Ive taken all my cars to this place for some time now but usually my cars are pretty clean to start with so never had a problem. This time my car was pretty dirty from a trip to Ohio. After I came out of the wash, I noticed that the car wasnt clean so I showed that to the guy working there. He pretty much told me You paid for a wash and I gave you a wash, I cannot do anything if your car is not clean. Im looking for new car wash now.

I LOVE this car wash! The highest price is $10 and its great! They brush your car (windshield, sides and trunk) before entering the best Ive seen around!! They gave me a damp cloth for the dash and an air freshener also included! Its worth the drive out of my way to return!! Highly recommend!! The kids may like it too with the bright colorful lights inside.

Used to be awesome but even with 5 dollar tip and getting the works, its not really that good anymore. Windshield is always still dirty and that should be the easiest to clean! Really disappointed 😞

The wash quality is great, but no staff or attendants are currently using or wearing masks while interacting with customers, or each other. Plan to avoid this location. I would have backed out when I saw but another car pulled up behind me. Not recommended.

No hand drying which i didnt like, but the wash was good, worker was good, he did what he could with my dirty truck bed after I cleared it from the dirt and debris that would get on other vehicles. Gave me a wet towel to wipe down the dash and got an air freshener also included with the wash

I cannot recommend Canton Auto Wash at all. I’ve gotten my car washed at many locations and never had one damage it before. The rim cleaner brush banged off my bumper with enough force to take a gouge out. When I heard the noise I went back around and spoke to the employee, his heard the noise too and thought he hit my car. When he saw the damage he took my information and said the manager would contact me the next day. The manager never called so I went there and spoke to him. He initially said that he didn’t have my information and proceeded to claim that his car wash couldn’t possibly damage my car. He walked through it with the washers off and said nothing hit it. I requested that we go through it again with the wash that I purchased, as soon as the wash started we saw the rim brush mechanism bang off my bumper. The manager claimed my car is just shaped funny and he had Corvettes go through with no problems. He then took some photos and magically found my information on a clipboard. He stated that the owner would be grabbing the cash on Saturday and would contact me. Saturday came with no call, I called again and the employee that picked up said the car wash is family owned so the manager be one to talk to but his phone is shut off and he doesn’t work weekends. Just endless words and no responsibility to fix their car wash and fix my car. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!

Went and got my car washed and paid 10 dollars for a mediocre wash, and better yet the owners son Ethan told me that it isnt his problem that the blowers didnt dry it off and left soap all over the car. Save your money go somewhere else.

Great service, cheapest car in the area

While going through the car wash, my truck stopped the water where I was at stopped, unfortunately the car behind me didnt stop and was under my bumper which I didnt know happened as I didnt feel anything and caused only a few scratches to the bumper of my truck but caused some damage to the car behind me. After I drove out of the car wash and returned to the attendant and telling him what happened to me is when the car behind me drove around and said that he was under my bumper The attendant was extremely rude and started swearing at me telling me that I needed to move my truck because they had a business to run. I told the attendant that he wasnt going to talk to me that way and he told me that he didnt care . The attendant then started talking about me being 50 years old then 55 years old which has nothing to do with the situation. I demanded that the cops be called and that the owner come. Another person drove up and started walking towards us, I stated youre not the owner and was told that he was one of the managers and that the owner wasnt coming to deal with my BS and that I could move my truck or F ing leave. I told him to call the cops and was already told they were on the way . A police report was filed as its considered an accident.

Very nice car wash. Well maintained. They have EVERYTHING here you could possibly need to clean your vehicle. They have a car mat washing machine, cool.

Very happy with the car wash. I live on a dirt road, so my car seems forever dirty. The 2 men were polite, and cleaned my car very well. One of the gentleman said he lives on a dirt road too and he understood the frustration of keeping the car clean. Thank you Canton Auto Wash.

This is the best car wash ever!!! I am very impressed on how my car is sparkling clean whenever l leave this place. I get the lowest wash which is $5.50 but if your Kroger receipt has them on the back, you receive $1 off any wash. I always bring my receipt. So they are great at what they do, and the price is right. Please go here if you are in the area. My favorite spot to get my whip cleaned up

Dont take your new car there ...you will get a lot of scraches (white Marks all over the car)...youll regret it ...and thats just one spot...

