I was visiting my family last week when my car was vandalized both my car doors were broken out and my car turned over. My baby car seat was full of glass and things were missing... my cousin car the same! I followed up with my cousin about the incident and I was told nothing still has been done. I wanted to report this to my insurance but I’m afraid my insurance will go up. I was told this wasn’t the first offense, she also told me about a violent crime that occurred in her building and how management asked if witnesses would come forward if they saw anything. I think that’s so unsafe. And if the cameras are working why would they need witnesses. I’m scared for my cousin and I hope she moves soon.
Shakia Stokes was knowledgeable, supportive and professional throughout the leasing process. I was working with a tight deadline and feeling very anxious. She answered all questions in a clear, concise manner and was very patient. My anxiety is in check now and Im excited to be moving to a safe, comfortable place with great staff.
I have lived at Tribeca over the past 3 years and it has become the WORST PLACE EVER IN the change in management and ownership. Things do NOT get fixed nor addressed in a timely manner. MANAGEMENT is non-responsive to any request. We paying residents came in with an expectation and it was met initially and once we got under new management the care, concern, and the well-being of the residents didnt exist any longer. There have been many vandalisms and break ins with NOTHING IS BEING DONE. WE have cameras that DONT work, but the rental office sure want there rent on time or you will have a not on your door. Its unfortunate to live somewhere and NOT feel safe.
I moved in a year ago and never have this experience been pleasant or professional... but to top the icing on the cake I own to trucks and within 2 months both my trucks were broken into twice.... on this last incident 78 cars total windows were bust out and the apartment doesn’t want to take accountability. No security, cameras don’t work and management just lies. Maintenance request goes unanswered, building dirty... someone got stabbed in the building and blood stains are still there... THIS IS NOT A LUXURY BUILDING, DO NOT MOVE HERE.
I’ve lived here for at least 7 months now and I am completely disappointed in this property. The leasing office staff is so rude and has poor communication, my car has been vandalized. I have put in several maintenance request that have went unanswered it’s just all around the worst place I’ve lived once my lease is up I will be leaving. The new owners are terrible.
Ive lived at Tribeca for nearly 4 years and it had mostly been a great experience until Cushman & Wakefield took over a few months ago. Since then there have been 3 or 4 incidents in the garage where people have their cars broken into. This did not happen previously due to former management having effective security but Cushman & Wakefield simply does not prioritize any type of security.Ben Zeitler, who works for Cushman & Wakefield, told me on the phone when I called about this issue that I could try leaving my car door unlocked so that the thieves would not have to break my window to get access to the car. An absolutely amazing thing to say to a tenant and he was absolutely serious. Just completely tone deaf and reflective of the Cushman & Wakefield approach: just give up; there is nothing that can be done about it.Theres absolutely no reason to move into these apartments right now. Its simply unsafe. The garage has no apparent security even after all these incidents and the garage doors are often broken. Its too bad because this is a nice building with a lot of great people in it and we had enjoyed our time here. However, if something is not done we are moving at the end of our lease and I would encourage absolutely no one to sign a lease at Tribeca at Camp Springs right now.
For the price point of this apartment there should be no reason to have these types of problems.1. On move in the apartment was terrible, the desk in the office area was hanging off. There was ripped up contact paper on the cabinets and shelves. Many of the drawers in the fridge were cracked and unclean. The hot water heater was leaking and has since leaked again2. The toilet was running and it took maintainance 3 days to come and fix which resulted in an exorbitant water bill to which there was no compensation.3. The security gate to the garage is constantly broken or just open, and the call box either doesnt work or they take years to add you (been here almost a year and still havent been added)4. Management is extremely inconsistent. They are either super friendly/helpful or completely non existent. It tends to be the latter more often than not tho. Which leads me to believe that the friendly facade is just a ploy to attempt to keep their position as the management company, considering nothing actually gets resolved until you reach out to corporate. Lets not forget that they send notices after hours and then leave a non working number to contact.5. Its also very clear maintenance and the leasing staff/management do not communicate because either the maintenance men dont know why theyre at your apartment or they just dont come and then management seems confused that they didnt. In the midst of writing this review they basically just told tenants they were not allowed back in the garage if we leave because the gate is yet again broken. Which literally makes zero sense, but clearly nothing they do here makes sense. On a somewhat positive note:1. The complex is always clean which is greatly appreciated2. The community is very neighborly3. Mr. Robinson in the leasing office is probably the only person in there that actually does his job so I would like to truly thank him.4. The proximity to things is really good but thats about it.Needless to say, wont be renewing the lease here and I would encourage folks to look somewhere else if theyre looking for somewhere to call home.
