This company does a great job as long as you consistently get management involved to ensure the service is performed correctly. If not, I have to request several returns to have the job completed. Very frustrating to constantly have to make follow up calls to have the service I pay for

Called Tuesday morning and had inspection that afternoon. Fred was very professional and thorough. Did not push me to purchase unnecessary services and provided good tips to help reduce mosquitoes around our townhouse. Prices are very affordable and reasonable. Yesterday, Jose serviced our home and again provided excellent service.

General outside inspection and spray for insects and bugs. Good service, knowledgeable and polite.I never see bugs in my house or on the property.

They perform a monthly inspection and take care of rodents. They also came recently because I had flies. They do a good job and are reliable . They will not tell you that you need something if you don’t just to charge you.

So we had mixed results. We had termite activity in our house, and it was inspected by Orkin with a recommendation to fumigate. We also asked to have existing termite damage repaired. The fumigation team and results were A+.. totally satisfied. However, we were very unhappy about the repair job. The repair work took 1 person 90 minutes to do. The job was well done, however the charge was $1400. This is exorbitant. It was not pointed out to us that Orkin has a minimum repair job cost and that it might cost us less to find a local contractor to do the work. Instead we complained after the job was done by Orkin and Orkin knocked $400 off the price, however this still means it cost us $1000 for a 90 minute job (for which we supplied the paint, btw). If you use Orkin be sure to understand what you are getting for the price of any repairs. Our bad for trusting Orkin on this and not better understanding the numbers.

I have a major cricket problem. When I called Orkin, they scheduled me right away. I loved that Dedrick called ahead of time to let me know his arrival time and I got a text. He was so nice, knowledgeable, detailed, asked me where I had seen the crickets, and truly cared about my problem. Past companies seemed like they were there to just collect my money, spray and go. Orkin has done me well in the past so I stuck with them, Im sure cheaper companies exist but I have heard some bad experiences from my neighbors. If it works dont fix it. Professional Service Agent etc. All good.

We have a subscription for our home to be treated several times a year. We get several days noticeof when they will be coming. The service is thorough and our service man is always eager to please.We have a different company in a rental and the difference is like night and day.From our experience you can’t go wrong.

They are very friendly and knowledgeable, but seem to have trouble looking at any instructions prior to coming to spray. Especially an issue for pet owners with dog doors... been trying to address this issue for many months, and info is in their file, yet still, if notes and instructions aren’t read, they can’t be followed!Amending this review, because FINALLY everything went smoothly- with an adhered to service window, and calls and texts beforehand so we could crate our dog. It took awhile, but am pleased to say that they did great today!

The serviceman that came out was Eddie. He on time and he was very professional friendly . He started after his inspection with treating our property. He was very focused in the job being done. I almost went with Terminix but my neighbor used Orkin for years. Or can with a little less and price that was in my budget that I can afford. What I recommend work and yes I would. I just started with this company And so far Im happy with my 1st service today. A close relative of mine was visiting that is the military. He was flying his drone over our home and he told me he saw 5 Orkin work trucks at different neighbors houses in the neighborhood and thought that I should consider this company. That was the big indicator for me to make the decision to go with Orkin. Im not saying anything bad about Terminix because 20 years ago I used them for pest control and they did a fabulous job at that time, but this time around is now going to be Orkin because of their price.

They located and eradicated over 15 individual nests (maybe more as they stopped counting). 😱Before Orkin showed up to Spray and Sow the Products to eliminate the Ants no One could throw a rock without hitting a hoard of Ants. But before Orkin left ~90% of them were dead and near the end of the day My Family only found one or two barely hanging on to life.James and John were not only Timely, Courteous, and Highly Professional but they were also Extremely Knowledgeable. Not only did they address the infestation but they took the time to Educate Us on the type of Ants as being Odorous House Ants” (Tapinoma sessile). They also shed some light on why We appeared to be fighting a Hopeless battle due to INSECTICIDE Sprays available to the general public are not effective on these Ants, as they tend to SPLIT Up colonies that will simply relocate. I called because my house was bombarded with flies, and Orkin sent a technician the same day! My exterminator that I use monthly had a 100 minute wait, and they don’t deal with house flies! Joel, my technician from Orkin was knowledgeable, called me twice before he came to make sure I was aware I had to be out of the house for 2 hours after the service, and let me know when he would be there! I was so impressed with his service! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

I only had 1 treatment so far (out of 7) but so far so good! Roman came over to inspect and treat the perimeter of the outside of our house after I had found many spiders around during the summer months. He was punctual, very personable, explained everything, was clear about what he could and couldn’t do, and did a thorough job treating for bugs. I really like how Orkin communicates via email and text to notify you when they are on their way, when they arrive, and when they’re finished. Great experience and would recommend to others so far!

Joshua treated my entire condo quickly after we discussed the problem. I saw 2 ants after he left then woke up this morning to find zero bugs in my condo. Id recommend Orkin and Joshua to anyone.UPDATE: 08/13/2020. Joshuas been back twice since the initial service. He came 30 days after the first treatment for a follow-up, and again today for the bi-monthly treatment. I had to reschedule at the last minute last week - literally the morning of my appointment. Joshua was totally understanding and flexible. He rescheduled and came out today. He arrived on time, wearing a mask, and was very attentive in following up on my previous issues. Hes familiar with the layout here since hes been out twice before so he was in and out in minutes. Joshuas professional, VERY knowledgable, and always on time. I still recommend Orkin to get the job done!

I was told by the Orkin sales associate the $395 one-time charge included a thorough inspection of my attic, removal of all nests, pups, and a complete sealing of all access points where rodents could be entering my attic. The tech was in the attic only 20 minutes, did not take any materials to seal any holes, and told us we didn’t have any places where rodents could enter (we hear rats running around up there at night). He set 4 spring traps in the garage and left in less than an hour. I called Orkin to complain. It has been 4 hours since and no response. Zero stars.

Orkin comes out several times yearly to spray the perimeter of my house for ants and knock down spider webs. The technicians are always polite and proficient. I get text and phone and email messages about the appointment time, their arrival and progress of work. Since the pandemic, they have instituted policies which make it unnecessary to interact directly with technician but if you do so, they wear masks.

ORKIN IS AWESOME. Had one problem over the ten years I’ve been working with them (wasn’t really even a problem, just a difference in compatibility). It was addressed immediately and taken care of. I had another service person assigned to my house the next day. I always feel safe when they’re here and they are never late. If I need additional services it’s usually the next day. Hire them, they’re amazing!

I am happy with the pest control operators. They are professional and know how to treat yard and grounds. Also they are knowledgeable and use organic products since I have a dog!However, the business office operations are very bad and they do not respond to me. They don’t send me an invoice for 3-4 weeks afterward or never, after service (I do not pay for service in advance), Mess up my account balance, always wanting me to pay a bill I already did, and never informs me or works with me for a convenient time for service person to come out. So service person shows up unannounced ( he thinks I’ve been informed by office) or if he has my phone no., he calls me when he’s 5 min. away or has arrived!
