They refuse to cut womens hair despite advertising that they do. Dont patronize this business as they clearly dont live in the 21st century. Westbrook Salon down Ford is much nicer and far more professional.

Not worth the risk. I’ve gone here several times with my 2 boys, mainly because it’s convenient for me. The haircuts are usually okay depending on the barber you get. I’ve never been blown away with anything they’ve done. But took my son in today (I should have turned around when I saw the barber there, I believe his name is Iman, stay clear of this guy!), explained he wants short hair on the sides, a little longer on top and a hard line where his hair parts. He cut the sides so short that there’s barely any hair left. He cut an awkward line toward the bottom of his head (“this is how soccer players wear their hair” he said...), and the messed up and cut a spot toward the top of his head, but tried to tell me my sons hair doesn’t grow there. I’ll never go back.

I brought my son in for a cut. They did a good job. I went in today because I am recovering from chemotherapy and wanted my hair neatend up as it grows back...They refused to provide service because I am a woman. What is this? The dark ages?

A business that advertises cutting women’s hair should follow through with what they say. I’ve seen many people say how they have been turned away because of their gender, and that’s disgusting. Get with the times and stop false advertising. Not to mention their work is mediocre from what I’ve seen. Don’t even bother wasting your money on with this place.

Great barbershop, the barbers are experts. Great service and great haircuts. Definitely recommend to everyone.

The one man show was quiet and said maybe 5 words the whole time we were there but he was polite, skilled, and helpful. He cut my sons hair exactly they way he asked for it and didnt talk his ear off. Hes 11 and hates it when hair places ask him the same boring questions every time. He also came over and turned on the air hockey table for us when we couldnt figure out how to work it. It didnt cost anything to use it. My only negative comment is that I was expecting some arcade games and there really werent. At least not that I saw. It was pretty much just the air hockey table and the foose ball game I think its called.

Hi,Jay was a main reason for me to visit this place. Today I came to know (from one of Jay’s colleague) that Jay passed away last Wednesday (03/31/2021), RIP.According to my knowledge his family came to US few years ago and he has 3 small kids. I request his customers to support his family in anyway possible, this must be very hard time for the family.

Online says they close at 6, go there at 440 and they say they close at 5 and turn me away when they weren’t even busy. I drove all the way up there because they didn’t answer their phone either. Smh. Definitely won’t be back.

I got a great haircut here. The price was right and I wAs pleased with the result. It is a clean, brightly lit place. Great for kids.The table hockey and air hockey tables are in fine condition and fun to play!

The owner is very friendly. They always do a great job. My son loves them.

Let me tell that I have a 5 year old little boy and about 2 years ago I took him here and he has had his cut by Jay and a few others and I will not take him anywhere else except to see Jay he is Fantastic Barber for my son and I dont know what I would do without him there I will follow him as far as I can but I hope he never leaves. He is to me perfection when it comes to hair .Hello all my son is now going to be 7 and we are still taking him to the best barber in town (Jay).he is Fantastic and great with kids. Came in and showed pictures and asked if they could do the cut. He said he could. He did completely different cut. Horrible.

Took my son there yesterday and regret it! Worst hair cut he’s ever had. The old man who works there is rude and has no idea what he’s doing. I showed him a picture and asked if he knew how to do this he just says yeah. The haircut is uneven and no kind of line up at all. The worst part is they charge 15 dollars for these haircuts. I’ve been to much better barbers that only charge 10. I’m beyond mad. Do not take your kids here!!!!! They have no idea what their doing. No concept of line ups or anything. Just horrible!!!!!

Tight, clean haircuts. I take my son here and go here myself. Saturday mornings fill up fast with parent/son appointments, so get there at 10 sharp. Patient with my squirmy son, never been rude to me.

My 15 month old fought me the whole haircut. It took me, my husband and Carrie to get his haircut done. Carrie did an AMAZING job with a little boy who refused to sit still for a second. His hair was even and she was so sweet to him. Well definitely return to have Carrie cut his hair again!

Jay is an amazing barber, I’ve been taking both my boys(9&6) to him for a couple years now since he started at the westland location, and have never left disappointed. I’ve never met a barber or hairdresser that is so great with kids! Even makes my very shy guy smile. And the air hockey table is a total win for the kids, they absolutely love getting their haircuts there!

Went here a few times and it depends on your barber. The first few times I went with Jay who knew what he was doing and did what I asked for but I came in another time and he wasnt in so I went with Sam. I asked for beard lineup and trim on my sides but he didnt do either properly. My beard was lined unevenly and he barely even cut my sides before he just jumped to putting on gel in my hair as if he was just trying to get over with it. Probably not coming back to this place. Oh, and they charged an extra 5 dollars and didnt give anything besides a simple trim and lineup.

It depends on their mood how your haircut looks. Sometimes its great for $15, but other times its average.

