Got a flat tire in the rental I picked up at LAX and stopped at this location to swap out the car with the spare. The location was technically closed but everyone was friendly and accommodating. Best rental experience I’ve ever had.

My husband and I absolutely Love renting our vehicles from Camarillo CA Enterprise. We use them for our annual month-long road trip, and usually once more during the year to visit family for a week. They are always professional, friendly, and knowledgable. We go to them first every time.Pocatello ID, however, is another story. The manager seemed to just want to go home for the weekend when we came in with a relatively easy issue: our key fob needed a new battery. Long story short, we called the Enterprise road service number, which linked us back to the Pocatello office, but this time we were helped by the young woman who seemed to bend over backwards to get us some assistance. BTW, she had heard the manager give us his lame excuses, but said nothing negative. Actually, she should be the manager at that location because she knew different options and offered them to us. Sorry, I cannot recall her name.Even though we experienced this treatment at Pocatello, Enterprise will continue to be our first choice.Thank you, Enterprise for a great expererience overall.

The Enterprise Car Rental Office on Daily Dr in Camarillo... is the friendliest and most cooperative Enterprise Car Rental Office in the whole world... efficient, fair, honest and they really “aim to please”...My wheel chair got away from me while I was getting into the car... and the attendant ran down the parking lot to retrieve it and bring it back to me... with a big smile and a “give me 5” hand slap.

Make sure you take multiple pictures of the entire vehicle when you rent because the agent may not make a note of the damages you notice. Then youre stuck getting billed for damage you didnt cause when you return the vehicle as is happening with me right now. Hertz takes pictures before you get the keys. Rent from them.Edit: The customer service reply on this review sent me on a wild goose chase- them asking me for reservation number then asking me to submit phone number (info they should already have), then told me to reach out to the local management. Complete and utter waste of time. There is no customer service- all just BS lip service. I already instructed my insurance provider that I am disputing damages.

Customer service was on point as soon as I spoke to the rep Matthew in Oxnard. As disappointing as it was to make a reservation with their call center and to know there wasn’t the truck available at the Oxnard location he made things right by making sure we were taken care of ASAP. Considering we only had less than an hour to get to their location prior to closing. Meg at the Camarillo location had a great attitude and was helpful throughout the short and easy process of checking out. She made me feel very comfortable renting the truck and helping me extend it for another day. Her humor made it worthwhile.

I have a long term rental for work (45 days). I was asked to renew my rental agreement every 30 days. So I went back to the rental agency in Camarillo to renew my agreement. The car needed service (oil change), they asked me to go to the nearest Firestone dealer and take care of the oil change instead of offering me a new car and performing the oil change themselves. I went to a firestone dealer and they found a problem with one of the tires. I was stuck waiting for an authorization from Enterprise to change the tire for two hours. I thought a simple oil change would take less than 1/2 an hour. Next time I will request a new car.

I had a very good experience. I reserved my car rental online a few days before the trip and then went out to get the rental. There was a $200 deposit and was returned after the trip. The best part I loved was that there was a key drop off and it saved me a day instead of the hassle of bringing it during their office hours. They called me too about the car drop off and everything went well. I am definitely going back for my car rental here.

Rather horrible customer service. Improperly trained staff which reflects leadership. Called corporate every week for a month and even emailed via customer support not one follow up call from management. Just bad business to conduct in this way. Great local place kinda hidden in the back of shopping area but has a good selection most of the time holiday times are always hard time to get exactly what you want but they do a really good job cars are clean well maintained and they offer some luxury vehicles at a reasonable price. Like always they will pick you up and make it easy to get the car that you need. We rent most of the time from this location always helpful.

I rented the car online 30 minutes before arriving. The process of getting the vehicle took minutes. I requested a mid-size only to learn on site that there werent available and I ended up renting a more expensive vehicle. Perhaps the online process could have better visibility to the fleet available at the location so that we the consumer could have a choice.

