The key worked great - I like the convenience in the Bed Bath and Beyond Store.

He called the company back they said they don’t cover NC whacked my credit card 2 times for $420 I wouldn’t touch this company with a 10 foot pole

Hung up on me when I was attempting to get a price on a service. All I need is a copy of a key, no a re-key or change out.

No service actually happened. I wanted a true locksmith, not lowes or some kiosk doing it. These people are kind of like calling AAA although AAA is much better. For me I called the number and got to a very noisy call center who asked for my zip code. They asked what I needed done and put me on hold to connect me with someone local but it just sounded like another call center. They asked for zip code again and asked what I needed done (copy of a vehicle key made). They said we dont do that and hung up right away

I was worried at first because the keys didnt line up exactly but it worked just like the original. A little pricey for 1 key but if you get multiple its a good value.

I made copies of of 2 different keys with chips. They both work great. This is definitely a cheaper alternative to the dealership.

Locked keys in my car called and got a message to send a text. So I sent the text as to what happened and where I was but never got a reply
