AirCare Environmental not only called me back first, but accommodated my schedule. Rob - the Project Manager - was extremely informative, explained everything that needed to be done and what they would do, coordinated the project with my Insurance Company, and within a week had a team at my house. The team leader Ray was also extremely professional, respectful of our things, and because I was home recuperating from some recent surgery, he went above and beyond to make sure I wasnt disturbed while he coordinated this very large project. They were at my house for a week - and the results were amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend them to my family and friends. I could not be happier with the results and with the experience. Initially as he explained to me the amount of damage the smoke had done, I was overwhelmed and considered not having the work done due to my circumstance with my surgery. I could not believe - truly - how seamless the project was completed.

This company is wonderful! Chris came out to do the inspection, he was professional & very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions & concerns. An appointment was scheduled the very next week to have the mold removed.The two gentlemen that came out to do the removal, Leo & James, were awesome. They worked hard and did a fantastic job. On an early Sunday morning a water pipe broke on our first floor broke and we found our kitchen, dining room, bathroom and hallway in a couple of inches of water. The water also cause major damage in our finished basement. I called our insurance company at 6:30AM on a Sunday morning and by 10AM Rob from AirCare Environmental Services, Inc was in our house accessing the damage. Rob was professional, extremely helpful in explaining the process and the initial steps his team would take to start the cleanup process. By noon Robs team was at our house to start the cleanup. The team was professional, polite and did a great job. Rob worked with our insurance agent and once approval was granted had another team to complete the rest of thecleanup as well as setting up the equipment to help dry the house. I cant explain the overwhelming feeling we had when we walked downstairs on Sunday morning and had no idea how we were going to be able to clean up. Rob has been so helpful throughout this process and feel extremely fortunate his company received the call. THANK YOU Rob and team, you all did an excellent job!!!

Chris came to inspect our mold problem in the attic, gave me an estimate & was able to schedule the cleanup very quickly. Leo & James came at the time agreed, explained the process & began to prepare for their day. They made sure we were comfortable with them being here & took the time to make our animals comfortable with their presence. The first 2 days were very hot. They worked very diligently even with being suited up & working in extreme heat.. always friendly & smiling.. very professional. Before leaving each day they made sure the house was cleaned & vacuumed, leaving nothing for me to cleanup later. I highly recommend this company & would use their services again in a heartbeat. AirCare was very responsive to our request for a quote on mold removal from our attic. They explained our options and the most cost-effective process for removing our attic mold. We were able to schedule the mold remediation job that worked best for us. When they showed up to begin the job, they went into detail as to what they would be doing. Rob and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning up a puff back causing soot damage to multiple floors of condo building. They were fast to respond and did an excellent job cleaning up the soot and restoring the premises including painting, including going above and beyond to ensure the finished job exceeded expectations. This is my first time experiencing such a problem and was so happy that I called the folks from AirCare, Rob was quick to arrive and give an estimate, actually came and had a look at no charge. Then within just a few hours had Leo and Devon come to take care of the problem and clean everything up. Couldn’t stay around to watch them work but really didn’t need to either, in the evening I arrived to a clean basement with out any problems, in all happy to have resolved my issue in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend using there services and will reach out again if I ever have a problem as well as use them for other services they provide.

The people at Air Care Environmental Services were great. They responded quickly, assessed the situation, and took action. “Action” involved the messy job of cleaning up a sewage mess after a blockage in my waste-water pipe. They removed carpeting, baseboard trim and wallboard that had been ruined. They installed dehumidifiers and blowers to dry out the room. They treated with anti microbial spray and later came back and did a full wash with some powerful cleanser. They disposed of all the materials and were polite, efficient, and even “cheery,” despite the unpleasant task at hand. They fully respected my property and were good communicators. I was in good hands. They dealt directly with my insurance company, so I don’t know how their pricing might compare to similar services. But I would not hesitate to call them again.

We were preparing for MA Save to come insulate in 5 days when we uncovered mold. I called AirCare and Rob came that day, scheduled the service to be done ....all within 4 days. Leo whom came to do the work was professional, caring, informative, thorough and efficient. I would have them again. They relieved my concerns and remediated the problem. The AirCare crew was on scene within hours of our leak... on Super Bowl Sunday!!! They were amazing. They got the water cleaned up and the wall down. They were back the next day to begin the floor. They were courteous, clean and most importantly it was NO headache for me. We had our entire basement destroyed and within a few weeks they had it back to normal. I have them in my emergency list now. Chris Demer was so easy to work with. I cannot say enough positive things about the company. From the first moment until the last piece was put back into place it was easy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very prompted response to water damage issue from a broken water tank, Rob and his team were at house within the hour to assess the damage and start with clean up. We had massive flooding in my basement due to a clog and I called AirCare to come in and clean up after we were able to drain the water. They were incredibly quick to get someone on site and unload the fans to dry out my basement. They also offered the mold spray which they did twice to ensure we had as much coverage as possible.Cant thank Leo enough. He was absolutely fantastic and if all of their employees are half as good as he is, I think anyone is in capable hands.