They have amazing weekend deals at times. The deals are as great as $9.99 per day for the weekend. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars its because they provided a car that clearly needed a tune-up as well as missing a spare tire and was completely empty of windshield washer fluid. Had those things been the way they should have been I would have given them five stars. Keep in mind that other locations may take care of those particular things always.

Bianca provides excellent customer service from the time we pickup the rental. She was so concerned because our reservation got messed up since we booked through Travelocity. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got me in and out quickly. Gave me a very nice car. I had the AAA one day rental then got the weekend special which was awesome. Unfortunately, there wasnt a week special so I had to go to Hertz for a car while mine was in the shop. A Tuesday thru Tuesday rental at Hertz was half the price. The service I received was excellent and the Enterprise staff is always such a pleasure to work with.

The first time I have ever rented a car without problems was from this location. Enterprise is usual good but will sometimes will not have your car ready or there is some kind of problem that will delay starting your vacation but this location was excellent on getting me on the road in no time. When I returned my car, the gentleman that helped me a week ago remembered me and ask how my trip to Vegas was. That kind of customer service is what will keep me coming back.

The service is fast when you get the vehicle. But I accidentally left clothes in the back of the suv. So when I called them to get my stuff thinking they are supposed to clean the Vehicle throughly and inspected and they would take them out it wasn’t and that was 1hr after I dropped it off. They rented the suv out with my clothes in it. They said that they check the vehicles before renting them out but apparently they didn’t and my clothes are gone. I was expecting a call back from them when they said they would contact the customer but they didn’t so I went personally to there location to talk to them. I know it’s my fault but if you guys get a vehicle you guys are supposed to check them throughly. Whoever rents from this location make sure to double check so you don’t leave anything behind by accident cause they won’t fully check the vehicle. The thing that gets me is that they didn’t call back to tell me hey we call the customer and didn’t answer but we will continue to work on it on getting the clothes back I had to drive to them to find out what’s going on. I work in a location where you deal with customers every day and when I get info that they need I contact them right away. Over $200 down the drain🤷🏻‍♂️

I really want to give them two stars for this rookie nonsense, but that probably wouldnt be fair... I got a Tesla rental while mine was in the shop...and the one I got from Enterprises so-called executive branch was dusty and dirty.Most other aspects of the transaction were satisfactory, so I didnt want to ding them too hard... But, seriously, they rent this car for $125/day, and they cant rent it clean? Now I gotta wash the car right off the bat... #FirstWorldProblemsLol

I rent here regularly. Staff is always, and I mean always, efficient and helpful. Because it is a very busy office the cars come and go quickly which means they are not always as clean as I would like. It is not that they arent vacuumed, because they are, but the upholstery is sometimes dirty or stained. Another issue is that about half the time I would get a car that did not have a full tank of gas to start off. I added a request to my profile for a full tank of gas and I seem to get it more often, but just not always.

Ive used Camarillo Enterprise for years and have always been pleased with the cars and the customer service. But this time was different, I was renting a car due to my car being rear ended and was in the shop. The insurance set up for me to pick up the car at noon and when I walked in Lara greeted me by name and said she was sorry to hear I had been hit, she then took me outside and gave me a choice of 2 cars, well the car I chose had tight head room and after banging my head twice to get in I knew I had to trade it for another car, so I took it back the next day and she was so accommodating and with no questions asked gave me a car that was perfect. I was in and out in 10 min. Thank you Lara for taking care of me like this, it was beyond kind and I appreciate your understanding.

Service is good, but the car that I was supposed to have was getting maintenance and I had to go to a different location to get a car. For the second vehicle I was told that I will get 30 mpg, but ended up being 18-19 mpg.

Service is good. I had to get a rental as my car was hit and the insurance gave me a rental. They picked me up and dropped me off. Dropping the rental was long as they had several people waiting to pick up cars and drop off cars besides that it was a good experience.

Assistant Supervisor Brian Carpenter is the worst in assisting the needs of a customer! Only tries to reach his numbers and dosent care for customer service. Dont come to this location even if youre insurance recommends it. Brian Carpenter likes to suggest cars that are about youre budget of youre insurance company so you have to pay taxes and his numbers look good! Likes to scam customers who their car insurance is paying for it!

