My daughter and I went to this nail salon so she could get a manicure, and I could get a set of acrylics, as we were getting ready for a party.This was my daughters first manicure, so she didnt know the routine. She didnt want a dip, she didnt even know what it was, and she didnt want a colored polish, but the woman helping her insisted she choose a color, and dipped her nails without asking. Not too big of a deal, but annoying.I wanted a full set of acrylics with a French manicure. The lady doing my nails did not shape my nails, did not allow me to wash my hands prior to her applying polish - which resulted in debris in my polish. There are pink paint chips embedded in the clear coat AND I didnt have ANY polish on when I arrived, so it didnt come from me. It came from the dirty table, and tools, and from her not letting me wash my hands after she put the nails on, and filed them, etc.WORST OF ALL, as I was getting my right hand painted, I felt something biting my left arm. I looked down and saw a flea or some other bug on my arm. I ended up getting 4 bug bites while sitting in the chair. There are NO OTHER bug bites on my body- none before I arrived and none since I left the salon. Gross.My nails look like a clumsy child put them on and my arm itches and it cost me $92.00.

My mother and I love this nail salon! My mother was very lost when our longtime nail salon closed abruptly and was so happy to find Nails 2000. She says they embody the sign in their shop--enter a stranger, leave a friend. Its a treat when Im in town and get to have my nails done with my mom at Nails 2000 but when I cant be there I know shes in good hands!

Absolutely love coming here. They never seemed over crowded and, they are very mindful of COVID precautions.I always get gel glitter nails from here because they have such a HUGE array of options which makes it worth being a repeat customer.I absolutely love consistency and, from what I observed, they staff takes their time to remember their clients and follow up with their lives.

Great service! This is normally not my regular nail salon and I needed a quick fill appointment. I called to schedule and I wanted to get an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, I was seated immediately and another nail tech began service on time until my scheduled nail tech was ready.My nail technician and was very careful and meticulous about my nails. She payed attention to every detail to reshape my nails as requested. She did a fill and it looked like i got a full set! She also did a cute design and Im obsessed with my nails.Nails 2000 definitely has a new customer and I will be back!

I came here and got a full set for $50 and then came back a few weeks later for a fill which they charged me $60 for? She didn’t put a base coat on my nails before the polish and there was a piece of lint stuck on one of my nails when she was done and when I asked her to fix it she just filed it off creating a rough texture on my nails. I would not recommend going here.

Took my niece here to get shellac done!!! Nails 2000 does the best job! Always happy with the way they do things. AND the lady who did her toes gifted her flowers on her toes for her special day. A moment my niece will not forget. Thanks ladies!

I’m new to the area and this was my first time to this nail salon. Nails look pretty decent, but Michelle seemed to be in a bit of a rush and didn’t do exactly what I had asked for. I wanted a squoval shape- the shape of the nails are a bit inconsistent and the thumbs are quite square. She didn’t check in with me to see if I liked them throughout the process and didn’t react when I said ouch or jumped in pain. She did not touch my cuticles. They weren’t pushed back at all and the cuticles were left dry and cracked. She didn’t have me wash my hands before or after- I had to ask if I could wash them. I might go back again with another technician because prices were decent and my nails look decent, but I’ll probably try some other places first.

I was very skeptical about this place but needed a manicure that day and my normal lady was booked.I couldnt be happier with the outcome.The atmosphere is a typical nail salon filled with harsh fumes but Ill be coming here from now on.My manicurist did an amazing job on my nails. I had even broken one of my real nails and she put a tip on it to keep them all the same length.They also have tons of colors which is so rare! The staff is incredibly kind and professional at the same time. They are always smiling and ready to help. Ive never left here unhappy! My usual bi weekly visit includes a toe polish change and a gel polish change! Love sitting in the massage chairs while I wait for my gel to soak off. I have been at all hours of the day and I will say they are usually very busy but it is worth the wait! My gel nails are always perfect and thin just like a typical coat of nail polish and they always last at least 2 weeks! Number 1 place in Canby - wont be looking for another place!

I have to agree with comment below ... I LOVE THIS PLACE nice good nails and last a while. I have been coming here for over 1 years and even thou I live so far I still come here. They do the nails by taking there time I seriously can go a month and half with a full set. Its good quality and they do a great job plus they love kids and do my daughters names too. I love it wouldnt go anywhere else. ALSO there gel nails can last me 2 months plus looooooove it!! Salon is beautiful, clean, staff is friendly and owner is awesome.I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. You wont be disappointed with your experience.