Ive been here since 2015 and I decided to update my review of this place because up until recently I havent been having any problems. But since the new management things have been getting worse. Maintenance isnt done as quick as it use to be and recently they have been having issues with the gates. I was late to work because the the only other working gate at the time broke. Ive attached pictures of the line of cars waiting to leave. Security was no where in site. I have also seen at least 3 vehicles that have had all 4 of their wheels stolen. This makes no sense to me how we have security and gates and things like this keep happening.
The apartments are nice but since they cut out the security for 24hours our car has been vandalized twice in 2 months and now packages are getting stolen also,we moved here mainly for the security me and and more than half of the residents say they need to bring back 24hour security soon as possible because its seems to be getting worse,Im really tired of getting up and going out at 4:30am to check my car.and the date was 4/2021and5/2021
I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary of residing at Tribeca a Camp Springs. I must say that I am extremely pleased and happy to have made Tribeca my home -- it reminds me of living at a 5-Star resort. The location is pristine and is conveniently located practically at the doorstep of the Branch Avenue Metro station and is just right off of the Capital Beltway. The amenities are absolutely awesome with a business center, weight and aerobics room and if you just want to hang out in the clubhouse and shoot some pool while watching a big screen T.V., then you have that option as well. If you are an outdoorsy type than you will enjoy the swimming pool or the golfing green area during the warmer months. The staff here is incredible -- they are always friendly and always extremely customer service oriented. There is round-the-clock security and the security personnel are very personable and they do a fantastic job in securing the premises. I have not had any issues with my unit, the property itself the personnel nor have I required any substantive repairs to my unit. The two times that I called maintenance, I received an immediate response. One particular during the summer my AC stopped working on a Friday -- maintenance came that same day and installed a temporary cooling unit until proper repairs could be made that following Monday. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and are consistently maintained. I highly recommend Tribeca for anyone looking for a great place to live.
Cons.....Units are outdated....... Some still have old appliances I believe to still be from when they first opened the building. Need to update bathroom fixtures and take up most of the carpet, as the surrounding properties in immediate area have wood floors now. They are way over priced to be so outdated. Pros is the building is pretty quiet and clean. Ample parking for guests and visitors. Maintenance is prompt. Jamie seemed to be nice and sincere for most part. Property manage was a liar. Bad vibes from her and never kept her word.
Jawatha H you asked me to email Tribeca management with my concerns based on my review? I did numerous times and just two days ago to the same email address you provided on this on this review page and I’ve heard nothing not even a confirmation that my email and it’s contents were read.
An truly pleasant community. My experience here has been seamless: from the initial tour, to the application (and rapid turnaround to approval), and finally move-in. The staff has been professional and available to answer all questions, and maintenance has been lightning fast to respond. I would recommend this community to anyone who inquires. Keep up the strong work, Tribeca!
Apartment living was new for me, but this has been a marvelous experience. The staff is great make u feel like family, the environment is friendly and safe. Very clean and plenty parking, work orders are resolved very quickly. The location is excellent. Very large rooms simply the best of the best!!!!👍🏾
You wont be disappointedOverall my time at Tribeca @ camp springs, has been a great living experience. The amenities are awesome and the 24hr front desk is phenomenal. The office staff knows you on a first name basis and the maintenance staff is just killer at taking care of your request on time and makes you feel like you matter. Best location possible. Hwy only 2 blocks down and metro right across the street, but still quiet enough to hear yourself think. I will be renewing.
