My experience was very strange my Son had lost the key to his 1991 Ford Ranger I call A&V for service paid $120 for the service but wasn’t given a receipt. I contacted the owner for a receipt the very next day I was texted a receipt amount for $60 when this man knew we paid $120 cash I felt like he was being shady. I will not be doing business with A&V again and will make sure my family and friends aware.

Would have given 5 stars but we had to wait an additional 1:30 for service...But once the technician arrived, he was very nice and professional

I had just bought a used bike from a friend of mine. A Suzuki RF900R TO BE EXACT, and after calling other lock smith they could jot do it, but when I called a v lock & key, I bring my bike to them and he was able to make me a key front scratch while the bike was on the back of my truck, I recommend this locksmith to anyone.

This guy really knows his stuff! Lost the key to my car and then a friend thought it would work if they busted the switch. Well that disnt work because of the anti theft system that is on the car. So we got a new steering column with new lock and key but when we hooked it all back up it still did not start the car. But do note that it would turn over and act like it was going to start but never would. Now if my original switch would never been messed with the dealership could have made me a chiped key with the serial number on the car. So what needed to be done at this point was reprogram my car to the new switch and key and not even the dealership could do this couse its a 2001 and was pretty much told to throw away my car. So finally we found this man and he came to us with his equipment that only dealerships or a certified locksmith has access to. Took him 10 minutes and started on the first try. So before u throw it away call av lock and key hes got my 5 *****.

Technician was polite and professional, and did a good job.

I called a 1800# and a lady said that their tech would be there in 20 mins. An hour later the tech finally called to say that he was in Winston Salemand would not becoming. AV Lock & Key was there in less than 20 min. He had me in my house in 2mins and charged me half the price.

Called for rekeying of my house; he said hes be there at 11, and to text him the address, which I did. No response, he didnt show. At 1:30, I texted him again to see if he was coming, and still no response.
