Knowing they were running on a skeleton crew minus a skull, (not enough seasonal workers willing to work during COVID-19), these people were cranking it out, getting it done, professional in the face of covid-19 angry customers. And this while meeting equipment repair challenges and bearing up under a hot summer. Go PPC!

PPC is worth it. My husband and I eloped last summer and had our wedding reception this summer. They were flexible and gracious about extending our date (when I reserved for summer 2020 in 2019) because of COVID. The people who set up the tent were prompt and informative. We did receive a PA system with one broken aux cord, and I have faith they would’ve helped us if we’d asked and caught it any sooner than right before the reception. Operator error. On the whole, wonderful experience!

I originally booked with this company because they were one of VERY few who offered natural wood colored chairs and not white or plastic. The pricing was super affordable and I confirmed pickup info leading up to since COVID hit after I made the initial reservation. Stacie responded to emails very quickly and took my payment over the phone. We literally backed up to the pickup area, they had the chairs all ready, loaded them in my trunk, and we left. Took less than 5 minutes! Drop off was just as easy and contact free. Ive never dealt with such an easy, hassle free rental company in my life!! Cant express enough thanks to them for making a stressful, COVID wedding a little less stressful and the chairs looked absolutely beautiful in our elopement setting

I am a wedding planner and special event florist. I have had the pleasure of working with Pacific Party Canopies on a number of events over the past couple of years. I am pleased with their service every time! It is almost inevitable that there are little bloopers here and there, and on the rare occasions that these have occurred, the company has presented a very acceptable solution before I ever noticed the issue. Their staff is very curteous and their inventory is in great shape and vast. I highly recommend Pacific Party Canopies!

Pacific Party Canopies provided tents for two weddings at our property this past summer. Both events were handled with professional, efficient set up and take down crews who showed up when promised and took great care to make the process enjoyable for all. We also used Pacific Party Canopies in 2012 for a party and just like this year, we were extremely pleased with the customer service from the initial call to reserve tents and tables... to the flexibility when a Bride changes things last minute. It will be very hard to get me to look beyond Pacific Party Canopies for our outdoor entertaining needs.

Our September wedding at Silver Lake went beautifully with Pacific Party Canopies. The rentals arrived (and were picked up) exactly when they promised them. The order was perfectly filled, the delivery people were extremely helpful and delivered the items to two separate sites, which required that the trucks be packed in a particular sequence. It was a flawless operation.Be sure to think through with their staff the logistics of what youre wanting to do. They cannot read your mind, and they may not have been to your particular site. If you do this, your event will come off without a hitch. We were pleased with their service.