Don’t live here! Way to many issues to list, but what everyone is saying about these apartments are 100% accurate. Management isn’t cooperative, people access your home without authorization this has happen with myself and other tenants, my fiancé tires was one of the many cars that were vandalized. Of course he wasn’t taken care of in anyway. Most likely it was an inside job. The access gate is still broken. What really irks me about the situation is that they spend money to remodel the leasing office but not fix the darn gate that has been down since early May or maybe they can install some cameras in the garage. Also, the access doors are constantly catching. Needless to say we will be moving as well. I’m tired of having to check my bill for accuracy because we constantly getting miscellaneous charges and having to go down to the office for them to fix it. Every month there’s some renter insurance late fee charge which is not accurate. Save yourselves the headache.
Best bang for buck very secure awesome square footage and the metro is across the street. Thaxton in the leasing office really went above and beyond finding the perfect home for us and gave us some great style queues. Highly recommended
The entire staff is outstanding! Even when short handed, they maintain professionalism and acknowledge your presence until they can serve you. Karis is one of the best property managers Ive encountered. Theyre always willing to assist in any request. The grounds are very well kept, and cleanliness has never been an issue. I havent had any major issues with my apartment. The maintenance team even offered to help me install a ceiling fan in my unit. They have onsite storage units, which is very convenient as well. The only thing this place is missing is a store front coffee shop.
The Tribeca Apartments are fantastic! This review is being made after 6 months of residence here. I honestly have no qualms. The apartments themselves are well-taken-care-of, high-quality, and have plenty of cabinet space. The staff is friendly and helpful. They respond QUICK if you need something taken care of (Ive had maintenance come by the same day I put in a request on several occasions). Noise is at a minimum. The Metro is a five minute walk. The lounge is very spacious. The gym has plenty of equipment. And theres a pool!
Tribeca is a nice community and located perfectly next to the Branch Ave Metro Station. This is great when trying to commute to downtown DC, the Nationals Stadium, etc. The units are very spacious (my roommate and I had a two bedroom/two bathroom corner unit) and very open. The management and maintenance staff are very friendly and were prompt when correcting issues we had within our unit. They have on-site security which will ease your mind when it comes to safety and security. There is an amazing fitness gym and the grounds are very well kept. Overall, I was very pleased with the complex and would recommend others to reside here. I, however, would not recommend this residence for those are who are lower enlisted military members. The basic housing allowance covers the majority of the rent but youd wind up paying out of pocket for the rest as well as the utilities. I would recommend somewhere more within your price range if youd like to save money. If you dont mind the cost, then this is the #1 place Id recommend you to live.
ALERT!!!!! BEWARE!! THIEF IS AT AND ALL TIME HIGH... DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE HERE!I BEEN HERE A LITTLE OVER A YEAR, RECENTLY THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT AND IT SHOWS IN THE WORST WAY. OVER THE PASS 6 - 8 WEEKS THERE HAS BEEN A RASH OF THIEF - WHERE ALL 4 WHEELS HAS BEEN STOLEN, AND THATS JUST ON MY FLOOR AND THE VISITORS LEVEL CAN’T SPEAK TO THE OTHER 5 OR 6 FLOORS. THE SECURITY GATE IS BROKEN. MANAGEMENT HAS YET TO DO ANYTHING THAT WILL BENEFIT THE TENANTS THAT ARE PAYING $2000+ A MONTH. I UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN, BUT THIS MUCH VANDALISM/THIEF IN A GATED BUILDING. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. HOWEVER, THEY DID SEND OUT NOTICE ABOUT A MONTH AGO ABOUT A NEW TOWING COMPANY.. INTERESTING, PERHAPS THERE’S A CONNECTION OR MAYBE THERE PRIORITY. WILL BE RELOCATING SOON.CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!!!!BTW: UTILITIES CHARGES - UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT MY BILL DOUBLE - SPOKE WITH MANAGEMENT AND THE THE COMPANY NO EXPLANATION.IN CHOOSING THIS LOCATION/BUILDING, I THOUGHT I WAS BY PASSING THE LOW INCOME, GARDEN STYLE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT MENTALITY. SEEMS LIKE IT FOUND ITS WAY HERE ☹️.