Ive been a regular at Nails 2000 for about 7 months or so. I visit the salon at least once every 3 weeks. Before I found retreat, I always had a problem with trusting nail techs to get my shape right. If it werent for Nails 2000 I would probably still be on the hunt for a consistent, reliable nail tech.The salon is always extremely clean and continuously being cleaned by the techs. You can always count on the person in the reception area to be super sweet/funny and helpful. They have a fully stocked bar and everyone is super hospitable. The salon is huge and the all of staff seems to be talented and experienced.In the past I used to dread going to get my nails done because it felt like a process, but now I actually like getting my nails done because of Nails 2000 quality of service and great staff!

I love this salon. Everyone is always so nice. Last time I got dip nails and they looked great other than a scratch along my cuticle due to going fast. Today I got acrylic extensions and paint. They are exactly what I wanted, the right shape and none are crooked! Ill definitely be going back to work with Tracy again.

I recently moved to this side of town and discovered this brand new nail salon. Ive been there three times thus far and have no complaints. Im a simple person who just wants even nail lengths and neat nail polish. They do that well for me. The salon is clean and modern, and I will continue to come back.

I requested an appointment and the owner got back to me very quickly and answered all of my questions. Everyone was super polite when I came in for my appointment and I was quickly seated. My manicurist is the girl, I absolutely loved my experience. I only got a pedi and the pics uploaded were my friends but I just had to show how great the work was. Nonetheless, all 3 of the gals that worked on us were kind, caring, and gave exceptional service. Some specifics to learn about are that they offered me water when I coughed since my friend and are struggling to get over our cold; they checked if we were happy with the shape, color, the depth of color, the shine, etc.; their fans to dry your hands and feet had warmers so it made the cold weather bearable; and they were so very attentive! 5 stars well-deserved!! I randomly found my new spot to get pampered!! I will patronize here from now on!!!

This is the only place I go to get my gel manicures.I have NEVER had anything but a great experience and have been impressed by every technician here! My gel manicures always last a minimum of 2 weeks and I only get them redone because they have grown out! Never have a problem with chipping or peeling. They use great products and give a complementary back massage while you get your manicure.I love this place and will never go anywhere else!

Love this place. Its clean and the staff have great attitudes. Once my gel manicure changed color from pink to brown overnight (no fault of the staff, I looked online and learned it was a problem with the specific shade of the brand of polish) and they took care of it for me the next day without issue. My favorite nail salon! The entire team is happy! They greet you warmly and the service is excellent. They are staffed for volume and seat you quickly. Mani/pedi is done at the same time so you arent tied up for 2 hours. Ive been a client for a year, they are consistently fabulous!

I don’t usually do reviews but my experience was not good and I feel like I should share. I’ve always heard great things about this nail place so to say I was disappointed was an understatement. We did make an appointment and we only had to wait a few minutes before going back, no problem. But the lady doing my nails was rude and had no interest in making conversation, which I don’t mind but no need to be rude. I got a shellac manicure and my nails started peeling off 4 days after I got it done. I’m sad I waisted my money here and I’m sad my shellac didn’t last. I gave it two stars because we were able to get in at our appointment time and because of the color selection they have for shellac. Would I recommend anyone I know go here? No.

My technician was very courteous and make sure I was okay with what she was doing. I have chronic pain on my right side. She made sure that I was comfortable and happy its her to work. We had some laughs and everything was very pleasant. This was the first time I had ever been to Nails 2000. I plan to return!!

I never been treated so badly and rudely. The lady doing my nails treated me like I was invisible. I still tipped her generously. She ripped the money out of my hand then walked away. She didn’t even say thank you or even GOODBYE. I was shocked and truly hurt. I don’t understand why or how she could treat a customer this way, especially when I was nice and tipped well. I just know that I will never be back. Be careful when coming here, they apparently have no problem treating customers like garbage for no reason at all.

Very happy with Nails 2000. My friend is a regular, and we stopped in one Saturday for manicures. I also ended up getting a pedicure which was a good choice.Usually when I get manicures my nails start breaking off after a few days. Not with Nails 2000 - she did a great job. Did a pretty good job on my manicure.The pedicure was great. Relaxing, the chairs are really nice, great leg massage. Another plus - one of the few times I have gotten a pedi (which is often) that my heels did not crack afterwards.Given the wonderful experience and service I will happily pay it again.

