Called up a couple different tailors around the area since I needed some pants done last minute before my flight in 2 days. Doreen was the only one who could do the job. I went into the shop Wednesday evening and had 3 pairs of dress pants that needed to be hemmed and tapered. Although Doreen originally thought I only had one pair, she squeezed me into her schedule and said she’d have them ready by Friday afternoon. The pants were done the next morning! Awesome service, super friendly and professional, and the pants look great! Definitely will be back the next time I’m in Minnesota!

Doreen is fantastic! I’ve been using her for 10+ years, and have always been happy with her work. Reasonably priced & fast turnaround, just be patient during prom and bridal season as she gets a lot of work during those times.Don’t know how she does on women’s items, but her alterations for men’s clothing is top notch! Highly recommend, especially as a small, locally owned business.

Doreen has done my personal alterations for over 30 years. I have had a wide variety of clothing altered from jeans, shirts, dresses, skirts, and most recently a jumpsuit and formal full length gown. Doreens work is always exceptional quality, pricing is good, and alterations are done in a timely fashion. I always say, If Doreen cant do your alterations, nobody can!

Doreen Doan has been in business for 26 years this July, 2013. I have known her for about ten years and find her work exceptionally good quality. She has fixed many things for me and also made baby carriers. Doreen is professional and really cares about the needs of her clients. She is able to do the difficult jobs like prom and wedding dresses. I am very satisfied with the work she does.

Save yourself the headache and do not bring a bridal dress here. The owner is lazy and acts like dress are sooooooo complicated for her to tailor. Please go with where the place you buy the dress recommends or better yet call the dress manufacturer so you have a little knowledge going in. Plus her pricing is very high for the service SHE is offering.
