All around a top notch company! I have worked at Lindley for almost 4 years and I have to say that, including all of our locations and our many staff, I couldnt ask for a better group of individuals to work with; which is so important when you spend so much time with the same people. Although I work in Operations, I too get the joy of interacting with many of our wonderful consumers, their families and support staff through all the awesome activities we have here year round! The combination of hard work, lots of love and caring I get to observe and experience, and tons of fun, make for a very fulfilling job!

The initial interview went very well... After my interview I got matched with a consumer whom I was excited to work with... After weeks of waiting I finally got started with my training. The trainer for the NCI class was rude and boring. When I told her I would have to reschedule due to school she was plainly rude and she was very insensitive. Other than that I would say Lindley is a great place. I just think that the lady who does the NCI Prevention classes and Orientation needs a lesson in being polite and talking to people with respect .

Does not pay employees gas for taking clients anywhere they want to go . Does not pay employees on right date they said they would pay. Not a good company at all, however clients are amazing .
