DO NOT RENT FROM HERE... I would give them ZERO stars if I could. After spending 2 days confirming a trailer for pick up and being flexible after the trailer I was going to rent wasnt returned on the day we needed it, I was assured it would be available next day to rent for our landscaping DIY project. I specifically asked if there was going to be any chance that the trailer wouldnt be available and was told I would have a trailer for my project. I even called before heading out to confirm it was in fact returned and was told it was waiting for me and ready to go by the manager Chad himself. I had my husband get off work early and drive all the way to Caldwell to pick up the trailer and the manager decided to rent it to a buddy instead of us. He had the audacity to tell us sorry and there was nothing he could do despite all the time and money they costed us. My husband was already there to pick it up when they called me completely devaluing all the planning I did to be sure we would have everything we needed for our project. An absolute waste of time, horrible customer service and will NEVER do business or should I say attempt to do business with this company again. - Completely LIVID!!!

We used them this weekend for the first time. Salesman was super helpful there prices were great.