The rental was fairly straight-forward. I was hoping to upgrade as it was the weekend of my graduation, but all that was left were trucks, I found that odd for 8:30 in the morning. When I returned the rental, there was a bit of a line so I was told that I could leave the keys on the counter. It turned out that the car was never checked back in until I called a little over a day later. At first they questioned whether or not I really brought it back. I was put on hold and the keys were found and my rental was completed. I will always use Enterprise, I have been a customer of theirs forever, but this was not typical service.

I reserved a car for a specific time and received an email confirmation. I went at that time and was told they had no cars available and I would have to wait. It took until the next day to get a car. And no one called me to tell me there were cars, I had to call them to check. Once I did get the car it was great and the Branch Manager was very apologetic but I lost a day of travel ability because of this. They told me i should just use Uber.

Arrived 30 min. Before my reservation time, there was a slight wait nothing big.. It is a very busy location, the staff is efficent and very friendly. I was a bit put down that the car I had requested to reserve was not in stock. The free upgrade was nice however, the milage was not. We had to drive just over 3300 miles it was an estimated $200 we didnt need to spend. But the vehicle was very nice and enterprise has always been good to me.

I was emailed receipt when I rented the car and it showed a rate of 47.99 a day but was them charged 59.99 a day with no explanation. I will be calling a branch manager or a corporate office to address this. The car had trash in it from previous customer. If it was under a seat or in a hard to see spot it wouldnt have bothered me as much. But when the rental agent gets in the car to check the mileage and the trash is right there on the center cup holder and he just left it there for me to clean up. This is sub standard service. The young lady that was inside helping me was great but not sure if I will use this rental service again. Hertz and Avis are in the next shopping center and slightly closer.

I rented a car to go to a very important doctors appt in LA. My car was having some work done to it so renting a vechicle was the best option I felt. They gave me a Jeep that had transmission issues thankfully I was able to get to a friends house and call Enterprise. They did show up with a replacement which was helpful. This was a very important day for me and I wanted it to be stress free which it was not.I was lucky I was not on the 405 with the transmission breaking.Upon returning the replacement car they said they would take care of me. LOL they gave me a discount of 10% of my next rental - which will not happen. I have no intention of renting from them again.My request is fix your cars inspect them before someone is hurt or killed.

I was not overly impressed with my experience at the Camarillo location. I needed a rental car due to repairs after an accident. I called in the morning to schedule the reservation so they knew I would be coming and have the necessary paperwork before my arrival in the afternoon. When I dropped my car off at the repair shop, the Camarillo Enterprise office told me they would pick me up in 5-10 minutes. The employee finally arrived after 35 minutes. When he asked how I was, I described being very rattled due to my recent car accident and he then proceeded to drive me back to their store in an overly fast and erratic manner. I asked him to slow down and take corners more smoothly because I was scared, but he did not. It then took an additional 45 minutes at their storefront for them to file the paperwork I had already given them, and to find me a car (again they already knew I was coming). The staff was disorganized and oblivious to their delays. I will not rental from this office again.

Yesterday returned a new Nissan Altima to Walnut Creek, Ca. Rented from Camarillo, Ca. I decided to drive up north instead of flying (almost same amount of time from Camarillo). Picking up car in Camarillo was painless, car had a full tank of gas (like it should). My only complaint, the windows were streaky and not as clean as I like. Otherwise car was new (6,600mi) and I got 39mpg on the highway at 70mph. Overall Enterprise was accommodating-I changed my return date and return site a couple of times-each time not problem. On return in Walnut Creek, they immediately took me to the Mercedes dealer to pickup my car. Will use Enterprise again!

I remember back in 2005 when I had my first experience with RAC. THe car was clean, the selection was good and the staff was helpful. I ended up filling up the gas way more than what it was given to me. When I returned the car I was a few min late but the staff did not charge me additional fees.