Ok, today I took my time here at the Canton Auto Wash 🚘 to clean my JEEP. It was truly dirty in and out. More time is given when you use the VACUUM. Vacuum works good but the VACUUM HOSE SUCTION HEAD kept coming off while using.The SHAMPOOER is not the best for a good carpet cleaning. Thats what I really wanted! STAFF WAS AWESOME! PLEASE TIP THEM🙂 I DID. PLEASE UPDATE CARPET CLEANER. My 3rd visit here. I will be back.🙂 I payed $10 for the wash. JEEP 🚙 looks good after wash.😄 Ok, over all im satisfied.FOUR STARS 🌟.

Pulled up, 2 ladies took our money, got the best wash$10 plus tippped $2,, they sprayed the car down, an sent us threw, none of the equipment was working properly, (they didn’t turn something on apparently) so we drove back around, a gentle man this time, standing there (eating) motions us in, I was trying tell him the equipment wasn’t working, he says No, your driver drove thru, that’s why, He insisted we were hitting the breaks and drove thru, he sent us back through and AMAZINGLY EVERY THING WORKED. listen we know how to go through an automatic car wash sir, I worked at one before, you were Rude for no reason. We won’t be back!

I need a carwash and went to Canton Auto Wash at the right time. My truck is so clean and they had 2 different employees who did an awesome job.

My car is always cleaned so nicely here.They also give you a towel to clean the inside of your car as you go through the car wash.That’s such a great little touch.

So I have never been a huge fan of this car wash due to the fact that your car is always soaked when you come out but I decided to try them again today. I pulled in and only one car ahead of me so thought it would be quick until the guy proceeded to take 15 minutes to hand wash the car in front of me. I pulled out and left and I hope the pretty lady in the flex was worth losing this customer forever! Ps get better dryers

$10 for the Works! Theres a car wash in Plymouth, MI that charges $10 to get in the door. I think I found my new spot to keep my New 2020 Blazer looking sharp!

LOVE THIS PLACE. Always clean, constantly updating equipment. Liberal use of soap and a great wash every time. They also honor competitors coupons. Its about the only place I go for a car wash in the bad weather months.

Only wash that the equipment actually washes the vehicle. Constantly improving and adding new technologies. They use hot water in the winter and if you tip well they will do there best to get all the ice and snow off in the winter. If youre not satisfied. Go back around and approach them properly they will make it right. Love this place.

Best car wash Ive been to. I hadnt washed my car in like two months and when I got out of there, my car looked brand new. And that was just the basic, cheapest wash. Staff is friendly, gets you in and out. The vacuums are good quality as well.

I visited this carwash on 7 19.19. No customers were waiting so that was great because I had some time b4 my appointment. I told the 2 young men my truck was dirty and it need to be wet and lather good. As soon as they took my money they push the button. I was so disappointed because they started laughing. Such poor customer service so now my new place is on Canton Ctr and Warren. Check it out you wont be disappointed.

I purchased the prepaid car washes.. went to use the card and the guy charged my credit card but didn’t put any washes on the prepaid card... So now I am out $40.... so if you go here just do not do a prepaid card.

I washed my Enclave and lost rear wiper. Came back to Canton Auto Wash and asked them about the wiper and they showed me one which was not mine. They said they will find more when they clean the booth after the business that day.. Watch out your SUVs rear wipers. Looks like spinning cloth takes it off regularly. Auto wash cleans well though.

I am going to chalk it up to one bad experience but I went here and there was a greasy film left on my windows and the car. I took the car back through the car wash with the same thing. I went to another car wash and the car became clean. Not a good experience at all. I have to ad that this is the first bad experience. I have went here before with no issues. There must have been a vehicle with a think grease that obviously went through the car wash or something mechanical. I may give it a try in the future.

