I was a bit surprised by the price but then again I rarely get anything tailored so have no idea what is competitive. That said I am very pleased with the results. I had a suit jacket and pants altered and the fit is fantastic. I would recommend to anyone. Great Job!

Wow what an amazing place! My alterations got messed up at another place that has always been wonderful but just made a mistake. I called professional tailor at 8 pm friday night, the night before the wedding as this was the first time I tried it on after the final product was finished and it was way way too tight. It was off by 3 inches in the waist. Have no idea how that happened but this wonderful lady saved my butt!!!! She was able to save the dress for me and it came out amazing!! Thank you so so so much!!!!!! I appreciate you guys more than you know!!!!

I never write reviews but I was so happy with my experience at Professional Tailor so I had to share! I went to two other tailors prior that weren’t able to do the alterations I wanted for my bridesmaid dress. The lady at Professional Tailor was able to do exactly what I wanted for a more than fair price! I contacted her within a few weeks of the wedding and she was able to get it done in a timely manner and they didn’t charge me more for a ‘rush’ fee (like the other places would’ve). The finished product was high quality and turned out better than I expected. I will be coming back!

Had alterations done on a bridesmaid dress when I picked it up I tried it on everything was perfect. Got to the wedding put my dress on was going to put something in the pockets of the dress but the pockets were no longer there, they cut them out. I never thought to see if the pockets were there when I tried it on at the tailor. It was very disappointing. I was super excited to have pockets in my dress to carry my phone, money and ID. They never once told me that they were going to remove the pockets.

This past Spring, I ordered a dress online at the last-minute for my sister’s out-of-state wedding...much to my surprise, it exceeded my expectations out-of-the-box! I brought in my floor length bridesmaid dress that had lots of chiffon material. I had it taken in at the sides, hemmed, as well as shortened the straps on it. It came out beautifully! I brought in an archive AW06 Dior T-shirt because the neck had been stretched and ripped, the tag was hanging on by a thread and the armpit was also torn. I went in very nervous because this shirt is my baby and quite expensive. Picked the shirt up one week later and it was perfectly fixed. I couldn’t have asked for better. I plan on possibly getting a few pants altered as well! Highly recommend!

This woman saved my life! My cats took a bite out of my 400$ merino wool sweater! She was able to fix the area by sewing another piece of the fabric onto the sweater. I dont know how she did it but it looks great and the sweater was saved! kudos!!! I will be back!

I have had very positive experiences with both the customer service and the high quality of work that Hang offers. She also know how garments should fit and hang on your body. Once, I was unable to pick-up by the closing time and she offered to deliver to my home.

I had a bridesmaid’s dress that needed major altering. It was somewhat expensive but reasonable for how much work it took to alter! She transformed my size 10 dress into roughly a size 3 or 4. It looks great on me and took about a month from start to finish with only two fittings. You can tell they care about their work and helping customers.

Best service. My wife introduce to the owner over fives years ago, never taken my clothes for alteration anywhere else but Professional Tailor in Burnsville. I remember one occasion my wife needed her dress done for a very important function that Saturday evening. The owner deliver it herself to our home that late evening. Cannot get this type of service under the sun.

I got my prom dress shortened and it looks brand new, the bottom is beautiful. They do such a nice job at making it look like no one even touched it. I also got it back sooner than expected which is awesome!

I took my prom dress in they worked a miracle on it. They not only shortened it to the perfect length, but also helped fix the straps and the sides so now it fits perfectly! You can’t tell where I had anything done, it looks perfect! Not to mention the service is wonderful! Definitely will be coming back if I need anything done again!

I purchased a maxi dress about a year ago on clearance one size too large, thinking I would have it tailored. I brought it to Professional Tailor in Burnsville Mall, tried it on for Thien, and she recommended shortening the shoulder straps and adding an elastic band under the bust for better support. It now fits perfectly! She even got it done faster than we planned. Being larger busted, this is the first maxi dress I am able to wear. I love the way it fits and looks! Thank you Thien!

Highly recommend. Brought my dress in to get altered and fixed for prom. Turn around time was only 1 week. The alterations look great and I cant see any of the stitching or even tell that the dress was altered. Staff is very friendly, nice, and willing to help. Walk-ins are welcome which is a plus! Weve gone here twice now, and Thien is absolutely fabulous! She altered the length and straps of my prom dress, which were embroidered. You cant even tell they were altered one bit, and that dress fits perfectly in literally every spot. The only thing that we didnt love was the cost, which was quite expensive, but the amount of work and the appearance of the dress is definitely worth the price.

I have used Professional Tailor for many years now and they have always done excellent work for me and been on time. Its very easy to get to in the mall as its just inside the door. The staff is always helpful and given me great service.

My son has a heavy duty Lands End winter coat. He ripped the pocket on the door handle. I tried to fix it myself but my machine could not handle the thickness of the coat. I took it in to the Professionsal Tailors at the Burnsville Center. I pointed out the rip. She told me she could have it ready in a week. (Warmer weather, didn’t need it faster). When I went in to pick up my coat, I was so surprised at how perfect it was! They had removed my hack job and separated the lining from the coat and sewed the pocket back into place, reinforced it and sewed the lining back on. We CANNOT tell it had ever been ripped! I highly recommend them for all your tailoring needs.

I brought a vintage pair of Levi jeans here in which the back pocket was falling off. I wanted the pocket repaired to reflect the original wear of these jeans so I brought them to Thien Mai. I could not have been happier with the service she provided for me. I forgot to bring a form a payment (pre-pay required at drop off) but she allowed me to come back and pay on pick-up. The repair job was immaculate and still looks like the pair of jeans my father gifted me from his wardrobe as a young adult. I will bring all of my tailoring needs to this location only.-Alex

Professional Tailor has always helped our family with any tailor needs-whether it is my professional work attire that needs stitching, bringing in, etc or it is my service company clothing that needs repair, they knock it out of the park. My wife also has had to bring sweaters or coats and people can never tell they were repaired while we can really tell the quality of work does not concern us for future concerns. If you need any work done, this is the place to check out!

I took my husbands snowmobile cover in for a seam repair. I asked if they could replace the zipper also. I was very impressed with the work they did.

I brought in a winter coat that featured a detailed design. One of the panels had torn loose and it was a repair far beyond my ability. Thien Mai could see immediately how to fix it and I left the coat with her on my way to an appointment. When I returned about two hours later, it was completely repaired... so well, in fact, that I couldnt tell which panel it was that had torn! And the cost? Half of what I expected for such quality work AND same day service! I highly recommend Thein!!!

This place has horrible service. She got stains all over my 700 dollar dress. And claims it wasn’t her. She will not fix it and will not give any refunds. There are big black stains all over it. Horrible horrible service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. go to some place else.