I stayed at Tribeca for about 2 years. The property was quiet, I rarely ever heard any of my neighbors. The staff is very professional. The facility is well kept and clean. The maintenance team is rapid and very responsive. I would definitely recommend Tribeca at Camp Springs.
After looking at apartments, this place made my final decision, but Unfortunately due to carpet that my girlfriend doesnt like we chose another place. I viewed this place twice with jasmine ( property manager) and her knowledge was perfect . Before viewing the place she made feel welcomed, Shes extra nice and very professional!!! Thanks Alot. I will always recommend this place as long as shes there. Ask to see Jasmine
Moved here December 2018 and moving in the very near future. My SUV was one of several vehicles broken into in October 2017. Just recently, several vehicles again four tires were stolen and left on crates. The so-called parking garage gate has been broken since the vehicle thefts with no explanation from management. For some reason management believes the one gate entry/exit system is working, ahhh nope! Just the other day a car was sitting behind the gate that did not belong inside the garage in the first place for someone to open the gate and that day was me. So, if someone wanted to continue to vandalize vehicles they can. There is no security, you pay for a gated parking space, supposedly 24 hour security that sit at a desk all night and you get nothing. These overpriced outdated apartments are not keeping up with any modern amenities. On the ground level of the Tribeca is an Adult Day Care Center. Not a coffee shop, dog place, cleaners or store but an Adult Day Care Center. Anyone lives here and when you look at the pool gatherings it makes wonder. There are no security cameras in the hallways or within the garage. I personally thinks it’s an inside job or poor management or both. The windows are not sound proof, you hear every noise outside. When it rains, the water drops constantly outside of your bedroom on a metal gutter and believe me it’s loud. Good luck with sleeping. The screens don’t fit the window seal so whatever bugs want to enter they can. The heat and AC in the units are not balanced, therefore in the wintertime, one side of the unit is too hot and other side is cold. You pay all of your own utilities. Forget about sleeping on Saturday mornings because the trash trucks on one side will wake you. I’m pretty sure at one time this was a nice place to love but this is no different than a low-income building just look fancier and you pay more for nothing. Don’t do it.
I have been living here for almost a year now..I moved from Aspire Apollo due to so many management issues. I don’t regret it for a second. Now there have been some speed bumps with the new management company that took over shortly after I moved in, but those seem to be ironing themselves out nicely..like my granny says “patience is a Virtue “If you’re looking for a clean and well maintained property that is convenient to the Beltway and metro Tribeca is for you. Square footage for the price cannot be beat. Package receiving is a breeze and they enforce the rules, so folks clean up after their pets and it is a clean non smoking property. Common areas are meticulously maintained and the pool is great in the warmer weather. Looking forward to upgrading to a larger unit and continuing on with this gem of a property.
I have been a resident at Tribeca at Camp Springs for almost three years now and I am more than pleased with the maintenance of the luxurious living quarters as well as the professionalism of management. Our concerns are immediately addressed and management has gone above and beyond to ensure proper levels of security at all times. My primary satisfaction with this residential property is the convenience that it provides, as the metro is directly across the street, covered garage parking in addition to the 24 hour concierge and security. We particularly enjoy the landscaping and recreational options of this residence to include the tot lot, swimming pool and gym. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to reside in the Washington, DC area.
Absolutely beautiful apartment HOMES!The community is well maintained and top notch staff. A must see! Close to metro. I love it.
2 months ago I moved to Tribeca, thus far I would have to say it has been a great experience. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating with my questions and concerns. Overall I am happy with my move and my new home.
Ive been living at Tribeca for 2 months and have been blown away by how great the staff, property, and my home has been. Such peace and quiet community. Helpful staff members and made me feel comfortable from the moment i walked in.