By far the worst car wash anywhere. For 13.00 including tip this was the worst service ever. Employee was extremely rude. Had to go back through again due to bird crap and bugs still allover. Employee spent zero time at all on first wash, and it was not busy at all. No one behind me. After first wash I pulled back around a few mins later to have redone. And employee was with another customer talking it up while spending good amount of time washing his vehicle. This is not a one and only time, have tried numerous times due to being so close to home. Today was the last straw, I do not recommend this wash to anyone ever. Terrible service....I only wish I could give it less than 1 star. Very disappointed

Extremely poor service and bad was job!! I asked to have the bug spray applied to my car - the lady did not apply it. When I got out of the wash - I looked and still had dirt/bugs on the front end of my car. I went to speak with them and get the wash redone - they ran me through, no bug spray - NO SOAP EVEN! The whole time the owner is bad mouthing me to his young lady helper, he refused to speak with me and even hit my had that I was waving out my window to get his attention to ask for the bug spray again since they still didnt apply it. When I went to talk to them about the poor customer service treatment, he very rudely yelled at me (words I cant type on a public site lol), shoved me out of the way to slam his door.

Have been going for a bit now. Paid for the highest wash, didnt get the apr fresher or hot towel.. it has happened a few times now.. and my car was not as cleaned!

I only take our vehicles to this carwash. The owner is super nice and the service is phenomenal. The carwash is super soapy with a ton of twirly and soft cloths. Not to mention the wax that makes the cars shine and rain bead right off the windshield.

First time I went there was really nice I enjoy the hot warm towel to give you to wipe your dash down on it and armrest on the inside.

Car wash...was ok, not the best, not the worse. The set up of the car was probably the worse I have seen. Everything is extra, vacuum, mat cleaning. Parallel parking for Vacuum. No place after the wash to stop and detail. I wash 3 cars a week. I tried this one, I will drive further for another one that does not insert quarter me to death.

Service was quick and friendly. Needed a quick wash heading through that area. I realized when I got home that even though I paid for the top tier wash, my tires had no shine on them. I also didn’t get the towel to wipe down inside as listed in other reviews. So at this point I’m unsure if things like the underbody wash were done or not. I called and they offered to shine the tires for free on my next wash (although I think the next wash should be free seeing as I have to drive all the way back for them to make up for this). Not sure if they’ll remember me when I come back so I’m leaving this review for now. Black Durango SRT. I’ll move this rating to 5 stars when they make good on the mistake when I come back.

This is my one and only car wash place. They have several self service machines that Ive never seen at any other self serve car wash such as the car floor mat cleaner.

Horrible wash i got the works which is 10 dollars and includes everything also tipped another 5 dollars to 1. Be nice and 2. Guarantee good service. My car didnt look one bit different. I literally had to hand wash my car afterwards. My side mirrors still had dirt on them my front grill looked untouched. I recieved horrible service i could have done it cheaper and better by myself. I wouldnt recommend this car wash to anyone who cares about their vehicles. My car wasnt even very dirty to begin with yet they failed to removed that minimal dirt. Unacceptable to say the least.

Best auto wash in Canton, Belleville and Ypsilanti.

Ive been to this business many times, but todays visit was the last time. My car was encrusted in salt and, even though I knew that it wouldnt stay clean for long, I decided to treat it to a midwinter wash. The signs on Canton Auto Wash said open so I pulled around to the back entrance. The overhead door was closed, though, so after waiting for several minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone, and after seeing no one inside the doors, I began to think they were, in fact, closed. I beeped my horn, as I saw no hose across the drive that might let the employees know that a car was waiting. Nothing. A few moments later, I saw a blonde woman inside the door with a broom but she didnt look my way, so I beeped my horn again, thinking that maybe she hadnt seen or heard me. This got a response, but not the friendly hello I was hoping for. The blonde woman threw open the smaller person door and stomped out to my car, shouting, Whats wrong with you? Im with a customer! I tried to explain that it wasnt clear whether they were open but she didnt wait for my response, she turned on her heel and stomped back inside. I was so upset by this that I decided to leave, but there were 2 cars behind mine, so I had to get out of my car and ask them to back up to let me out of the line. As I was getting back into my car, a male employee partially opened the overhead door and yelled, Are you backing up or are you coming in? I said I was leaving because--and he interrupted me and yelled, I said, are you backing up or coming in? I said I was leaving because his coworker had yelled at me, and he responded several times, No, she didnt! He pointed out (loudly) that they have to keep the door closed because its so cold outside, which I completely understand, but I would think that they could figure out how to let customers know that they are aware that you are waiting.This is the closest car wash to my home, and the least expensive, but I will not go there again.If you want to be treated badly when you get a car wash, this is the business for you.
