Golden Eagle is The Greatest,That Night Time Driver Osiris is Great 👍

They charge a fair rate often less than Uber and show up on time. Drivers are courteous and fast. They are the taxi company I will always use while in Burlington.

I’m thousands of miles away and I called them last minute for my college son to catch 7am flight. I was so nervous he wouldn’t make his flight,. The driver was prompt, & he assured me he would get him there on time- and he did!!! Very professional! Thank you for your service and easing a nervous moms fears!!! Definitely would recommend and will use again!

Old vehicle, the guy pick me up 3 hour late and expensive fare and the taxi smell bad and the driver too dont use this guys they dont care business use the jf taxi there o public transportation

Not the best taxi service in town.1-the drivers are constantly taking the longest way to get more money, or at least, thats what I saw the last time using this service.2- the cars arent clean at all and theyre old.

Dont have a 3rd shift cab. Several employees have to be to work by 5 am and used to use Golden Eagle now they dont have a person to cover early morning or late night pick ups

I called all week for a ride to work. Someone only came twice. Later on I found out they only have one cab running.

Dropped us off at Wal-Mart and and never came back we called 911 to take us back home

Scheduled a pickup for my brother for 5:30 they did not arrive till 6:02; this is also the 2nd time hes gotten into a car that smelled like a**. It really sucks this is the only taxi service available in Burlington. Safe to assume that is the only reason they still continue to get business, Youre stuck using them by default.

We had a patient request a taxi at 9:30am...they JUST picked her up now (3:15pm)

Called the day before for a taxi at 5 am mind you this is the second time they were late. Got there at 540 and had the audacity to say it’s because he was the only one out. Don’t tell someone you’ll be there at 5 and get there late and expect everything to be ok. Cost my husband his job. Do not use them use jfk much better service!!! They use the same lazy slow driver who is never on time!!!

Do not use this taxi service. A special needs man sat in a doctors office for over 3 hours waiting for his ride. His appointment lasted no more than 10 minutes and the driver left him without notifying him. The man called the taxi service multiple times and each time they said they were on their way. I feel like this man was taken advantage of. I see this as unethical. Do not use this taxi service.

The driver was tip and extra10 dollars the company charge a extra 11! I was threated by driver

1 STAR IS TO MANY ! Over two hours late for work, they just don’t care! She told me 10 minutes away EVERYTIME I called and still no driver ! New Burlington taxi service called JF Taxi Service, 10 minute wait compared to a 2 hour wait time. Fast and VERY reliable service !! Never will I use golden eagle again

Golden Eagle used to have quick response times and little wait times. Now due to high volume of callers and a low employment rate has this company struggling a little. Once in the cab, you have nice drivers who will get you to your destination quickly by using the fastest route possible.Overall I still use their service but they could work on call times and hiring new drivers. Average time for them to pick up as well after a minute (usually 1:30 - 2:00 mins).

This taxi cab service never.... NEVER! ...answers the phone. I have called several times at different times for the last couple weeks, and have never had anyone answer the phone. Golden Eagle should be Olden Beagle.. They need to be put down!

Called well over an hour before pick up to reserve a specific time for taxi arrival. They didnt arrive, called them, was informed, there were others also waiting. I did become very upset, as the business I was going to pick up my vehicle at, was closing shortly. I was informed If You Dont Like It, Find Another Taxi Service. I had 15 minutes left to get to the business, I had to ask my neighbor for a ride and had to call the business to stay open for me. Golden Eagle Taxi was a Terrible Taxi Service For Me, If you have an option; Do As I Was Instructed By Them, FIND ANOTHER TAXI SERVICE!!!.

I am never using this service again. If it had a 0 Stars option, i would give them 0 stars, but the least you can rate is 1 star so I am being extremely genetous. Every time I call Golden Eagle and book a cab i gave them at least an hour and a half notice and would have to call them again to make sure they were coming, most of the time they werent, or say they were on the way when they werent, they would still be 20 minutes late. When I called for a cab for ASAP it took them 2 hours to get there, even though I was a few minutes down the street, by the time they got to my location, I had already got on the bus. Golden Eagle, as a service, has no sense of urgency, they are unrelyable, the vehicles need to be worked on, (1 vehicle kept cutting off whenever it got to a traffic light) and in all honesty, Golden Eagle are way too expensive. From now on, I shall be using a much more relatable public transportation service, Link Transit Busses. Atleast they are at the destination in a timely manner, and its only $1 to ride the bus. I encourage all Golden Eagle Customers to use the Public bus service instead of Golden Eagle

Driver are unsafe. One old shaggy looking guy just slowly turned into the my lane having to slam on brakes and almost hit him. He didn’t even look or wave to day sorry for being an idiot. Hate to think what they would do if a customer was in the car

Very rude on the phone, as well as not even sure where the address was that I wanted to be picked up. Wanted to charge $25Knew I had taken a taxi to & from the same addresses for $10. Tried another phone # watch out they go by different names.Id rather walk to Syracuse from Binghamton then take a taxi from this company or one that isown company.

The times that I have needed golden eagle in the past, I have had no complaints . However, The past two days I’ve called for a ride they’ve never even shown up. Once was it 2:30 in the morning and I waited at Walmart for over two hours. No phone call, no apology, no nothing. I will never use them again.

I would NEVER ride in this taxi. This man was tailgating me so badly, the view in my rear view mirror was halfway up his hood. I was doing between 45 and 50 in a 45mph limit and it obviously wasnt fast enough for taxi #9. When he got the chance to pass me, he came over in front of me less than 4 feet from my front bumper. This guy is an extremely inconsiderate driver to the point of being dangerous! I advise finding another taxi service!

They are really slow

This has been multiple times I have waited on them. When I say waited.. Cab supposed to be 30 min, hr min later no can. Been this way the last 3-4 times. CAll UBER

Horrible customer service i called for a cab and the lady was fussing with me she was yelling and go off and their price high than a normal cab so if u want to pay for horrible service and high prices this is the cab for youSo i call another cab and Golden Eagle was going to charge me $80 something but the other came service charge me 35 smh

Called 3 hours ago still waiting called back after an hour and was told iwas next in line just called back and was told as soon as 1 came vacant they would send it this is the worse cab company I have ever used dispatch acted like I was in the wrong maybe I should here in town looking to invest in a new business venture maybe I should invest in a cab company and put them out of business

Worse experience ever thats why uber took over cabs are beat up nasty and outdated my ride was 11.50 for right up the road and they charged me 20.00$ minimum fee just because i used card and they never warned me HORRIBLE !!!!!!!
