Steven did great work on our pool!!! It came with the house we bought this past year but had sat for at least 5 years and everyone said it would never be fixable.....Steven proved everyone wrong and we were stunned at how amazing it turned out!! Super nice guy and very professional....knows everything there is to know about pools and is extremely well priced!! Steven did an amazing job restoring our pool that had been out of commission for at least 7 years. When Steven was referred to us I was honestly embarrassed at the condition of our pool. Extenuating circumstances had prevented me from getting the pool in working order and it really looked more like a pond instead of a pool. Steven came out and quoted me a price for the work that needed to be done. He was always professional and friendly each day he was here. He worked tirelessly through the extreme heat and even in the rain. He educated me on every part of my pool and the products that I needed to use. He is always available to answer any questions I may have about my pool or products. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing their pool serviced or worked on.

We needed quite a bit of work done on our pool and Fazzinos was the first company to respond when we called to request a quote. They were able to come out quickly, arrived when they said they would (very timely), and provided detailed information for what we needed to make sure we understood everything prior to starting the work. The work was completed when they said it would be and we couldnt be happier! Very friendly! We would highly recommend them!

DO NOT USE THIS PERSON FOR POOL SERVICE!! I contracted Steve Fazzino last year May 2019 to install a new liner and repair and paint steps. A week later, I noticed that the paint was peeling off the steps (the only paint that stuck was a foot print in the middle of the liner). He was actually putting in a liner for my neighbor which I recommended him to my neighbor. He came and looked at the sorry job he did and ask if I wanted to redo now or maybe next year. I told him that I could wait until next year which is now. The reason for waiting, I wanted to see how much paint came off. I called him May 22nd about the redo and that I had a leak and he said to call him back Tuesday, May 23rd to remind him. I’ve called and texted many times, and he has yet to call me back, as of today June 2nd. CONSUMERS, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED! Tommy Coble, Eli Whitney- I did not use a wire brush to clean steps (It was only 2 days after painting) and even though it rained, phones still work. It is amusing to me he had time to write this documentary, but not time enough to answer call or text. Please add Liar to this ist!

Mr. Fazzino did a great job with our pool! We have been using him for the past 2 years opening and closing our pool and any other pool services. He’s been very quick with squeezing us in and very fairly priced. We’re currently selling our house, but highly recommend him for anyone that has a pool.

Steve Fazzino, owner, did an outstanding job replacing our pool liner, sand filter, chlorinator, and pool light. At our request, he also removed our heater and re-plumbed our lines to increase filtration efficiency.He did all of the work for a fair and reasonable price and delivered what he promised on our agreed-to schedule. He is very customer oriented and was always willing to explain/discuss our options.Steve was a pleasure to deal with and a genuinely nice guy. We will definitely use him for all of our pool work in the future!