I’ve lived at Tribeca almost two years and recently started to have problems - my car was one of nine broken into this past September; this week alone, cars were broken into and another had all four of their tires stolen, and the car was left on milk crates. I’ve also questioned the accuracy of the gas bill charges - one month it will be $30, and the next month $90; I was told to go ahead and pay the full balance while they “looked into things” - I still have not received an adequate response. Since new management team has brought the property, there are all kinds of extra “charges” added to the rent that weren’t there before and the staff can’t seem to adequately explain the purpose for these charges.Residents aren’t notified via email about mass car break ins/vandalism - we either see it for ourselves, or hear about it word of mouth; however, we are notified via email about irrelevant events such as events in the community room, refreshments on holidays, meeting the new staff, when rent is due etc. etc.The apartments are very nice, spacious, and I’ve never had an issue with my neighbors - it’s the extra curricular activities (see above) that has me considerig moving once my lease is up.
I am so happy that we made our move here to Tribeca. The Office staff are on top of things & the maintenance staff are just great with there quick response for both request & emergencies. And watching the area grow is an added bonus.
This was a great place when I moved here last August but since the sale and property management changed it has gone down hill fast. Misc rent charges, broken gate, access doors open, and cars being broken into. I’m done. August can’t get here fast enough.
I dont live here but im very shocked that the same complaints about the same apartment is still being made by DIFFERENT TENANTS in a 5 year span!!!! #TheSearchContinues
Interior of the building and apartments are nice, but good luck dealing with security or management. You can expect your vehicle to be stolen or vandalized. Within the locked parking garage, my vehicle was vandalized 4 times within one year of living there. After my rims were stolen for the 2nd time, management said they would help me out and reimburse me.. never happened. You may be lucky and get a show outside the leasing office.. was able to watch from my window while the security employees yelled and threatened to kill each other:“Imma bout to pop the trunk on this fool”“I been locked up I don’t care I’ll go right back”“My cousin will murk you”
I Lived here for 3 years and the only issue is a recurring one. The kids smoking weed in the stairways and people breaking into the cars on the lower levels. The staff needs to add more security cameras in the dead spots to decrease crime.
Tribeca is a top notch facility that needs to make some minor adjustments to be 5 star. Most of the staff is amazing with the exception of a Ms. Pam Brown. I know a lot of residents here and they all have told me horror stories about the way she treats residents and other employees. These stories have been very detailed and really should be addressed. I think most are too busy with life to really worry about it but, it does puts a black eye on the property. Another issue is the simple fact that the for as much as it costs to live here it is unacceptable that people have to worry about vehicle thefts and vandalism. The complex has cameras that protect their property but not the residents, i.e the parking garages and the public hallways. I find this to be ridiculous considering there have been thefts and vandalism since Ive been here. They are also quick to minimize security which i do not understand considering theyre are no cameras in the above mentioned areas. The complex is simply too big for one security officer. lastly, I will say that they kill a lot of trees with these parking passes and the swimming pool pass issue is ridiculous as well. It almost seems as theyre too worried about who uses the pool. A simple paper or digital roster of tenants would be so much simpler that you check in with when you go to the pool. The issues are serious but, the complex is still top notch and I enjoy living here.
I just moved into the property and like the fact that it is secure and safe. The layout and features are similar to Carmels. The apartment is literally right next to the metro station and very close to DC. It takes me 15 minutes to get to National Stadium. There is also visitor parking in the apartment garage, your guests do not have to worry about finding a place to park or walking in the rain or cold. I worked with April and she ensured my move-in went smoothly. The apartment building is very clean, neighbors are friendly, and amenities are top notch. Out of all the other apartments in the area, and having lived at Carmels apartment, I would say this is by far the best one. Expect to pay a little more, but you get what you pay for.
First time looking for a apartment . Thaxton was so helpful and nice he answered all my questions took his time to show me different units and didn’t try to rush me into anything. He let me choose between 3 different apartments before I really made my decision. The next day I made my decision and moved right in the following week now Ive been here for two months and I love it so far ! Anytime you need help finding your a apartment here go to Thaxton.
