Clean store with friendly employees. Its not the biggest Party City Ive been to, but its great to have a party store in the area again! Lots of different balloon choices! Also lots of party theme options! I came in looking for holiday stuff and I wasnt disappointed!

This location is super clean, the staff are friendly and quick to greet me when I walked in the door. I have been to this location three times just in the past week and each time the staff have been helpful and quick to interact with me. An added bonus, (being a super social person) I like to talk a lot, I couldnt help but notice that the staff is able to both carry on a conversation as well as complete the task in front of them. Its nice to be able to shop somewhere where I dont feel ignored or rushed.

The store is really nice and clean. However there are more workers then customers and we’ve been waiting in line for 20 minutes. Tried to order online but they said they were out of stock but when we came they had them but wouldn’t help us find them even tho we got curbside pickup. Their prices rang up differently then what was on the shelves. It was very nice other then customer service.

Fun and extensive selection for party supplies. Would recommend.

Update: I spoke with the manager today she resolved the issue and waved the extra fee I was told I needed to pay on Saturday.Order balloons(Tuesday) to be delivered on Sat @ 5pm. Received email confirmation stating 5-6pm delivery. Went to the store on Thursday stating I really need the balloons no later than 5:30pm was assured that they would be delivered by 5pm. Saturday I get a call at 4:27 asking how I wanted the balloons filled confirmed helium. 5:04 pm I get a call they forgot to charge me an inflation fee and cant deliver until I pay. I am at the event location across town. I agreed to go to the store Sunday morning to pay the extra fee and told them they dont have to fill all the balloons About 25-30 small balloons from a 70 balloon garland pack. Ballons arrived at 5:44 pm. At 7:24 pm I get another call the rest of the ballons arrived and the driver was across the street. I would not use their delivery option.

Went in based on the website saying things were in stock for pickup. What I needed was not on the shelf and none of the customer service personnel wanted to help except to say Nope it not here we dont have it and refused to check the back. I am a professional makeup artist and WILL NEVER shop the Huffman mill commons store ever again. 4 people standing around doing nothing and wouldnt help. Plus of the website says its in stock they could at least check the back.

They have everything we needed, fast, clean helpful people, I would definitely recommend that you give them a visit before your next party

We drove an hour and half today to pick up a costume for my little girl for Super Hero day at school tomorrow. This was the only party city with the size costume she needed. When we got home, we realized the wings weren’t given to us. I called in a panic because the store was closing in 10 min to ask if I had missed something or if I misread. Molly was so kind and said unfortunately I see your wings sitting here and whoever gave you your order didn’t give you your wings. She helped me track down a new pair of wings at a store closer to where we lived and arranged for the store to stay open later just so we could get the wings for our girl! Thank you, Molly, for going above and beyond and helping save super hero day ❤️

Website needs to provide an option to see in stock items only. Frustrating to find an item and then it enough in stock for needs.

Sunday; few people; my waiting time to inflate 10 balloons was 38 min. So slow