Placed a phone call for service on a Tuesday. A representative came out that same afternoon and gave us a quote for the work. Scheduled the service for Friday. Early Friday morning their serviceman came out and eliminated the problem. He was very professional, informative and explained each step of the process to us. Very personable as well. We had a broken sub pump and 4” of water in my basement. I placed a call to the company at 12pm and they had a whole crew at my house at 3pm. This company employees are the most efficient and knowledgeable staff. During the initial inspection process I was informed of my mold situation and how it would be dealt with. Setting up the appointment for the removal of mold was without delay. Again another excellent display of customer service skills by Jumel who worked on the removal process. Pictures were taken before and after in the attic to demonstrate what was and is no longer. Being a homeowner for 25 years without having any disasters such as the main water break in my home last week that my husband and I just encountered I was completely panic stricken. I had no idea how the huge mess that was created by the water in my main living area and basement would be cleaned up or how it was not going to impact the structure of our home. I made the call to my insurance agent to start the process that terrified me almost as much as the flood in my house. My agent told me that they were going to send someone over to inspect the damage and begin the dry out process. Rob Brown from AirCare was at my house in no time I couldnt believe it I thought there would be a lot of waiting. I will never forget it as I sat in my kitchen in tears Rob patiently explained exactly what needed to be done and assured my husband and I that everything would be ok. He explained the process in laymans terms so we could fully understand how he was going to measure moisture and get the needed machines in our house to insure we didnt have to worry about mold. Within a couple of hours that was done. Breathing a sigh of relief he had also explained how he would have to remove the affected areas such as flooring tiles, carpet, hardwood and ceilings to dry it out and treat it for potential of mold (aka demolition so scary to me I was crying again!) The affected areas are our entire living area. We have 2 kids and a dog. Our house is not huge by any stretch. I had no idea how this was going to be possible and how we would be able to still live in our house. Just the thought of everything that needed to be packed up and sorted through was stressful beyond belief. You cant plan for a disaster but Rob and his team Leo and Jordan know what theyre doing! Robs crew came in the very next morning at the exact time he promised and began clearing out everything just as he said they would. Leo and Jordan came in and were so CLEAN and thorough and uninstructive even though they were right next to us ripping up our hardwood floors. I told them I was worried about my dog and the possibility of her paws getting punctured by any of the flooring that was now pulled up with only the subfloor exposed. Leo went above and beyond and made sure to take that worry away from us. Before they left after the demolition my house clean and free from any hazards. Leo and Jordan removed all the ruined furniture and items that I thought I would have to figure out how to discard. I cant thank Rob, Leo and Jordan enough for what theyve done for us up to this point. If you have a disaster in your home I want you to know you can trust them and count on them to treat you right. The problem we faced in our seaside home was a dank smell coming from two back bedrooms. Years ago there were two major water leaks and the prevailing theory (my wife) was that there was now likely mould growth in the wallsMore of an intellectual diagnostic problem than a call in the troops and clean up the mess issue.Chris Demers presented himself, on time and neatly attired with a friendly lets get to the bottom of this attitude. Though I hope you never have an emergency where you need to use AirCare, if you do they are the absolute best. I called them at 11 AM on the Sunday before Christmas when I found 6 inches of water across my entire basement. We were preparing to have 20+ people over for a holiday party at 2 PM. Chris answered my call right away and had people at our house by 12:30 PM. We couldnt figure out the source of the problem for DAYS, until we finally realized the towns water main had burst down the street at our neighbors house and somehow hit us too. Chris kept in touch with me every day and sent people over as often as needed. They were wonderful about managing the water flow and even better helping us clean up after. They checked and removed anything that could cause mold issues, added pumps and humidifiers everywhere and were so responsive and kind as we sorted everything out. Chris even helped me send information to the towns insurance company as we got everything squared away. Finally, they were flexible with us on payment while we waited for insurance to settle. Cannot recommend Chris and his team enough!

I chose AirCare as my contractor based upon the recommendation from my insurance adjuster at Liberty Mutual. Three rooms in my home plus basement had severe water damage. The bathroom was gutted. Rob Brown and his team of Miguel and Mike were friendly, professional, polite, knowledgeable and always on time every time. They introduced the subcontractors and I was always informed of the scope of work and what to expect. I am extremely pleased with the results of the restoration/remodel. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommendation AirCare.

