My tax professional apparently made a mistake when doing my taxes and because of it it took over 3 months for me to get my return back. During that period I tried contacting h&r block several times when I was able to get a hold of someone they said there was nothing they could do it was out of their hands. Now I want to talk to someone because I have not gotten my child tax credit that Im entitled to like we do the same mistake and no one has called me back after several attempts.

Getting our taxes done can be very stressful for my wife and I. Weve had a tough couple of years. Shania, who worked at the front desk, put us at ease and was so sweet from the time we walked in the door until the time we left. Ive always done my taxes through H&R Block, everyone Ive ever dealt with was phenomenal and over flowing with knowledge when I needed a question answered! They always explained the process thoroughly...I always reccomend going here to anyone!