Nails 2000 is wonderful, certainly the best pedi Ive enjoyed in the Canby.When you arrive youre given a menu of choices for aromas and scrubs that are included in your treatment. I look forward to trying the various options from rosemary to peppermint on future visits.Which is amazing considering the salon is also super clean with lovely relaxing decor and has friendly staff. And in case you need one more reason to visit, Nails 2000 is family owned and operated!I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

Great attention to detail and extensive color selection.I had an SNS manicure with tips done and loved the results. As most nail enthusiasts know, not everyone can do SNS but Nails 2000 sure can. I was tended to and serviced promptly - in and out in about an hour on a Wednesday around lunch time. The nail tech listened to my requests and input, and made my desired nail look a reality.Pricing is affordable and reasonable for the quality of service as well as area.

It was my first time on this salon. I had my nails done. But I was not happy and satisfied. The lady who did my nails was not really friendly at all. She made me feel like I was a bothered to her. She was disinterested and which made me feel very uncomfortable. Didn’t even talk and didn’t even know her name. My nails are sharp. I will never go back there and never recommend this place.

I dont usually write reviews. And I have been going to this place for about a year. It always bothers me when people in these places dont speak English and talk among themselves in another language or on their phone while Im getting my nails done, but Ive put up with it. Most of the time, I just get pedicures and they do a decent job, although the massage isnt good.Lately I have been getting my finger nails done with a gel coat. The last time I was in my nails were starting to break a little bit so I asked if they could put some tips on and do just one layer of the powder coat so that it had some strength to it. Betty(the owner) did my nails. She didnt listen to what I was saying, possibly she couldnt understand, but she kept talking and Vietnamese on the phone and to other employees and then left for a while, as she went back and waxed someone else before she finished my nails.I specifically asked for rounded nails and she kept filing them so they were pointed it took three times to get them rounded. I specifically asked for just one thin coat of powder. At first she tried applying solar nails (which I had specifically said I did NOT want) I told her I did not want thick nails, I wanted them to look and feel natural) and she kept applying more coats of powder, and my nails are thick and uncomfortable. She also didnt even trim the cuticles on my nails or soak my fingers or do lotion on my hands let alone a massage and she charged me 45 bucks.Needless to say I wont be going back there Id like to find a place where they speak English and understand what youre telling them.I think its extremely rude for these people to sit there and speak in another language. If they want to live in America they need to learn English and speak English and carry on conversations with their customers instead of talking back and forth in a foreign language or on their phones while theyre supposed to be working on the customer!

The woman that I got for having my nails cut back and repainted was very rude. She did not talk to me and kept pulling on my hands and arms. I was then charged for a manicure, which is not what I requested not got. At the end she put some sort of oil on my hands, and when asked what it was, I was completely ignored. I would up having a bad allergic reaction to the oil. In my case it was not a good experience and I will not return. I will also tell people when asked of my experience and recommend they go somewhere else.

I have had acrylic nails for year and I have broke 1 or 2 and never had a lifting problem. I changed to Nails 2000 because I change jobs and it closer but I have had nothing but lifting, acrylic chipping off. I went back to left them know I did not get a sorry just we can fix and they charged me. Theyre pedicures are great they do the wax and all but I will not go back for Nails. Ill be going back to Oregon City.

The lady that worked on my hands was rude and didnt take good care of my hands. She didnt lotion my hands or clean up my hands. She was also did them every fast. The nails look good, just wish she took her time.

Quality of work excellent, but a bit overpriced

Finding a nail place in Canby wasnt as easy as I thought... until I met Nails 2000.The service is by far the BEST Ive ever had at any nail place in the nation. This may sound like an exaggeration but its not. I travel a lot for work and have gotten mani/pedis in over 15 states. (I took the time to count it! hah!) Ive had 4 different people in the past couple of months and EVERY single one of them does a fantastic job. They dont lay a fat coat of polish to the point it doesnt dry. And they LISTEN to your wishes. Each one of them deliver excellent quality work. Very accommodating even when they are swamped! They are all genuinely warm and caring.Nails 2000 has become a highlight of my week! Try it, you wont regret it!

Bad customer service, never tried to have a conversation. Simply said pick a color sit down. I had my 4yr old daughter with me and I had to fix her nail polish the lady did a very bad job on her!

When I first went Lily did a fantastic job on my nails, listened and took her time. ( which still was less time than it took Betty the owner/manager!😡) I am absolutely disgusted with the experience and the outcome. I am now stuck with hideous nails and a sour taste in my mouth. Stay away from this establishment and stay clear of Betty, she has no manners and has no skills.
