My eyebrows come out perfect every time, they are amazing.

They do a great job and took me when I got there 10 minutes before close definitely recommend

I did lash lift there. Just look at the pictures, no words are needed. And when I came back to tell them that I am very disappointed with the result as its not really what I expected, I was told NO REFUND. I feel miserable. My eyes are irritated and now Im concerned about what to do with my lashes to look like normal again

I honestly don’t understand all the negative reviews. I been doing my eyebrows here for over 8 years. I go to Sarita. I never had an issue. I also travel far because I won’t allow anyone else to touch my eyebrows but her. All the women are nice and the place is clean. I have full thick eyebrows with an arch. I get compliments where ever I go. People think I draw them in. I will continue to go to this place.

The employees are very unprofessional. They talk to each other in loud voice above your head while you are getting your eyebrows done.

KREETI IS THE BEST!!!!!!! I have been going to her every two weeks for a year now. I have thick hair, middle eastern eyebrows and there hard to do. My eyebrows are so important to me, I dont let anyone touch my eyebrows anywhere but KREETI. She is absolutely amazing at shaping them and cleaning them beautifully !!!! I have been to so many people for eyebrow threading and KREETI is truely very talented at eyebrow threading.GO SEE FOR YOURSELF!!!ALWAYS ASK FOR KREETI AND I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL LOVE HER WORK!!!!!

This is my favorite place besides the braintree location to get my eyebrows done. the location is clean and the staff is super friendly. highly recommend to anyone who lives in the area or looking for a new eyebrow spot!

These five stars are for KRITI only. She is the BEST my eyebrows have ever had! I have had my eyebrows done by others when she was not there and every time regretted not waiting for her. she is so sweet too

I give one star because at least the lady was polite. However, they do re-use thread... also I am so unhappy because the next day my skin is severely broken out due to broken hairs that were not pulled at the root. I would not go back.

Im always happy with the service at Cambridgeside. They dont take appointments but I rarely wait long. I like that there is a store front and a mid mall booth, both on the 3rd floor. The woman who thread are nice too.

Loved the womans work at the stand alone. (Outside the shop) Her name was Aaeisa and she did threading for my eyebrows. Amazing. She truly is skilled and cares about her customers. Very affordable too. No appointment!

I went here Friday, and got left with pimples and warts al over my forehead and nose area. I even went to my doctor and she said it’s an infection. I also tried going back to the spa to get a refund.. but no luck. If you don’t want a skin infection, don’t go there!!

First time doing it and I loved the results there so patient and great at what they do.

Love their customer service, especially Kritty! She always does my eyebrows amazing and I always get compliments! If you ever need to do your eyebrows get them done with kritty!!

Dont come here. They do not ask for what you want your eyebrows to look like, they just make it super thin. It has taken so long for my eyebrows to look how they used to

First time doing it.. Was a lil painful but Sangita (the lady that was doing my eyebrows) we chat so I could feel less pain. Going back in three weeks. Mine lasted for three weeks

Worst threading experience ever .Employee dont know how to do threading at all .They dont know how to do customer service .

Very unprofessional.I was waiting to have my eyebrows done & asked to use the restroom, they said in a very irritating way that they don’t have one for public!! I’m a customer not a random person walking in.

The same day I got my eyebrows done, pimples started growing all over the area where they threaded. Never doing my eyebrows here again.

Threading hurts less than waxing, way cheaper than waxing, anddd it lasts WAY LONGER than waxing !!

The lady was disrespectful and didnt care to listen to what I was telling her. I would give 0 stars if I could. They care more about the business then their customers. Worse experience ever
