I had knee replacement surgery on Friday 9/17/21. Freddie has provided stellar customer service from start to finish. My local rep was out of town in a business training on the day before my surgery when I needed my equipment. Freddie went above and beyond to make sure that I had my equipment prior to surgery. Freddie has been great at checking in prior to surgery and making the connection between me and the local representative closest to my home. From there Charles has been awesome at checking in, following up and continuing the top notch customer service that I received from day one with Freddie. I see why my physician will only use Medequip. Their customer service is exceptional and the entire experience has been simple and professional. I also appreciate that they take the necessary precautions during the pandemic. Im looking forward to using Medequip during my next knee replacement.

If you need medical equipment, get it from them! I broke my foot and needed a knee scooter. They give you the options of rent or buying. If you have issues they are more than willing to help you with your equipment. If I ever need anything else I will use them! Thank you for such great service 😊
