The washer and dryers are filthy and not reliable. Horrible customer service. There are cockroaches everywhere and my clothes don’t even come out washed properly. Waste of money and time.

Its fine. Its pretty much like any other laundry Matt.

Not bad but definitely not the best. Customer service was very poor, trying to change bills to the quarters seem to be a big inconvenience for him and seem like was just bothering him. They have no cash changer there so you have to do it through them. If you have to come here its not bad but Id probably go somewhere else. Maybe some better manners this place would be better.

Fast washing and fast drying price not bad

My mom went and did mine and my grandpas laundry for me one day, she returned and after a few days she did my laundry here I SOMEHOW got bedbugs! I do not let people go in/out of my place freely and when my mom did laundry she brought mine straight to me. both me and my grandpa has bedbugs cause my mom did all our laundry EXCECPT for hers.

I dropped off about 7 loads, cost was 36$ and all my clothes were folded and stains were out

Extremely RUDE! Asked for changed she questioned me several times about if I was going to wash clothes there. Very annoying! Won’t be back

Went there to just dry my cloths, 20 min tops. Pulled in around 8:30 pm the big bright sign on the door said open till 9. As soon as we pulled into the lot she locked the door and as I was at the door with my laundry she turned the lights off. When I called to inform her I just needed a dryer real quick and question why she closed early her only response was “Yeah... and?” SMH

I liked this laundromat better than the one that stays open all night. It was clean and very nice. It has a bathroom, which is a big plus for me. Prices good. Make sure u only put one quarter in at a time in dryers. If u dont the dryer will take off time. Other than that I think this laundromat is a great place to go to wash clothes.

Always a little bit more run down. Doors were open because the temperature was approaching sweltering inside. Worried what summer will bring. Seems like theres a new/different machine down each time. Relatively clean inside.

Many washers and dryers are out of order, and HAVE been for months. Only 2 large load washers and 1 medium load. But if you only have a load or 2 its, OK. Very clean and has an attendant on site, so THATS good.

We use their drop off service. Excellent price & staff remembers you and takes care of you. They take special requests and do just about anything I request.

Family owned and operated by Mrs. Bea since forever ago. Wonderful people with everything being done when they say it will be. Its also the cleanest laundromat Ive seen

Ms. Pattie is amazing. She had my laundry ready in two/three hours and folded it, which was not expected. Definitely going back!

I would be embarrassed if I owned this place. It’s dirty the drains back up so there is water on the floor. Out of 20 dryers only 7 are currently working. Many of the washers you can only wash with cold and some of the big washers are out of order. The Washboard is the only other laundromat and it’s not any better. I guess since there is not really any competition they don’t have to fix anything. No where else for people to go.

Plenty of machines, fairly priced drop off service, attentive and friendly staff.

AM FURIOUS WITH THIS PLACE!!! I USED ONE OF THIER BRAND NEW FRONT LOAD DOUBLE WASHERS AND IT RUINED ONE OF MY FAVORITE SHIRTS. THEY SAID THEY HAD A SIGN POSTED STATING THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED PROPERTY. THEN ONE OF 3 OUT OF 6 OF THEIR NEW DRYERS DIDNT HEAT THE CLOTHES. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO SHOW ME WHERE THE POSTED SIGN WAS THE GUY BLAMED ME FOR OVERLOADING THE WASHER AND WHEN I ASKED THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS THEY TOLD ME TO LEAVE BEFORE THEY CALLED THE COPS. IM NOT SCARED OF THE COPS. I DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG.

Is convenient for they need to update their machines. A big portion of their machines, you can only use cold water.

Zero stars what kind of business would have like 10 washers but like only 3 working this place is a joke! They need to fix even better buy new machines I hated going to this place the long waits was too much. I just bought my own washer and dryer and I couldnt be happier.
