Im leaving this review of Anthony Gomez who performed a termite inspection of my home and provided me with the recommended treatment and cost. Im leaving this review by text because I was not able to access the survey through Google. Anthony was very thorough both inside and outside of the house, including going into the attic above the garage. Anthony took a lot of time to go over his findings and explain what was going on with the termites he found and what would be done to get rid of them. Compared to other termite inspections weve had, Anthony was by far the most thorough. While Anthony did his best to get my business today, I told him that I was waiting to hear back from one other company. But my wanting to wait for that report in no way suggests that I took issue with anything Anthony said. If I were rating Anthony on a scale of one to five stars, I would give him five stars. I wanted to try this company “green solution” for termites, called 3 times, left 2 messages, filled their online inspection request online form. They DO NOT answer their phone, DON’T call back and DON’T reply the online form they have in their website. I wonder why they have such great reviews for customer service.

Anthony is a very professional inspector. After the inspection, he had dispatched his assistant to come out & take care of termites. Even though there is evidence today that not all termites were taken care of by treatment, I called him & he will send someone out to inspect my fencing again.

I was a contractor in CA for 30years....I also was a building inspector for the city of Los Angeles....Anthony the estimator did an hour investigation.. their crew showed up with a punch list that contained all the extra work we discussed in a 10 minute follow up phone call... after I researched the pests and processes. Jessie and Sam arrived in late model identifiable well equipped vans . They were clean sober and ready to work ...If the process actually works I can safely say...a better experience could not have been had.....oh one thing...for god sakes get some decent cords for your hammer drill...your gonna burn it up

Expensive the doctor termites was fantastic I was working on a deck and I discovered live what I thought were termites I called Dr. termites they came the next day and looked it over explain to me exactly what was going on and I thought it was dry rot they said that they told me that it was a lot of it was fungus as well as termites and that they can treat it and some of the beams I figured they are quite a lot of it I figured it was just a loss need to be knocked down and rebuilt but the technician or associate he assured me that now with the treatment that they Provide that most of the deck would be salvageable if not all of that was good news to me the next day they came out and treated the entire deck spent most of the day there andAnd left me feeling real good about proceeding with the rebuilding the deck !Probably save me easily $5000 in lumber these guys are quick response they know what they’re talking about they just be down to work they didn’t hold my job up at all they saved my job in fact guys Dr. termites are the best around I’ve dealt with us several termite companies and these guys are top notch

I called for a quote this morning and by this afternoon they were finishing up my termite treatment!Since my husband had a disabling stroke back on ‘07, I have taken on a lot of responsibility that I didn’t have before. Figuring out we had termites and hiring a treatment company was one of those daunting tasks.Armando (hoping I am remembering correctly) was super helpful in choosing the service that would fit our budget and he was able to get our technician, Jesse out in the same day.Jesse, was a friendly guy, explained what he was doing as he went along and let me know the condition in our attics.Jesse was careful to clean up any dust from the attic but the treatment was over before I knew it with only a faint scent remaining. Now, three hours later, that scent appears completely gone.I very highly recommend Dr. Termites for anything that’s BUGGING you!

I found a small hole in my bathroom wall, and some termite droppings were pushed out of it. I called Dr. Termites for an estimate. Armand and another associate came. Armando explained everything and take the time to check my attic and inside and out of my house to exclude the possibility of infection of other area. Since they did not find other evidence, I agreed immediate treatment. They drilled about 6 holes in my wall, and applied orange oil into the wall, they patched and painted the wall with same color. They provide 2 year warrantee for the same wall. They are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I am very happy with the experience.I am adding my review after few months later. I found a small pile of termite droping coming out of the bathroom floor near the wall they treated.I call Dr. Termite, they scheduled right away and drilled 2 little holes to push in orange oil without extra charge. I would recommend this company for any one needs non toxic termite treatment.
