I can usually always find my pet care needs here which is really nice. I enjoy walking around and seeing what new pet toys, clothes and fun things for my furbabies. Lots of selections with pretty reasonable pricing.

The employees always greet you, when you come into the building. We use the grooming dept. My dogs absolutely love Rachel. No matter the size and breed of the dog, it is treated with great care.

This store has gotten worse and worse, I have come in and repeatedly not seen anyone on the floor, dead fish and unfed animals. Will honestly spend my money else where from now on.

They are friendly knowledgeable and caring as if your pet was theirs. They always greet you with a smile on their face and take excellent care of your babies (pet). I will continue to go back there every month to get my rottie groomed.

Colleen does a great job taking care of our two dachshunds in the grooming department. I’ve seen the memes knocking PetSmart groomers, and they are not all created equal, but Colleen does a great job and somehow manages to get both boys done in the time other groomers take to do one. When COVID shut down our old groomer I was hesitant but was happy with the results.

The veterinarian service is outstanding. I drive 90 minutes to this store because the staff is so professional and go beyond just being available. They care about their patients.

Your basic corporate Pets Mart. But beware, you need to be the one to ask for help, or else good luck. It is very unpleasant when your looking for help and one of the only people available is actively avoiding helping you. I guess minimum wage is truly minimum effort. I dont blame the employee, I blame the corporate holders. Very shameful to run a business in the way the greed does. The employee deserved a raise and a coffee.

I had an appointment at 4:30 with the grooming department, at. 4:50 I asked what was going on and was told that they had to finish what they were doing first and that my dogs appointment was at 4:30. I told them that I was there waiting at 3:40. I was upset with how little they seemed to care. I will NOT take my dog back there ever again!!!

I actually went the animal care services in the back, and spoke with two very helpful clerks. They help me find a product I need and recommended a place to get my cat spayed - Im quite thankful!

Rudest staff ever!!!! Refused to let me go back with my puppy for her first vet appointment (just me, no one else) and blamed it on Covid?? Yelled at me twice and then I got nothing but attitude. For asking a question. I will NEVER be back again. And absolutely do not recommend them to anyone

We bought pet mice here. The employee (young man) who helped us was patient, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our dumb questions, carefully modified the cardboard PetSmart travel carrier to prevent chew escapes during a long trip home, and also helped us choose the supplies we needed. Great customer service!

Im not all about big box chain stores, but PetSmart is a okay 👌 by me. Very friendly staff no matter which store Ive been to. They actually care, or put up a very good front to make you feel welcomed

DO NOT PURCHASE HEALTH INSURANCE or use THE VETS THERE!We pay for health insurance for both our dogs.Today my little italian greyhound was hit by a car.We drove him all the way there and they refused to even look at him because they were to busy.He died in my arms an hour later, still trying to find a place to help us.

Their dog training classes are fabulous. We are taking our rescue pittie here for puppy school and everyone here is very friendly and super well informed. Love the class and store.

Seemed to have most anything needed for most common pets.

Petsmart this is where you decide what type of company you are. Close grooming salons, vets are still open for medically necessary grooming. Close any stores or areas which do not have adequate cleaning supplies to maintain a sanitized area. Encourage online ordering and electronic payments. You have a web based system already in chewy. Until precautions to protect your employees and our community are taken you get 1 start and you are lucky for that one. People over profits.

I like it when I feel that my business is welcomed. ...did not feel welcomed when going to the grooming salon to get our dog groomed. Doesnt anyone smile back there? Retail is all about making the customer feel special. Well find some other place to get grooming done next time. Oh, the rest of the floor staff was very courteous and friendly.

Dont buy the fish here they are kinda rude and suggest fish that tend to dislike each other.

This location lacks healthy and proper live plants. Associates dont want to be there and its noticable.

This place always has a good selection of pet supplies. I do try to avoid looking at the reptile area though because it seems like so many times the animals dont look too healthy. But the rest of the store is really great!

I give it 4 stars only because their selection of certain items is lacking. However, I will say that their staff is always so friendly! It’s refreshing for sure. Plus, they have the adoption center with kitties which always makes my day.

Petsmart has customer service as a high priority. I highly recommend this store for that aspect.

My dog Loves the food that they have there its made only for his breed of dog for puppies too so thats awesome and I think thats the only place they sell it so my Chihuahua is lucky its kind of spendy but hes worth it

Good store for your pet needs, I am here every few weeks to get toys for my beautiful budgies. Staff is reasonably knowledgeable for a pet store chain. Good selection of toys and feed and so on. It was hard to get my budgies to eat anything other than the seed mix I find here, lol.

Some Employees were very helpful and others not so much when I bought my first Parakeet and my second one, too. Seemed distracted or too busy. Not a lot of knowledge about the birds.I wasnt happy at all with the first (and only!) grooming they gave my Dog.They basically just shaved him. I had pointed out his obvious shaggy appearance. Wed just adopted him and I wanted him shortened up and cleaned up.The cut was just awful and he was obviously very uncomfortable for days. Needless to say I found somewhere else. The lady there gives the cut a Miniature Poodle with Maltese and Yorkie should wear. An allover, uneven and choppy shave is not a haircut.

The groomers do a great job and are kind to my dogs. They are professional and surprisingly quick. Their prices are affordable and you can schedule online (love that!). They also have weekend/evening appointments. There aren’t a ton of options in Mt Vernon/Burlington for groomers, but I’ve always been happy with Petsmart.

I brought in my nervous dog and the cashier(I believe her name was Quinn) knew exactly how to handle the situation. I have never seen anyone from a pet store know exactly how to act and what to do to make my dog feel comfortable. I was very impressed and Ill continue to bring my dog there.

Groomers here are terrible.

They always do a great job grooming my fur baby... and now I understand my favorite vet from Stanwood is there. Ill be taking my pup there from now on.

Most associates were nice, but I had a rude experience with one that resulted in me not buying what I came in for. I get that theyre all about promoting responsible pet ownership but when you have an adult coming in to buy a fish, maybe dont treat them like a child, and just answer their questions nicely.

Both of the hamsters I purchased in July passed away this month. Both of them were well watered, fed and cleaned.

Not the best pet smart Ive been in. Couple of dead fish in the tanks, not feeders, but the actual pet fish. Lots of reserved cages waiting for new pets. Grooming area looked happy and good. Overall its OK.

Friendly and knowledge employees will assist you in all your pets needs.
