacuums are the best. Make sure all your stuff is out of thd car before using. These things are so powerful they could suck up a bowling ball if the head of the vacuum was big enough.