I use to live here in 2016 and I like it here alot, its very nice
Searching for my first apartment, Thaxton was super helpful ! Wasn’t uptight and didn’t make me feel anxious about the process. He was also informative and was able to educate me about the surrounding area, nearby fun things to do and good food places. Thanks Thaxton! Everyone usually is stuck up but Need more like you in the renting business!
I have lived here for about four years and must say the property has gone down hill since the change in management. The garage gate continues to be broke and the management has decided against posting security guards as the last management team. Because of the easy access, I was one of several others that had one of my cars vandalized as others had their wheels stolen and windows broken out. I contacted the office and was told the manager would give me a call by the close of business. Needless to say, I am still waiting on a phone call. The maintenance that normally takes a day, now takes several days and that requires you to go in the office to complain. It cost to much to stay here and not feel safe.
This very nice its have putting green and gym and party room, but they dont have signs to tell you where thing are but it nice place live, big apt. A lot space very nice.
It was a great experience, when I was over there. But one thing they should do, is have some signs that point to where things are like for an example, GYM. I was there looking for the gym when it was on the other side.
Moved in a year ago with my husband. i love the staff including Akeem at the mail room. very neat apartment
Tribeca at Camps Springs is all I could have ever hoped for! It is conveniently located, walking distance from the Branch Ave Metro, bye-bye to congested I95 traffic and its minutes from DC & a short drive from Baltimore and the National Harbor/Shopping Outlet Mall is amazing. The Condos or Units if you will, have beautiful, spacious floor plans that can accomodate all your living needs. The activity room, gym and conference center are very nice, the staff is the absolute best and the maintenance team is extremely fast and effiecient! All I can say is that I love living at Tribeca at Camps Springs and I would highly recommend it to any one who is looking for a safe, clean and convenient place to live!
Since they open this back road its too much traffic going back and forth its not as peaceful as it used to be the bedrooms are not big enough the bathroom is always cold and in the summer fall months have ants and knats issues front office not as friendly as used to be nor the mailroom Personnel person the old building manager Pamela is no longer here she was really kind and nice I am definitely looking for future home the only good thing at this point living in this building its the Metro.
Visited a friend recently. Yall need to empty that trash near the elevator located near parking, IMMEDIATELY! The smell made me nauseous.
Excellent place to call home!! I am so glad I moved onto this great community...The office staff here is friendly and helpful...The maintenance guys are incredible with their response time and reliable work ethics...Home Sweet Home!!!!
Havent moved yet however I thoroughly enjoyed my tour with Thaxton lol
Very nice property, the staff is very nice and professional. The community is always clean and quiet, I highly recommend checking them out.
Had a few hiccups since I’ve been here but overall clean quiet and worth the money. Thaxton has been very helpful with everything since moving here.
Beautiful apartment complex. Attending a womens event on the community room...parking was shaky, but considering lots of the guest werent residents you cant hold that against them...
I love it here, the only thing that i hate is every time i get a package sent here & i ask for it to be signed for, they same to never be able to find it. even after i checked the tracking & it say it was deliver they always say they are unable to find it, but it always get signed for by the front desk guy but they never log it in in time.. always hours later, happen to me twice..& it was nothing they can do about it but say sorry, due to them signing a bulk of package they dont really pay attention to what package their really getting, thats the only thing that bothers me & i became worried that maybe someone was stealing my package, bc i order so much, of course the front desk people is watching me some even know my unit by heart, i just hope they can get the package deal under control, & pay attention to what you sign they was so press to show me a paper saying there not responsible for missing packages. kinda sucks no-one being help accountable but me. would of gave it a 5 star but thats big to me i should be able to send packages home to were i live..
The location of Tribeca is ideal for the commute to Joint Base Andrews. The actually living spaces are a must see spacious and comfy!
Very nice apartments!
