I had the wax specialist Janee she was so sweet. She kept me distracted by talking to me. She was also very caring and not too rough. If you ever go here to get a wax I suggest you go to Janee!!!!

For years I have been going to the same EWC locations and I have always known my waxers personally so I was super nervous to try out this location after moving. I was so lucky I was booked with Cassandra! she was so personable and sweet and the Brazilian was so quick and painless! it was one of the best bikini services i’ve ever had. I have found my go to waxer at this location!!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I love that I can pay up front for a years worth of waxes and save money. I’ve probably been waxed by everyone and each person consistently shows excellent customer service and care. They all pay very close attention to detail and make sure you’re happy with your service before you leave. Since covid they are going above and beyond to keep the facility clean, they even opened and closed doors for me so I wouldn’t have to touch anything. I won’t trust my eyebrows to anyone else!

Ive been getting waxed every 5 weeks or so for the last 8 years and Farrah is the BEST. Waxing isnt painless, but she does a great job of keeping it from hurting too badly. Shes so friendly and professional - I always walk out feeling better about myself.

Way too expensive for the quality of wax. Aesthetician wasnt pulling hair in the right direction, was throwing dirty wax balls across the room, and was pulling hair in the wrong direction. Go to a small boutique salon where people take care and arent rushing to get you in and out, and they are properly trained.

Good space, good service. I wasnt thrilled with my results this time (eyebrows), but the technician did exactly what I asked so thats my fault. Will return.

Im not one to put reviews on google but felt like it was important for others to know since I had no idea. I had an appointment here in February because my birthday was that week and next month Im going on my bachelorette. So naturally I decided Id try a bikini wax to feel smooth and pretty! Ive had one once before not remember much issues after. Well I went here and I have severe folliculitis..I thought this could be normal BUT ITS NOT! The people here never told me about anything that could happen afterwards or asked if I was sensitive.Its been almost a week and Im still battling from the scars physically and mentally. Hopefully this doesnt leave permanent damage because I dont usually have issues even shaving. Im super disappointed especially because i left the girl a good tip because I thought she was nice but turns out it was terrible. Dont go here but if you do good luck...
