Because I did not know they had moved it took me a little while to find it... I was there a half hour after they stopped doing drug screenings and the lady was sooooo nice she let me do it anyway.... I was in and out in 7 minutes.... Very clean environment and very professional...
Always an easy, quick, and professional experience
I dont understand some of the bad reviews. My experience was fine. I had called ahead to shop the price of the test I needed, they had the best price.I arrived on time, and the reception and nurse / collection tech were both really nice to me. I was in and out without incident.Ill be back in the future.
This place has closed and moved to the Walgreens down the street!
Very nice and did a great job with my 2yr old when he needed blood drawn.
Lady at front desk was extremely rude and was losing her patience with and elderly man who was confused and got an attitude with him. I felt so bad. Not friendly one bit to any of the patients and seems very irritated. Horrible customer service.
I have never had to wait here, in and out. Very efficient and quick.
Went on Saturday, Jan 4 for a Drug Screen. I had no idea what I was doing as my college didnt really provide much information. The two ladies at the front desk when I came in (at 10:00am) were SUPER helpful. We eventually got everything figured out and I was able to get my drug test done. For a Saturday, I expected it to be much busier. Only one person was in front of me, and only one person came in after I did. They said Saturdays are hit or miss with how busy it will be. Overall great experience!
I had a 12:45 appointment that I made online. I checked in online at 12:30, 15 minutes prior to my appointment time as requested by Labcorp. After a 45 minute wait, I walked in at 1:15 wondering why I was still waiting. The front desk rudely informed me that she did not get back from lunch until 1:00 and had no idea how I made an appointment at that time. I told her I had a confirmation number for the appointment and she once again informed me that she did not return from lunch until 1:00. At that point, I told her to cancel my appointment. So unprofessional and rude. I will not return and advise others to find another facility for their testing.
Checked in on my phone. In and out within 10 minutes.
So I saw the infamous red haired lady. I maybe understand why she got under some peoples skin, but I think she was polite and expedient. I was first in after the lunch break and was out the door in 15 minutes. Only qualm I have is that they have a new check in center that scans your drivers license to auto input your patient info. It kept displaying my last name as my middle, and she spent 5 minutes trying it over and over, when I could have just typed that in and saved the other 5 people the wait. Besides that, I had a pleasant experience.
Excellent lunch. Tomato soup was perfect, salad creative, and burger was delicious.Tableclothes on tables and service were noteworthy.
One staff member present. Refused to help an elderly couple who came in with the tablet sign in and did not offer a manual check in. A person in the waiting room had to help them. Will not accommodate those who come prepared with a full bladder even if they are pregnant. Power went out while waiting to be taken care of. This slowed the process even more. If you are an employer please chose somewhere else to send people. And if you have a choice, go somewhere else.
I am used to Quest diagnostics and have to go to LabCorp with the new physician. First visit I waited 1 hour and a half and there were still 4 people in front of me! This poor lady was working by herself. She was as nice as she could be but I walked out. I cannot believe this company would do that to her, or to patients. I scheduled an appt for Monday at a location on Stow that is close to my work. Sure hope it is a better experience. Actually I hope I never have to use Labcorp again.
The woman working there was super nice and efficient. I went at 8am and was there literally 5 minutes. A wonderful experience.
When I first walked in I was told to check in. It was my first time ever being there and when i asked how to do it i was told to follow the prompts. The lady nearest the entrance was on her phone and didnt seem very attentive. Actually neither of them did. It was a very depressing atmosphere. The floors have dark stains and honestly it just wasnt a welcoming environment. I wouldnt come back and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I will say the lady who did my drug screen was friendly overall. But this building is run down.
Wait time for a drug screening was minimal, staff was friendly, they had me in and out in no time. Would return again should the need arise, very thankful the staff made the experience a positive one!
While I can understand other reviews that say the redhaired lady is rude, I think it is just her abrupt manner of speaking. She was polite and efficient. She was the only one working, but she kept things going. There were 4 people ahead of me. I was in and done in half an hour. I think that is pretty good.
On Monday morning the waiting room was full at 9:30 a.m. There was no receptionist. After 10 minutes and no movement, I asked everyone in the waiting room, Is anybody even here? Then I found out people were waiting 45 minutes and more, and there was only one employee doing it all. I left. Went back on Tuesday morning and there were 6 people ahead of me. Finally got out after an hour. Again, only one employee. This is a terrible place to go. Lots of lab rooms, modern facility, but only one overworked and frustrated employee. What kind of business is this? (A greedy one, and poorly managed) Also, I had a drug urine test done the week before at Aultworks in Canton and they were so much more professional and thorough, with a number of courteous, efficient employees. Only took 15 minutes, in and out. Employers and Medical! Stay away from Labcorp in Canton Ohio!
I foound the place to be efficient and the wait was no longer than 15 minutes.
Red haired female is a nasty hateful person. Needs fired!!!! She would not take my sample after I rushed in. Door sign said OPEN. This is the second encounter with this unprofessional organization.
They were very nice!
So their hours say they break for lunch at 12-1, I got there at 11 and a sign said no testing until 1.. What? How about posting that information on your website? How long of a lunch do you need?
Never waited more than 10 minutes
They need a nicer person working there. A red headed lady there does not have the personality necessary for working with clients.
Sent me to officemax to print out my order for a blood draw, wouldnt use their own printer. Red head lady was rude about it as if we are supposed to know. 30 minutes wasted time.
I went in for a simple blood drug test and they charged my insurance $592, and then $301, and then $54. Scammers in my opinion!
Been waiting for an hour and made an appointment ahead of time. There is one lady working telling the people in the waiting room she has no idea how long wait times are gonna be. Couple people walked out saying they had been eating for an hour. Avoid this place if possible.
Ive been here for an hour and I havent even been checked in yet. This waiting time is ridiculous!!!!
The wait is to long. Only one person working.
The front desk lady with red hair is very mean and nasty. Terrible customer service. She was mean to everyone signing in.
Rude, rude, rude..