We called Air Care at 11:30 pm after the city sewer backed up into our basement. Chris was responsive and reassured us someone would be there within an hour. This was after a different company said they’d send someone and, two hours later, did not. Over the course of the next weeks, everyone we dealt with was responsive, punctual, thorough, and great to deal with. And, they take care of everything so you’re not left trying to find a plumber and someone to do dry wall and someone else to disinfect your home. It was the best google search I’ve done.

Coming on time for the appointment to access the issue was great and the clean up team was so friendly and did an amazing job keeping my floors and furniture covered to protect from any debris. They responding pretty quickly and started the clean up pretty quickly but they did a poor job communicating and never got back to me about the reconstruction part of it. I even had to call them about picking up their fans and equipments up from my house. I had to hire a different company for the reconstruction.

If anyone needs help with mold or water damage, AirCare should be your one and only phone call!I experienced a pipe bursting late evening, and AirCare was onsite soon after to vacuum up the 2 of water in my kitchen, dining & living room! They were onsite until midnight helping me out. The demo of the affected areas was handled quickly by Rob. Rob was careful with my belongings that had to be moved, was able to salvage the kitchen cabinets and left the entire area wicked neat. I was extremely impressed by Chris Demers and his team.Chris & his team had just been onsite a few weeks before for a toilet leak that had gone unnoticed, which resulted in mold growing. That demo was handled carefully, all mold removed and the area dried out with fans & dehumidifiers for several days.AirCare is a top notch company! I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Guys did a super job cleaning up the extremely nasty sewage that backed up into my finished basement. I was extremely relieved that they knew what to do from the moment they arrived.

Not a great company to work for. Majority of the techs are good at what they do. Have to thoroughly go over your check EVERY week because more often than not, your check will be short. If your check is short you have to wait until the following week to receive the difference which most techs live pay check to paycheck because the hours are terrible if it’s not winter time (busiest season) so they struggle more to get by. They do not take care of their techs what so ever. Instead of giving the techs a 40hour week or more, the owner will hire a new tech to suck up hours which prevents the others from getting benefits. They should install a revolving door in this place considering the amount of people that quit and new hires. The only time you will benefit working here is during the winter when it’s very busy. All of the other seasons you will be lucky to get 30 hours

After our water heater let go, we called Aircare to provide emergency services. The account manager, Chris, was here with his crew in less than an hour. He was very organized and provided a beginning to end game plan of what to expect. Within a couple of days my basement was bone dry and ready for reconstruction. In only a week after that, I had my basement back in better condition than it was in before my water heater malfunctioned. I would definitely recommend Aircare to my family and friends if they ever needed restoration services. Thank you Aircare!

Called them to inquire about air duct cleaning related to a clean up after a water loss. 1st time I called spoke to a gentleman and gave him the sq footage of my home and phone number. He said he would email the proposal and I never received it. Called again and spoke with someone named Angela. Emailed her all the square footage details for each room and called and left her voice mail to follow up and she also never called me back or responded to my emails. Very unprofessional and a big waste of time. I do not recommend this company.

I called to get a clean up done for a broken pipe over the winter. The company was very responsive but unfortunately the people sent in to do the clean up were not careful at all. They broke the handle on my storm door, the glass door on the stove and two new theatre chairs. My daughters boyfriend and my contractor friend found the chairs warped when we started the renovation and told me immediately. I called AirCare either that day or the next and they blamed the broken chairs on my friend and my daughters boyfriend.Furthermore, they left my daughters room with piles and piles of her stuff thrown on the bed. They didn’t suggest anyone clean out the house first, so they pulled up the rugs with all my belongings present and just tossed our personal property everywhere. I wish I could post a picture. A picture is worth 1000 words. They refused to compensate me for anything they broke. And at the time I am writing this, my insurance hasn’t said I would get compensation for any of these items.Steer clear of this company! I am out over 2k.

I had AirCare out to my home after flooding this winter, they responded quickly, came to view damages the same day and even sent people out to begin the repair process the same day. They collected all of my insurance information so they could deal with them directly and saved me one headache.

Terrible company to work for and if you do work there id suggest you look over your paychecks as they like to stiff their employees. The woman Angela has terrible customer service skills one i learned if you smile into the phone you can hear a positive tune but with her she seems miserable and angry. Id look elsewhere; knowing how they treat their employees.

Worked with Chris Demers at AirCare for a difficult mold removal situation in a basement. A previous company had failed to remove the mold after 2 attempts-- Chris got the job done. There was some follow up items to do, and he did it without charging for more. Five stars from us!
