Very nice company. A little pricey but picked my son up for school with no problems. Driver was very nice and kept me up to date the whole time. I would use them again if needed.

Ive only used them once, but it was a good experience. I look forward to using them again, and hoping for better service then the other cab companies around here. I just wish I knew how much the driver actually makes so I can adjust my tip giving.

They are very unprofessional. Called to inquire about prices and a ride. They were very short with us and only were interested in the address immediately. We were looking into multiple options and found another option and choose them because we didnt like their tone. When telling them we no longer need a ride they told us we were waisting their time.Edit: You do realize that the customer service experience starts with the first phone call right? We did not use your service because of how rude you all were over the phone and over text. Based off of your reviews it seems you pick and choose when you decide to be professional. This platform is literally for people to express their opinions on their interactions with your business. If you are so unconcerned with these comments why do you argue with every negative comment you get? Plus you are never apologetic, just defensive. That means you know youre wrong. Now you have a blessed night too.

It’s a scam - avoid. I should have paid attention to the many past reviews. Immediately before the ride was assigned, they required pre-payment - without knowing your ride had arrived - once payment was made - the ride was cancelled via text. As with other reviews, we’ll let appropriate authorities know - as well as key businesses and institutions. Uber and Lyft - nationally recognized - charge after the ride.

I was delighted with the service provided, the amount I paid was perfect, I felt very comfortable and safe with your service, the very professional driver and the vehicle very well, I arrived at my destination on time, I recommend it 100%

Extremely unprofessional and scam artists. I do not need to say anymore. Look at their responses to all the negative comments, they are pathetic. I have already turned their company name in to the proper agencies to look in to their fraudulent practices.

They advertise online to be a Taxi service. They are NOT a real Taxi service. They charge you an extremely high rate just to order you an Uber or Lyft in your area. Even on the phone they said that they were a Taxi service. Taxi Drivers, real Taxi Drivers, are Professional Drivers with the additional license and rider insurance. Oh, they got me to and from my location 8 miles round trip all for $55.07. Add a $10.00 tip for the drivers and was $66.09. Found out the drivers only got a $1.00 tip each, where did the remaining 8 go? And, to top it off the drivers were only paid $6.92 for their time insurance and wear and tear of their vehicle. I got Ripped off and so did the Very Nice Drivers. Please Do Not Ever use this service. It is Not a Taxi Business they are just Booking Uber and Lyft drivers and you can do that on your own and save yourself time and money!!!Your business is a Fraud!!! The Uber/Lyft Drivers were on time. I thank the Drivers for that. You however only sent me the Website to my City to see that you have a License to work within the city. And, you Charge Why Too Much!!! Your call center rep only stated that you were a Taxi Service and that they are only the call center. And, YES AS A CUSTOMER I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO POST A REVIEW JUST LIKE THE OTHERS BEFORE ME. You however have No Right to Say You Told Me Everything UPFRONT WHEN I HAD TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE BEFORE YOU ONLY GAVE ME THE CITY LICENSE WEBSITE. Myself and Everyone Else Who Has given your business a Bad Review only did so because YOU CHARGED US LIMO PRICES FOR UBER/LYFT RIDES WHICH WE COULD HAVE BOOKED ALL ON OUR OWN. Have a good day too.

Stay yourself the time and headache this company is fraudulent and far from transparent. I was charged $24 for a 2 mile ride. Here’s the kicker ... The driver was following protocol by identifying the passenger (me) and he said wow you don’t look like Eduardo ...I was instantly confused because I was looking for a actual taxi but instead it was a Lyft (which I was trying to book but was showing unavailable) and we both then realized it’s all a scam this poor driver was only given 50% ($3.50) from Lyft for a $7.00 ride ...which I was over charged for . So give your service to another company .

Great company i sew couple of reviews here but in my case they take care of me for transportation- not all the company are perfect service but this company compare to other they really professional - good price i like the fact that they use the same system as uber,lift and everything was electronic i paid with my credit card cause they dont do cash -they provide me a receipt and confirmation on my email- they are defenetly helpful here in burlington area .i highly recommend it .

If I could give them 0 stars I would. attempted to charge me 30 dollars for a 4 minute ride Then proceeded to text me very unprofessional. Will not use them again or recommend them to anyone I know.

They are very rude and unprofessional, I was trying to get their rates and the driver who I was messaging was pressing me for the address and didnt want to answer my question. Then I decided not to use them because they were very rude.

I had to go and pick up my car so I used this service. Alejandro was very pleasant, and with the fee I paid, it made the difference to have someone treat me so kindly. I give this company 5 stars!

JF Taxi Service was on time, was very reliable, extremely professional. I recently visited NC and had to take a taxi to my hotel. I was glad I did. I am used to taking car services instead of the yellow cabs. I really enjoyed being picked up in a town car that did not smell or having music playing in the background. #CabService

I think that the service of this company has a good future in the Burlington area because apart from the fact that, they are fast in the service, they are very professional . lately the service of UBER and LIFT in this area is difficult to find, and the only old taxi company company in Burlington - GOLDEN EAGLE takes 3 HOURS to arrive with some OLD dirty white taxis and drivers are NOT professional at all.apart from this JF taxi company they have license, they are NOT like UBER o LIFT they not professional and you dont know who you driver is.and UBER and LIFT they charge you to wait and for every second they charge you.at least here in JF TAXI they tell you how much the ride will cost upfront flat rate and they provide receipt, I like that everything was electronic they have a good service and they have an app and a website something that seems very professional to me you just have to call and ready or you can do it online, very good service I highly recommend it also they have a different types of services and you can check their website a give you a discount, the only 2 bad reviews I sew here I think this 2 people they dont appreciate and they not grateful to have a great service in this little town, keep the good work guys of JF TAXI thank you very much for your help and take me to charlotte NC great job I see you next time .

This is not an actual taxi company. They scheduled a Lyft ride under the name KUNO. However, when I tried to get a Lyft I couldn’t get one I’m assuming it’s because they are taking them all!! A Lyft ride is 15 bucks and this was 21.40 and they asked for card before getting an actual ride. They better not charge me for no tip. *Edit* I am not grateful because it wasnt done as favor it was done as a business transaction. I am not grateful because you used LYFT and it was charged to your account and I know because the driver showed me when he pulled up. You charged more than LYFT and had you not been using their service, I wouldve been able to get my own ride. I wont use your service in the future you can believe that!!

The driver picked me and my family up from Sampson county and bought us to Alamance county with no troubles, he was on time, showed courtsey to me and my family. if your looking for a cab company this would be the one the best one hands down in NORTH CAROLINA!!!

Informed it would take approximately 15 mins for the driver to arrive. Received a text stating driver should arrive shortly. Received another text 25 mins later stating driver was dropping someone off and would arrive in 12 mins. I was informed they didnt know the driver was dropping someone else off. A few more minutes go by and they asked if I wanted a refund and then asked me to try again in 30 mins. NO THANKS!Very unprofessional response from the company. I paid upfront for the cab fare. Yes, I was unable to use the service because of miscommunication from their staff. For a service I was not able to use, I was not refunded my full amount. Instead of apologizing you asked me to use other services which I will gladly do. Hoping anyone else reading your response will do the same. Have a great day!
