They did a fantastic job on my desktop when it crashed. They were fast, thorough and very reasonable. Communication throughout the process was also very good. i can highly recommend this company.

Lon and Roman were awesome. My daughters computer crashed during the holidays. Apple Care confirmed it was a corroded flash (apparently, a fine glass of two buck chuck was the culprit), but wouldnt attempt data recovery. I have tried the box retail computer repair services before, but they jack you around on prices and services. They charge an investigation fee even if they cant solve the problem.Lon and Roman were busy with year end projects, but jumped on this and turned it in a day. They recovered the data, installed a new Apple compatible SSD, and re-imaged the OS. They also cleaned the guts and gave me an assessment on the health of the computer. Price was better than any other services I have investigated. And they did not hold me hostage with investigation fees.These are my new go to place for repairs. But they also have a number of refurb units for sale which can save some extra $ching$ down the road.Thanks Lon and Roman!

Very helpful people. Patient with me when I call with a problem, and spend time to help me solve it. Certainly more personal than the big box computer stores! And they dont make me switch to Windows 10!

My Toshiba laptop crashed a couple of days before I was to move to Florida. The laptop had hundreds of photos I had scanned for the month prior to the crash that I hadnt yet backed up. Additionally, there were a number of other items of importance to me. Needless to say, I was very concerned that Id lost a great deal of valuable (to me) data. Micro Tech came through wonderfully. Lon knew of my time crunch and managed to save all the data even though the hard drive was shot. He gave me a reasonable deal on a slightly used but better computer, and I was able to head off to Florida with much less worry. Thank you Micro Tech!Rob King
