High rent. Cramped quarters, small units, no garage -carport only, every day is hard to find parking, racoons, piles of discarded furniture, giant piles of dog poop by one neighbor in particular, etc etc.

Very quiet friendly family community

They hired people to clean up the trees around the apartment complex. These people were not wearing masks during a pandemic. Called the office took hours for them to respond

Nice campus, clean laundry room and pool area and the landlord is lovely to deal with. I would give 5 stars if cell reception were better there. Its like walking into a black hole. Sending/receiving phone calls and text messages and having my work in anyway (including using my phone apps) is a crap shoot. There has to be something that can be done to boost cell reception.

After one year rent was increased 225 dollars. When asked they said it was required for rent control. On the city of Camarillo website it says there isnt rent control. Old appliances and no central heating. On the lower end of quality of apartments and the price is a lot higher than comparable ones

I lived at hacienda de camarillo for 3 years, the office manager- Kasia is very professional and genuine. Maintenance was always on top of any issues that I had. It was so nice that management and maintenance are accessible and very kind people. The apartment grounds were maintained well and it is a wonderful, quiet area to live in. I would recommend these apartments to friends and family.