This place is terrible!!!! Ever since management has changed it has gone down hill ever since. Maintenance is never really on time with anything anymore & they dont finish the job, the doors are ALWAYS broke and dont close properly, you have all these hidden fees now & they lied and claimed my renter insurance was expired and charged me for that when i know for a fact its not expired. & now all of a sudden cars are being vandalized, tires are being stolen and i do believe this is an inside job or its just poor management on their part. We pay all this money for a secured gate, and supposedly 24 hour security but i think thats BS because half of the time security is rarely at the front desk. When i moved here 2 years ago everything was FINE but now since Pamela left everything has gone downhill. You pay all this money for these run down apartments, that they claim are luxury. I wish i didnt sign my lease 3 months ago because this is ridiculous.
Dont be fooled.... it starts off great, Jamie and Pam were Excellent cant say the same about some of the other members of the staff..I will start by saying I lived there for 2 years for the most part I enjoyed my place there. it was close to the metro as well as other places like the harbor and outlets. A few things I didnt like was the fact that my master bedroom temperature never matched the rest of the house. In the winter it was always extremely cold to the point where I had to purchase a space heater.(in the summer it was warm) When I brought it up to maintenance and the leasing office they said it was because my door was closed and didnt allow circulation (so should I sleep with my door open???) I think thats BS I have never lived anywhere that I had to leave my door open just for my HVAC system to work properly. secondly every summer we would have a bad infestation of ants, small red spiders, and gnats and you have to wait for pest control who only comes once a month. Lastly upon move out they came and did a walkthrough and the only concern they had was a few spots on the wall where I filled the holes but didnt sand it down smoothly. Other than that I was told that my apt was very clean and well kept. Now about a month after I moved out I get a final bill notice saying I owed $300 to replace the carpet. Let me point out the fact that I had no children, no pets, and nobody wore shoes in my apt. So I contacted them asking about the bill and they state that there were stains that couldnt be removed (the stains apparently werent there during the walkthrough so the must of come after I left) I asked for pictures of the carpet before and after it was cleaned showing me the stains that warranted replacement. after about a week I received pictures of a carpet sitting in the garage (could have come from anywhere) I have repeatedly tried to work with them and tried to get them to show me evidence that my carpet was damaged but the staff (Donnell Jenkins) has been nothing but rude to me (the customer). If I damaged the carpet if I left it with burns or holes I wouldnt mind paying to replace it but for them to send me a bill for replacement after the walkthrough was conducted is ridiculous.
Went to visit a friend and got the tour one word awesome
I have been here since September 12, and just renewed my lease for another year. I work in D.C., so I knew I was going to have to live in Maryland...but who wants to do that. Anywhere in Maryland that is close to D.C. is pretty much the ghetto, but I call Tribeca my diamond in the ruff. A 1mi. radius around Tribeca could easily put you in the ghetto, but within that radius is businesses, a metro line, car dealerships, and a restaurant. You literally dont have a neighborhood.. which means there are no stoops to chill on, no blocks to kick it on, and no kids running around. The building is big and quiet, youll be lucky to see the same resident twice! The staff is friendly and courteous as well as maintenance and security. Speaking of security, name a place that picks up your package for you and you can pick it up ANYTIME.... no Ill wait. Going to work before 6am, getting off work after 6pm and you can still go pick up your package. There WAS about a 2 month period where we had a couple (2-3) vehicles broken into that were parked in guest parking. Some left valuables in plain site and some didnt. With 24hr security and more than 8 new high quality cameras w/night vision on the premises, it has dwindled that number significantly. Guest parking is not gated, whereas residential parking is and we have had zero incidents during my 2yr occupancy here at Tribeca.Residential parking is assigned and most are covered, unless you are on the top level. I look forward to rain and snow, you know why... because I walk out my apt, into the parking garage, get in my truck, and drive off. I dont have to run, duck and cover because its raining, and I dont have to get up early to allow time to dig out my vehicle. You pay a little more here, but you get what you pay for.10chairs, 1200 dollars apiece, you do the math -First Sunday
Great staff. April is the best.
Looks very pretty from the outside however very difficult to get into buildings.
Vert nice apartments
6 cars broken into and wheels stolen in one night. Garage door broke so they left it open. DONT LIVE HERE
So beautiful and spacious I love it!!!!
Nice neighborhood
Leasing office is terribly rude!
Beautiful
