Well Im a pie guy..... so hell yeah

My husband and I have purchased what will become our new home at Landed Gentrys 48 North community in Anacortes, WA. Our home is now in the early stages of construction, and our experiences with Landed Gentry have been outstanding to this point. The processes they have in place for choosing a home-site, a model suitable for the site, and the selection of exterior and interior amenities have taken much of the stress out of building a new home. The erection of story poles on construction sites gave us an idea of the height of homes which could be built in front of ours and allowed us to make a prediction of what our view of the water and the islands will be. Rita, who manages the sales office at 48 North, has always been a great help and fun to work with. She remains as welcoming and helpful after the sale as before. The most formidable task in having a new home built must be selecting the seemingly endless number of items for the interior. I believe Landed Gentry makes this as easy and enjoyable as possible. We were assigned a consultant, Debbie Boffey, to help us with our selections, which were made at their design center in Burlington. During our appointments with Debbie, we were able to see samples of our selections and view them together. This gave us confidence that the materials, colors, textures, and styles we selected would coordinate well in our open floor plan. That would not have been possible if we had to go from store to store picking things out in separate locations. Getting this right was very important to us. We never felt hurried, we were able to change our minds several times after making an initial selection, and when we asked for Debbies input and suggestions they were very valuable. Before final approval, Debbie brought everything together one more time. I believe that the people at Landed Gentry, the quality of their construction, and the systems they have developed to facilitate the building process are outstanding. I highly recommend them.
