I wish I could rate Diehl Toyota of Butler Pa service lower than one star. They took my car and returned it with a hole in the bumper. I’ve called 100 times they finally told me bring it in... I take it in they take pictures and send me away... I wait two weeks to get a response but no one ever calls me. I reach back out to them to voice my displeasure in being ignored .... I guess they hope I forget about the damage they did to my car... now another week has passed and no one has reached out to me. This place is terrible I will never return to spend a dime at this business. Looks like I’ll have to drive always to get my new AWD Camry .
While their people are polite and sound very helpful on the phone, their actual repairs are anything but helpful. I have taken 2 vehicles to them, and will never take another. In 2013 I took my Mazda there after a teenager T-boned me. They had to replace both the drivers side doors. In the process they threw sparks all over the back upholstery and burned many holes in the back seats! They gave it back to me without any mention of it, and only offered to replace the back seat when I refused to take it back like that! However, in 2015 I bought a model year 2014 Jeep Compass there - they had the best price. Thus, when I hit a deer I took it back there because its where Id purchased it. This was a mistake. Though they fixed the grill and it looked like new, they didnt look at any other part of the vehicle. They gave it back to me and 4 days later the rear differential exploded because wires had been compromised and all the fluid had leaked out since the accident. It was taken back there again, since the insurance was already set up with them, and they fixed that issue as well. (At this point I was without my vehicle for 3 weeks.) They gave it back last Thursday and today I discovered the rear differential is leaking again. I have requested my insurance company send it elsewhere. I will not ever use their service department again for any reason, in spite of them calling me twice already to offer to fix it once again.
The sales consultant, Matt Garger, was great to work with. Knows more about the vehicles than just selling me something I didnt want. Walk me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. He was very patient during the test drive and even had the car delivered the next day after being detailed. Going over the finances and additional options was very time consuming, but worth it. They both spent the extra time after hours to make sure I was getting what I wanted.
Friendly, welcoming atmosphere, with kind and understanding people. Job was done quickly.
Stopped in for a quick question about my new Volkswagen I was able to get help very friendly service didnt cost a dime to answer questions thank you .
I only called with a ? And they were very quick and were right . But seemed nice on phone.
Mike Tillery was a pleasure to work with. He was very pleasant and made the process of buying a new vehicle a lot easier. I thank him and team at Diehl Automotive for their hard work and expedient paper work process.
This company charge me $150 to reprogram my sunroof switch it takes about 5 minutes if you know what youre doing unethical does not even begin to describe this company so if you would like to have a bad deal go ahead deal with Diehl. But you wouldnt be up honestly better off just lighting your money on fire and watching it burn at least you get some entertainment and satisfaction out of it instead of feeling totally ripped off and left out in the cold to get an honest dealership I have to drive the cranberry Baierl family of dealerships have always been honest since I was 16 that was 30 years ago in my 46 years on this planet I have never met a more unethical company than Diehl Automotive
Great service!
Great experience. Thanks Michael Tillery for your most excellent help.
I guess its probably my fault that I kept going back to Diehls, as I should have known better after the first incident. First their highly trained technicians didnt tighten an oil filter, then DROVE it back to my wifes work and it sat in the parking lot losing the remainder of the oil till my wife discovered it. They took it back, redid the oil change and didnt even offer a hey, next oil change is on us. I let it go. Mistakes happen. Next, we had it in to get inspected, and they told me that all 4 rotors on the 2 year old jeep grand cherokee were bad and needed turned, at a price of 100$ per rotor. Of course I said no as any other shop would charge about 15$ a rotor to turn them. Got it home, put a micrometer on the rotors, and I cant find a problem. Took it to a family friends shop, and he tells me the rotors are fine. This should have been my clue to stay away. Alas, I needed an oil change and dont have time due to work so my wife schedules an appointment at diehls because they pick it up from and return it to her work. I get a phone call from my wife today saying they say there is a bunch of stuff wrong, and it will be hundreds of dollars to fix. I call them up, remind them that I pay extra for the deluxe extended warranty. Im told, ok, we will call you back. Next I get a call saying, oh yeah, we found that, but you still have to pay the 100$ deductable for this (a radiator thermostat housing that somehow cracked, not exactly a wear item). Funny, when I paid for the extended warranty it was to avoid things like this, and tge salesman must have neglected to mention the deductable.... Never again will I do business with this company.Too long/didnt read version: Pay $40,000+ for a jeep grand cherokee, get horrible service.
