This is great place. The counselors are amazing (Cole and Ms. Nancy).Everyone has been wonderful. I’m glad I decided to go. If you need help go here.

Been going here almost 2 years and I can say the workers don’t care about you. From the doctors to the “therapists”. I forgot I had a therapy appointment right after starting a new medicine which wasn’t going well with me and I forgot because of life and I didn’t hear anything from them. I had an appointment scheduled for today the 22nd only to wait in the zoom room for 15 minutes. I call up and I’m told the doctor is on vacation and that I was wrong about the appointment date cause it was last week when I know that’s not what I was told. I’m out of medicine again which is normal for this place to be slow on refills ever since I started coming here but I don’t have insurance so I put up with it. Not anymore though. How are meds supposed to help you when you are in them for a month and then off of them for a week because you can’t do your job? Moral of this. RHA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH OR WELLBEING. Don’t go here and save yourself a lot of stress. The front desk workers are also always rude.

The security here is very professional and the RHA staff is there to help you no matter your situation! As long as you work with them they will work with you!

RHA is not as bad as people say the counclers there are very helpful and they give me methods to help me every day and they are very understanding and they never said no to helping me

I wish they were more understanding of patients schedules, when their wait times can be as long as 1.5 hours at times. Individuals that come here, consistently, do so for a reason. Their door shutting in my face (being 7 minutes late, having called ahead of time to make them aware of the circumstances, and being told that my doctor was available with no patient in her office) was the straw that broke me down today.

I called just to ask questions to help a 72 year old homeless man as far as addiction issues and he wants help. Receptionist was rude, placed me on hold for 10 minutes and of course hung up on me. By that time I was livid but ehhh there are more behavioral places in alamance county. Thanks to Trinity behavioural for the help. Which would have taken the 10 minutes I was on hold.

I have never been to this place but have been to the office on Church St. In Burlington where Dr moffet worked about 10 yrs ago. .. I talked to him ONE time, my very first visit, and he treated me bad & made it all about him! .. I was only on there MAYBE 5 minutes. I have had A LOT of problems including suicide anxiety bipolar social anxiety voices etc. first time I seen him he walked into room and asked me whats going on? .. At that time I was having a lot of dreams (night mares) and most of my night and day was full of anxiety about death! It was overpowering & causing me .. A lot of anxiety and panic attacks daily. .. But as soon as I said have a really bad fear of death.. He said so do I, we all do.With an attitude! Without even hearing the rest! .. I waited a half an hour or more in waiting room, them another 5 minutes or more in his office just for 2-3 minutes for nothing!! .. By the way.. After that visit of telling him I was having fear of death.. My son died! .. About 31/2 months later my mom died. .. I will never go to him again.. And would recommend nobody ever go to him!

From the moment I walked in they were great. My group is great and the doctor was very thorough before prescribing me my meds. They probably saved my life.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I recently visited this location after being recommended it from an urgent care since I dont have insurance at the moment, and just relocated from Texas. Everyone from the front desk to the back desk. Incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. I have been under the care of a therapist as well as a psychiatrist, and on the same medications for 9 years due to serious trauma at age 15. Was basically a guinea pig for medications & after years of trying different meds, and different opinions of Drs.. I found a Dr who took more than just time to write a script. He finally gave me a legit diagnosis, and prescribed me medication that allowed to me live instead of exist. I waited 4.5 hours to get to the back, and be told by some obviously obese, unhealthy looking woman how my meds were unhealthy.. and also how they would be switching my meds bc theyve been in hot water about over prescribing narcotics. She talked more about herself, then asking about me about muself when I was having a serious crisis. She has to go. Alot of these so called professionals have to go. They are there for there for a paycheck not your well being. I will be taking further action against this establishment because its def not a behavioral health center, and your tax dollars are funding this non sense. Please do yourself a favor, and STAY AWAY. For the sake of your sanity. I have NEVER (And Ive been going to behavioral health places for years) came across a place as horrible as this one. It smells like vomit + death. The whole place was disgusting. The bathroom smelled of fish & looks like its never had a cleaning. And here I am two days later sick as a dog. Still off of my major meds & suffering bc Ive probably came in contact with Ebola while waiting in this disgusting place. If you want to help to better serve your community. Shut the doors immediately. Makes you wonder how many people they have helped commit suicide. Sickening. An investigation also needs to be done immediately. Will be contacting 5 on your side, ABC 11, and other news agencies as well as the medical board. These people l will call them.. Look like they were hired through a temp agency, and act as if they have zero knowledge of mental health. I cant believe they are allowed to serve the area. Quite embarrassing. Texas behavioral health puts these people to shame. And they should be ashamed. I would never guess by the way they act, and carry themselves that they actually have earned college degrees. Astonished. Im also pretty sure the 5 stars & comments come from within that office. There is NO WAY.

