I felt extremely disrespected and disgusted the way my personal property was treated. Going through my car and cleaning it out and throwing my belongings in a black garbage bag. My car was there literally for two days because they were closed over the weekend. What really messed me up was my grandfathers ashes(on a pendent) were just thrown in the bag. Disgusting! That one thing should have stayed where it was. It’s like they weren’t expecting me to come back for my car. Tasteless as hell.

My vehicle got towed, two firearms, cash, and a few other misc. Items are missing. Police report filed. But unfortunately theres not much I can really do... extremely rude and unprofessional employees. Unfortunately places like this arent paid by the customer so they dont treat them well because theres no incentive

Came in to get my vehicle had a release with me. Both ladies were very rude telling me I was lucky I was getting the car because they have time to process. Nasty attitude trashy people. Can’t believe a place of business can actually sit there and talk the way the they speak to customers. Would never recommend to anyone.

Paid to get my vehicle before I even knew it was repoed. Called to pick my vehicle up 2 hours before they closed and they denied me to pick my vehicle up til Monday. Rude as hell. No reason at all for them to be in my vehicle. Rude and even told me I couldn’t pick my ID up for work til Monday. Worst people in the world and they karma will touch them good one day.

No one expects a repo to be a pleasant experience, but someone being in my car with no mask or gloves during a pandemic is pretty rude and genuinely stupid.

Its ur average towing company that over charges. Ofc ill give it 1 star.
