I attended an open house this past weekend that was being orchestrated by Beverlee and I can say wholeheartedly this was the most unprofessional and unorganized open house I’ve ever been to. When my wife and I arrived ten minutes before it began there were four to five groups in front of us and gradually a line formed behind us. After a few minutes Beverlee called the next group in which consisted of an agent and 5 or so other people. I was talking to my wife when I heard Beverlee shouting at the other agent saying “HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME, HOW COULD YOU COME WITH A GROUP THIS BIG, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING”? “MAKE SURE THOSE KIDS DON’T TOUCH ANYTHING, I CAN’T BELIEVE YOU DID THIS TO ME”. A bunch of people in line started laughing and I turned to my wife and said that’s a first.Eventually it was our turn to go in. When entering the house Beverlee shouted at us to take our shoes off and talk to her assistant in the other room to sign in. As I was taking my shoes off I heard Beverlee yell at the other agent again saying that her group needed to hurry up or she was going to ask them to leave. The person who signed us in was nice and told us a bit about the house and the updates. My wife and I went in the upstairs area of the living room and then back down into the kitchen. Upon entering the kitchen I opened one of the cabinets to see how big they were and this is where I got screamed at by Beverlee. “WERE YOU NOT LISTENING TO MY INSTRUCTIONS, I SAID TOUCH NOTHING, SOMEONE LIVES HERE, WHAT ARE YOU THINKING!? CAN’T YOU FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS!!?” I told her I was signed in at a different room and that nobody told me anything. I also told her to never speak to me that way again. She began to say out loud “I CAN’T KEEP UP WITH THIS, I HAD 20 SHOWING YESTERDAY, A BUNCH TODAY AND IM ENDING THIS OPEN HOUSE AT 1, I CAN’T DEAL WITH THIS, THESE PEOPLE ARE DOING WHATEVER THEY WANT. As she continued to yell I went into the bathroom with my wife and she followed us inside and said “THIS ISN’T A LEISURE OPEN HOUSE YOU NEED TO PICK UP THE PACE”. My wife hadn’t even entered the bathroom before we were scolded again. My wife then said you need to put up clear instructions if you want people in and out to which she replied I’ll take that under consideration.From there we went to a different part of the house which led us upstairs and then back down, upon coming back down to enter the kitchen Beverlee put her hand out to me and said I needed to slow down, to which I replied you just said this isn’t a leisure open house so which is it? She than said I needed to leave as she didn’t have time for my attitude. I then told her she was the most unprofessional and rude agent I’ve ever encountered and that I would never buy a house from her. She laughed and said there’s a big line outside I’ll be fine. The truth is she will be fine, it’s a sellers’ market and she knows it. I just find it sad that she’s ok operating like this. This is my second time buying property and I’ve been looking for a new house for just over a year, I’ve been to plenty of open houses and know the rules at this point. What I encountered this past weekend wasn’t normal, and I wouldn’t want someone like this showing my property and treating potential buyers in the fashion that she treated my wife, myself, and the other group who went in before us.As we left the house another agent and a group of two people said how was it, I said I got yelled at and kicked out good luck. The other agent responded yep, that’s Beverlee for you, she has a reputation.

Beverlee and her staff are professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Beverlee sold our house in the height of the Covid Pandemic as we needed to sell the property.Not an easy task to say the least, she faced a lot of challenges and handled all of them.