Do not go here this place is the definition of trash my name is Lucas Ayscue and one of the doctors had a smart mouth about me getting medication for my problems. That Dr is Lucky I didnt smack the snot out of him Dr Moffett is his name and he kept provoking me to test him I felt like he had a very smart mouth and must have had a bad day I said are we done here and he says I dont know are we? He just kept saying smart stuff towards me very disappointed and disrespectful man this place is trash period.

Dr moffet is the worst he isnt worth a damn if I could I would teach him him how to talk to someone properly he has a smart mouth so RHA takes the downfall look at the reviews they speak for theirself this place is trash and so is the doctors no wonder he works there because thats what he is. Wish someone would show this man how to work. I would like to get a hold of him myself he thinks because someone has problems he can talk to anyone, anyway not to me he got lucky today Im on probation otherwise he would of got a swift kick in the as. HORRIBLE

A friend of mine is needing her meds so badly that shes unwell hasnt slept in weeks and now hallucinating and she cant get a hold of her Dr who is Dr. Moffat. Each time she comes here she goes home being depressed and more upset becuz they accuse her of stuff she isnt doing or hasnt done. Wow I dont recommend this place to anyone needing help RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Instead of helping theyve made her life more miserable!!! She cant even get help from other places becuz of all the medication shes been prescribed here. WOW! This place should be shut down like immediately!!!!

Ive been going there for approximately 4 years. I have found that all of the staff, from the reception desk to the on site pharmacy staff to be extremely helpful, courteous, going over and beyond to help me. The clientele consists of people with mental mood disorders from ADHD/ADD, OCD, Anxiety, depression and PTSD. A large number of children are seen here. The atmosphere can be hectic sometimes. Dr. Moffet is an unbiased, well read Psychologist. Hes prompt and honest. Some days it may be quiet with no one waiting, smooth sailing. Other days they could be packed with little children playing/being loud, and adults in crisis mode along with the scheduled patients, longer waiting times, etc. Overall I have had far more positive experiences than negative.I am not going anywhere else as Im a satisfied customer of RHA.

Dr moffet lost a loyal patient for 7 yrs due to front desk secatary she is rude as hell and a racist. We moved but still in same county and said we wasnt and my son could no longer be seen he was out of meds no refill and knowing he couldnt go cold turkey. But soon as I left I called duke and set appt up same day and told the doctor what happened he making calls for me to have that place checked out and manly her

Dr. Litz and Dr. Eric have helped us out a lot. When no other facility seemed to want to offer help, and other drs struggled with a diagnosis for my son, the RHA were able to apply a diagnosis for my son and he is doing very well.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would I wouldn’t recommend this place to the devil himself after a grown adult threatened to put their hands on my five year old girl it was best I left!this place is a joke!i waited two hours and prolly was getting ready to be seen but bc somebody was off their meds I left they need to invest in sercurity or something!i was not impressed by this place at all!

RHA does more harm than help. They rescheduled my appt. 3 different times and would not refill my medication due to their lack of knowing how to schedule an appt. They call the day before your appt. To tell you that have to reschedule and also wanted to accuse me of something that was not true and they were all rude as hell. I would not recommend going to them for anything. What the newspaper needs to be writing abouti l is how terrible they are treating people not lying and saying how good they are.

They dont take patients problems seriously. ...somebody gonna get hurt up there.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I dont recommend this place to anyone. My daughter overheard her therapist and other staff talking negatively and criticizing clients in the lobby. She heard them call them derogatory names like retarded fat and stupid. This prevented her from opening up entirely and caused a major setback in her psychological treatment as she struggles to establish trust with others. She was attending this office so that they could treat her for trauma that she was having a challenging time opening up about. The therapist also talked over her several times and my daughter left the appointment feeling ignored and unimportant. PLEASE go somewhere else, this place does more harm than good.

Took a family member . This used to be my mental health provider for 14 years .

Everyone was rude to me and my parents. Would not work with me on what kind of sessions were best for me. When I talked about my problems I got a lot of negative feedback rather than help. Would not recommend.

The definition of a joke would be explained in your visit to this trashy hole from the top to bottom.This place would better serve its community by shutting down.

I’d give zero stars if it were possible. She’s beyond unprofessional. Disregarding of feelings, saying they don’t care if their patients have autism, and yelling? She should be ashamed of herself for being in a career where compassion is critical. Don’t waste your time or money on her. There are far better professionals out there that will listen to you and actually help you.
