Ive had good and okay experiences the 4 times Ive been here. Getting emissions testing done here is great! Never takes long. The couple disappointing experiences are getting quoted different prices by phone and in person. On the phone a full synthetic oil change is $50-55, in person its almost $70 and they charge for tire rotation even though I was quoted it comes with the change. That was frustrating. I was also quoted $15 and $18 for air filter and cabin air filters, when I went to pay one was $21 the other was $25. Not sure how it jumped so high in 20 minutes. I wouldnt have paid for them if I knew the price was off, you pay before you even see a printed list of what was worked on. I spent $125 for a full synthetic oil change and 2 air filters when I could go to my Toyota dealership and get 3 oil changes, tire rotation and free car wash each time for $99. I wont ever go back for a car service here. Emissions yes not a full service the pricing was so deceiving and frustrating especially when you tell the sales person you were upcharged and they dont care because they are down a staff member that day. Just not the most satisfied customer for those reasons. Hope this helps!

I usually have great service. Order tires online so they would have them when I took time off work. Arrived and the tires were never order so I went to discount tires since the are open on the weekends because I did want to take more time off work.

The initial quote was for $1160 to fix my A/C in my 2003 Silverado. I ended up paying $1634.00 and the A/C has not been fixed. While driving my truck the air conditioning would stop sending cool air and would send ambient air instead. After allowing the A/C to be shut down for 10 to 15 minutes the A/C would then again blow cold air. When I took my truck to have Rogers Tire Pros to honor the warranty they told me one of the air conditioning hoses has a small leak. When I questioned that the A/C was not fixed they simply said we dont do hoses. So my A/C runs until the Freon gets low and the frost buildup is too great I must allow that buildup to melt before my A/C will work correctly. The A/C therefore is not fixed.I will not recommend anyone to use Rogers Tire Pros for any air conditioning repairs. Their attitude was somewhat salty when I told the technician I could show him what was happening he told me he was too busy to listen to me so just leave the key and he would look at it.

Poor workmanship by Roger’s Tire in Caldwell could have resulted in serious injury for my family or my clients. We were instructed by our RV dealer to bring a faulty tire in the day of purchase to Rogers tire. We hadn’t been here before, but I was confident given the positive reviews!There was a nail in the tire and we were told it was in an ideal spot and would be an easy repair. We had the tire patched and went on our way. I installed the tire as a spare to my trailer. It never touched the ground or pavement after repair. Upon doing my regular safety and maintenance checks, I noticed that this tire was FLAT. We ended up taking it to the Meridian Shop, as directed by this location. Where we were told, “there is no way we would have done this. You must have taken it elsewhere.” Nope! Absolutely, not. All the work was done at this location. This company will take zero accountability for their negligence resulting in the need to completely dispose of the tire.Very displeased with the lack of professionalism. As they did not properly document this and say they have no records.

Service members greeted myself promptly and professionally. Addressed my needs, performed service quickly. Also needed quote on parts, provided fair estimate and time frame to complete. I plan on using them for all my regular services in future. Please consider them for your business.

Picked up a screw in my tire, stop to see if they could repair it. They got me right in and repaired it in no time, good friendly counter lady. On my way in no time. Thanks for great service.

This place is fine if you need tires, emissions, or inspections. I cannot recommend the rest of their repair services. The largest problem is their ability to communicate.We dropped off the vehicle the night before the appointment for logistic reasons. The day of the appointment, I didnt hear anything from them. I called the following morning and the person answering the phone was not sure. She said that she would ask and call me back. Several hours later, we still had no return phone call. We had to call again to get the information.The cost was not what I expected. We had discussed a full inspection to find all issues for $45, so I was caught off guard by the $125 diagnostic fee on top of that. I would have preferred that be mentioned up front over the phone when I called to schedule the appointment in the first place.

Kurt at Rogers was very professional. I had a major oil leak which entailed removing and replacing the oil pan gasket, timing gasket and serpentine belt. They did a great job. Definitely my go to auto shop.

I will definitely give Rogers all of my business. They were quick, personable and professional. I took my truck in at 8:30 am and dropped it off for tires and they had it done before noon. The price was so affordable! I’ll use them for other things from now on.

Went in for a flat tire and a balance. They said 2 cars in front of you, 60 minutes later my truck wasnt even in the bay yet. i asked how much longer then they said they had Apointments in front of me now so i left.

Price for labor was a little higher than I expected. But very nice and professional. Clean. Fast.