Wanted to make sure i could use my debit card and called the 855# and was told i could use my debit card. I get called by assistant manager 3 hours prior to picking up the rental and I will have to use a credit card not a debit card. I had to cancel a meeting to move money from my bank in Camarillo to my credit union in Ventura, then get the transer approved to us the credit card.When I get to the branch the assistant manager tells the woman helping me to use a differant vehicle. When I get to the vehicle The vehicle was dirty inside and out. Trash under the seats, ground pretzel in the carpet. Looked like someone returned the van and they just gave me the keys to rent it. Gas under half a tank.After all my running around I just wanted to have a good vacation and was more stressed out from how enterprise messed it all up.Returned the van after i cleaned up the inside of it. The agent asked my experience with enterprise and i was not impressed at all. She said she would talk to the manager about removing one day of rental from the bill. I had to call back later that day and then she call the next day and removed one day off the rental. After the stress of transferring my money my credit was not used until today and i was charged full price.Unfortunately the vehicle I needed i could only rent from enterprise so if i ever need to do this again i would rather rent 2 vehicles from somewhere else then use enterprise again.

The Camarillo Enterprise is exceptional in every way. Service is great and helpful. The cars sometimes need cleaning but they try their best to keep up and will even give you a car wash voucher is needed. Be warned though that two payment options are available. If a major credit card they require a doller amount hold on the card such as $200 until the vehicle is returned. If the card is a debit card you will need that doller amount available in your bank account until the car is returned. Enterprise, as a company, needs to make this known to the customer when the reservation is made. It can cause problems for customers when picking up the car.I recently had an experience at LAX Enterprise that was highly negative and its due to a lack of Corporate Enterprises focus on genuine customer focus. I had made an additional reservation (in addition to the Camarillo reservation) for a 9:00pm pickup of a vehicle to return home. I had my two kids with me and there was a glitch in the customer service that left me stranded with no car and had to take Uber back home. Uber also got my business all the next two days when I would have been renting from Enterprise.Heres what happened ed and needs to definitely be changed. I had been on vacation and used my credit card to max. When I got to the counter they said they ONLY take credit cards and NOT DEBIT CARDS. I WAS NOT TOLD THIS WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION so I didnt know to plan for it. I had two debit cards with more than ample amounts to be used for the payment and they wouldnt take them. They wouldnt take my sons credit card because he is not age 21. They wouldnt take a phone credit card from family and they wouldnt even take cash. They spoke to the manager and I couldnt believe that leaving me stranded as a valuable customer was an acceptable option for them. While on vacation I even had to switch to Avis in Boise because Enterprise had no vehicles to rent. I had a great experience with Avis. I actually would like a call from Pamela Nicholson, CEO of Enterprise, so that we may discuss a more effective value chain so that this doesnt happen to another customer.

Advisory Warning!To all government employees, be aware that they will sneakily add a PAI (personal accident insurance) on your rental car. The GARs fee will cover you and the PAI is an unnecessary charge. Double check your receipt before leaving. If the charge is there, have them remove it. Otherwise, you will have to cover the cost. Theyll add it even if you booked it through DTS. Again, check your receipt to see if they added a PAI charge!!!! They wont tell you they added it because theyre not suppose to charge you the PAI fee!!!

I thought the people working at the Camarillo Enterprise office were terrific! They had just received a bunch of cars after Memorial Day when I arrived for my economy car. My less than stellar rating goes to the state of the car(s). The 1st economy I sat in was quite dirty. Maybe Im picky, but I didnt like the idea of spending a week with someone elses spilt soda and crumbs. The 2nd economy I tried was no more clean. The 3rd car was an upgrade from economy. It was much cleaner... and it was also nearly brand new. Even when I found trash under the drivers seat, it was okay because overall it was still pretty clean. The car itself, a Hyundai Elantra was terribly uncomfortable, but it ran great and I was thankful to have a car. I appreciated the staffs willingness to give me a clean car, even if it meant upgrading me for free. The rental process was easy.

Never rent a car from them they try to rip you off by purchasing insurance with them usually your own insurance will cover you but they wont tell you that at least in Ventura they dont rip off
