We had Mr Appliance come out to do a repair on our washer and it has been a disaster!First we spent 400.00 for a part the was not the problem then they told us we needed to replace the motor. While they were out, they broke the plastic cover on our washer door. So far we have not been able to get any positive feedback or date to have it fixed by the company. I would stay away from this company!

We have waited two months, yes two months for this company to respond to our needs. Said people had left the company; parts were on order; then parts were in.. then now response at all. Went elsewhere for service.