Paid a lot of money to fix my truck after a check engine light came on. Sat for three hours for them to fix it. After they had handed my keys back, and said they fixed it ;I drove it home not only to have my truck driving worse then before, but after two days of having it fixed my light came back on. I scheduled another appointment to take a look at it to confirm what I was reading on my machine was the same thing that they were supposed to have had fixed. I probably wouldnt be so mad if they would have at least moved my truck at all or someone even walk out to it.But no.... They just looked the notes in the account, again did not go out to the truck. Or just even move the truck from the parking spot it was in to make me think that they looked at it. When confronted they keeped passing the buck and denied everything that I saw and experienced. I absolutely suggest going to some where else then this company. Not pleased with this companies customer service, work ethic, or work quality.

This was the 3rd set of tires I have gotten installed there. I had an 8 am appointment. I called to confirm the appointment the evening pryor. The person I talked to said they had one appointment before me. So I was told to come between 8:30 and 9 am. I arrived at 8:40. My vehicle wasnt taken back till 11! I will be going elsewhere!

Went to them with my truck pulling to the right. Left after 2 hours and truck pulls just as bad to the left? They said they were done? $90.00 to get it to pull left instead of right. They swapped the two front tires? I didn’t think you were supposed to switch directions of how they turn. Should’ve they rotated the front tires to the back ???? Not happy!!!!

Excellent experience! They were very busy when I arrived and fit me into their schedule. The mechanic did a very thorough job in resolving the issue on my vehicle.

I really like the people here. Got me in in a reasonable time. Goofy problems with my trailer brakes and replace running lights. Fixed drakes and one running light 2 running light non-op.Turns out the truck is not sending power to the plug. That’s a GM issue. But picked it up and did not check all hitch connections!

These guys are good mechanics and very fair. I’ve been bringing many of my vehicles there for repairs and they always do them well, timely, and at a fair price.

Will not be returning. Not only did they not balance the tires after putting new ones on. But they didnt inflate them properly. We called and they had us drop the car off. We werent able to get our vehicle until the next day. No apologies or anything.

Had a tire that kept going low. They were pretty busy, but still took me in right away. They fixed my tire and got me back on the road, and didnt even charge me the standard $20 flat repair fee. They were very friendly and polite. Will definitely return.

Not happy with the first person who did the alignment. Took it back show them pictures of the work the first person did and what was wrong. The so called number one mechanic didnt do any better as far as am concerned

I had an appointment and I was seen promptly. I was told it would be an hour wait, which it was. I mentioned to the service person that my low tire indicator light was on, they let me know they would check all 4 tires. My car was completed within the hour appointment and all 4 tires were inflated correctly. These guys give GREAT service.

Replaced factory Ford F150 lug nuts with sturdier after market lug nut. Checked a low tire and rotated the tires. Nato, Brad and the crew are great to work with on all of my rigs.

Went to have a tire repaired. But it had a hole in the sidewall. They found me a replacement tire, drove and got it and installed it. They did it at a reasonable price - even though their internet was down! They even let me leave and pay once their internet was back up. Very friendly and helpful!

Had the emissions check done to satisfy the DMV to continue to get future registration. They were fast and left plastic over my seat and paper over my floor mats so to not get them dirty from their greasy clothes and boots. They kept my truck clean.

We usually receive great service here. However, my last trip left a bit to be desired. I was greeted and handed over my key quickly. I made myself comfortable in the waiting area. As I waited, a few other customers came in. Unlike my initial greeting, these customers had an employee go out with them to the vehicle to discuss the problem. One of these customers was a beautiful young gal with a similar situation to my own. As I waited, the young woman was chatted with multiple times. Professionally, but nonetheless no one said anything to me. She got in and was done before my vehicle was even moved(I know this because I have an app in my phone that tries to connect to the car as it is started). Moments later my car was started. Then not even 5 minutes later, they told me it was taken care of. The low tire pressure light was on still but it would go away after a little driving. My tires require 36 psi, I came in with it at 28. I left with a reading of 33psi. Of course the low pressure warning will not go away, it tells you exactly what it needs on the dashboard! I was not charged, which was kind, but it was not fixed. I brought it to a TIRE place to get it fixed! We ended up having to take it to another place to actually get it fixed. What a waste of time!

Brought my pickup in for some pretty extensive front end work. It ended up being a terror to drive after the 2 grand I put into it there --which is fine because I traded it in as soon as I got it back. What gets me is that it sat there for 3 weeks and got robbed during that time. My fault for leaving a bunch of stuff in the pickup but it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to take some accountability. One guy told me, You wouldnt park your truck at Wal Mart and expect them to cover it if its broken into. I also would never hand my keys to someone at Wal Mart and leave my truck there for 3 weeks. lol. Eventually insurance took care of it and we settled for a fraction of what all the items costed.