I would give no Stars if I could!! It’s not even about a bad haircut it’s about the fact that they are spreading communicable diseases, Ringworm! My son survived his whole wrestling season without getting ringworm which is almost unheard of, a month ago we decided to try out arcade it was a last minute haircut decision and here we are months later finding out that it is in fact ringworm and ringworm in the hair Is a form topical Pointman‘s will not cure he had to get a medication that is upwards of $300 to remedy the situation. Unfortunately I can’t post a picture because it does not allow me. Please know that this information came directly from my sons pediatrician who made us aware that it was probably from his haircut, not from skin on skin contact meaning this business had to have cut someone else’s hair who had ringworm and by not disinfecting and cleaning and sterilizing properly their equipment, they have know spread this to my child. Now we are on a eight week treatment with a oral medicine that makes my son very sensitive to sunlight and we are in the middle of summer please take your children somewhere else.

They cut hair. I wouldnt say they cut hair extremely well. They cant line you up nor are they good at listening to instructions. It can be really hit or miss based on which barber you get. The most lousy collection of barbers I have ever seen.They only have a star because of Jay, but does he work there anymore?

Arcade cuts was amazing, I called bc my son needed a haircut, at this point he had a mop on his head lol and, we were turned away again from cookie cutters so the gentleman said to come in even tho he might be a handful in which he was. The guy that did his haircut was an angel, he was fast and friendly, we will be going back.

Went to get my sons haircut, they have a coupon on their website with no expiration date for a foos ball cut for $10 to get you in the door I suppose, you go to use it and they say “oh, we’re taking that off the website it shouldn’t even be there we’re not excepting that coupon” if you’re not excepting a coupon then WHY is it on your website, bad business practice. Will take my business elsewhere who don’t do false advertising

Its a clean hygienic place. The guy was very patient and nice to my boys, esp when the younger one (1.5yrs old) was screaming on top of his lungs.

I experienced worst customer service at Arcade Canton. I walked in at 7:00 PM.The barbar said we are closed. I told him according to your sign board your are open till 8:00 pm.First he said that he is tired and later on he changed his statement that he is sick.He was very rude, unethical,disrespectful and on top of that he is a liar.I will not recommend any one to a place where you are not welcomed.

My kids and I always love coming here for our haircut. The place is very clean and extremely kid friendly and to top it off, the haircuts are great !!

My children love coming here for the hair cut. They can play air hockey and foosball while they wait. All the staffs are very friendly. My boys are satisfied customers :)

I have come here multiple times, as of late the cuts have gotten worse. They have hired a new girl who has no business cutting hair. Both barbers that were there did a very bad job. Both my sons were getting hair cuts. Not only did they ignore what I said but gave a very terrible looking cut. I am torn about how my kids will have to live with this horrible cut for the next two months. I will never come here again. They should change their name from Arcade cuts to Horrible cuts.

First time here. My barber was Jay, who has been cutting hair for 26 years. What an interesting experience! He used a mix of techniques, many of which I had never seen before. As I watched, fascinated, it was obvious why the unfamiliar techniques were superior (at least in skilled hands) and produced better results. Today I chose to try out Arcade Cuts because my wife had complained about a previous haircut I got in one of those cheap places. She actually sent me back to get it fixed!

So so so bad. I took my son her foolishly. I explained very specifically that I only wanted a TRIM multiple times...the older man cutting my sons hair was very rough in pushing his head around and barking orders. For the first cuts I couldn’t see because the man was blocking it but he cut it over his ear VERY short. At the end we ended up with my son having an extremely short front haircut and he left it long in the back!!! Complete mullet. Will never go back PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I wish I could post the picture!!

My boys have gotten a few haircuts here. The haircuts were ok. Better than some, not as great as I wished for, but that seems to be typical of the walk in places, cant seem to get a good haircut anywhere apart from a salon where you pay $$$.My kids love this place because of the air hockey table!

I took my 2 boys ages 3 and 1.5 years in for a haircut today. As a place advertised for kids I thought this would be a good place for them... Boy was I mistaken. This place is a barber shop disguised as place for kids. The barber was incredibly rough with my precious boys to the point that they were screaming and crying while getting their hair cut, this NEVER happens. Instead of telling the kids turn your head or look up/down he would just shove their heads around. At one point I had to tell the barber to stop shoving his head around.To top this the haircut isnt even and wasnt what I asked for.The owner was notified and he refunded the cost of the haircut however that doesnt change the fact that we were all traumatized by this experience.

What an AWEFUL experience. I sat in the chair and my usual barber(sam) was there.first interaction. The usual cut and I say yes.But usually I do number 3 but he did 0.5. Totally ruined my weekend and even next week. I had to go out for Friday night that I cancelled and more importantly a marriage party of my friend which again I will have to cancel.He kept on saying that he had a flu and that is why he didnot remember.So u r working when u have flu and not only passing the germs to others but also ruining their week. Thanks buddy. I am so mad. I had to restrain my self from abusing himU RUINED MY WEEKEND.

My son and I went to get our hair cuts today. Very disappointed. I asked for my son to be scissor cut so his hair would be a little longer. While I was getting my hair cut, they cut his. I really couldnt see him getting his cut and I am almost positive that they used the clippers only. He is only 4 so when I asked him if they used the scissors at all he really couldnt tell me. He said that the thing buzzed. His hair went from being full to just shy of a shave. Im so disappointed and wont be back.

Dont go Here I went there once the young guy rushed me and gave me a bad haircut in 5 minutes and the haircut was so bad I had to go almost bald next day. Avoid this place.
