Great 24 hour facility. Kept clean and machines are rarely down. They have vending machines for food, drink, and laundry supplies as well. Friendly staff and they also have an ATM now incase you forget to bring money. They have smaller cheaper machines and big industrial size machines but they cost more. Overall great place to go do laundry.

Easy access & open 24 hrs makes it convient for everybody.

Not sure what is considered clean. The outside appears ok for most appliances, but open them up and oh my! Every washer is this way. The dryers seem cleaner. I may feel dirtier after leaving this place. And to make matters WORSE there is POOP in a basket.

Clean machines both big and small! Dryers run hot and dry in a jiff! Ms. Beth is always a pleasure when we are there!

Look elsewhere. Spend a little more in gas and find a nice place. Washers and dryers were nasty. About 20% of them worked. Wouldn’t recommend it 12/19/2020

I had an issue with one of the washers and even though it was really early in the am. The owner (I believe) came right over and went above and beyond to make sure I got my clothes and even have me quarters to run the washer again, which he didnt have to do was very very nice of him. Thank you!

Got halfway through a wash before the lady living in the back of the laundromat came out and angrily told us we were going to wreck her machine and she was calling the owner and that when he gets there were going to have a problem so we left with our wet clothes and went up the road to Highlander to finish our laundry without a fight. Much better experience there, recommend them over washboard any day

Lost money in a machine and half the machines were out of order. And washer locked we couldnt get our clothes out called the number on yhe wall and got no answer

Clean and the people that work in the back are real nice. The first dryer by the windows didnt work very well. It never got hot to even warm up 7 pairs of under pants. Thats all that was in the dryer. .75 cents and still came out wet and cold

Just like usual, most of the reviews I read before coming here were of people complaining about this and that. Its a damn laundromat; its not going to look like the lobby of a Ritz Carlton hotel. I recently moved to Ward and my washer and dryer havent been delivered yet, so I needed a place to wash clothes.As soon as I walked in, a nice lady who worked there was sweeping the floor, and directed me to an appropriately sized washer for the amount of clothing I had to wash. So that was a good start.The washer worked just fine, and I did not see many which were out of order, as so many people complained. The ones which were out of order were mainly the Commercial sized washers and dryers. The regular ones were mostly operational. The dryer worked just fine as well.Its a laundromat; it does what its supposed to do.

Clean, yet smells of an old ashtray... nice large capacity washers, yet only about half work... price per load was also higher than I’ve seen in other places in my travels... i’ll go somewhere else next time, but if you have to wash clothing, then this is an OK place...

Love miss Beth to death and I love how she doesnt allow nonsense to go on in her establishment as well as loitering. She is super friendly and so is everyone else that washes here

The dryers worked well I didnt have to spend a whole lot on drying them. I like this location. I feel comfortable leaving my stuff here while I run to the store. Because right around the corner is the police station. Theres people who work in the back. They were nice to me.

Everything works fine, but $2.50+ per washer ($5.50 for the big washers) seems a bit steep. I do like that theyre open 24/7 tho. My washer crapped out a bit ago, so Ill spend a little money to get all my laundry washed and dried in just an hour or two.

Half of the dryers were out of order. Most of the food in the vending machine was expired. My husband got peanut butter crackers (that cost $1) that expired in August of 2016, it Feb of 2018. Its so cold in the building. I should have brought a blanket. Other than that its a clean place. But no public restrooms.

Only 3 of the super capacity washers work. $6.50 for a wash.

Avoid at all cost. This place is disgusting. All washer are dirty and nasty. After I put clothes in and started washer roaches started coming out and were inside the machine where it shows the time left. They are way over priced for the washers. Only half of big washers were even in order. No one controls who comes in, therefore a group of guys who were up to go good were hanging out spitting inside. Guess they wanted the free WiFi.

That it was open at night. My washer has been down for 3 weeks. Stuff has backed up like 2lb in a 1lb bag. At my house.I am just happy happy happy!!!!

I went to ask for my clotges that were left one morning only 2 pair if jeans i have to my name. She was rude and offensive and would not even check for them. She was arguing with ger boyfriend over drugs one night i was there

My family and I had the need to use this laundromat during our short time of doing without our own washer and dryer. Its clean, and the washers and dryers are in good shape, enough to get our clothing clean and dry.

I travel in an RV and was here visiting family. I stopped in to do a couple loads of laundry. I have been in many laundromats and this by far was the worst ever. Half of the machines are out of order. One I used did not spin my clothes so they were sopping wet and the dryers were a joke. After a ridiculous amount of time and quarters, I took the wet clothes home to hang outside. I should have left when I saw how absolutely filthy this place was. It smelled too. It really deserves minus stars. The worst by far!

Someone just came in and took off with my 6y old son underwear and my towels. So how is the management doing their job and what point is the cameras.

The dryer doesnt work so well

I dont know how old the pictures are but this place is a lot more run-down than they let you think. Its kind of hot from all the dryers and some of the fans dont work, some of them dont even have fan blades on them. The thing that ticks me off the most is the machines that dont work and they dont have an out-of-order sign on them so you dont know until youve already got your soap in it and then it wont come on. Also theres not any attendance so if you lose your money in the machine its lost

The laundry matt was very clean they have camras that are in great working condition I felt very safe

Was there on a Sunday no public restroom was there for an hour. Anybody can walk in and sit down and use the Wi-Fi not a good idea scary wont be back you should at least have a bathroom for your customers

Its dirty and its hot as heck in there the dryers didnt dry our clothes after putting $2 in each one .If I could give a zero I would my family definitely wont be back to this one !!!!

Folding Tables: sticky and filthy! Machines: mildew/moldy and cockroach-infested (seriously)! Floors: disgusting! The majority of the high speed washers are broken and the dryers take forever because they are filled with lint. This place really is disgusting and terrible. Avoid if you have any other option.

Needed a laundry mat in cabot in the middle of the night. This was the only placr in yown that I could find open. There is a change machine but no laundry detergent dispenser. Had to go to kroger for detergent... glad I did though. I probably saved money that way, got an entire bag of detergent packs for 2 dollars.

Its open 24 hours so even working night shift I can do my laundry.

Most the big washer were broken and the guy in the back was rude and wanted to try and start a issue and he stole money out of 2 dryers I had just put money in to dry my clothes in front of me I said something to him and he acted like he didn’t hear me and walked off
