Unfortunately I cant give Carolina Connections a stellar review. We bought a Solar Panel System 2 years ago and the reason I am giving this review two stars instead of one is because the installation went great, the Palmetto team was a pleasure to work with and the production is superior.The problem started when I called 6 months later asking for information about adding more panels. Our current system is at 70% capacity and when we bought the system our rep Jamal Taylor told us we can add panels later. When I didnt get a call back, I called the CEO Ben Price and he told me he would find out right away what is involved in adding more panels, the cost estimate and whether or not the current converter would support it.One week goes by, no call. I wait one more week and after no call, call back and speak to a receptionist. After cordially expressing my frustration she assured me Ben would call me back. Another week goes by and I send an email. Sill nothing.Fast forward a year and a half to this week when a new rep comes to the neighborhood trying to drum up new Solar Energy business for him. Good for him. Problem? He didnt know we were an existing customer.I proceeded to cordially express my frustration with the aforementioned experience and he assured me he would pass the question along to Palmetto and the complaint to the CEO Ben Price. I did receive a call from Palmetto that evening and the tech support rep confirmed to me once the system is installed, inspected and connected to Duke Energy it cant be changed or added on to.In summary, the rep that came this week, David Isley was cordial and professional and he did pass the information to Palmetto who called me. The rest of the experience starting with the initial sales reps misinformation about adding panels later followed by no follow-up dissuades me from ever dealing with Carolina Connections again. The message I got from all of this is they care much more about new business than they do about existing customers.

Reason why I didnt rate this with 1 star is because it wasnt the worst experience Ive had and in the beginning we had a decent conversation about Palmetto/ Carolina Connections and what their solar panels and service had to offer. I was game to move forward until I did a little research of my own since I very familiar with Solar panels and had them installed in a previous home I lived him. When I decided to take my business to Blue Raven Solar I messaged the gentlemen who was walking door to door in my neighborhood offering his services, what I have attached to this review. I manage and for the biggest tech company and PJ who is the sale rep wasnt professional at all. For someone like myself whos been in customer service for over 10 years and understands that not everyone wants your particular service and thats ok. Customers have the right to make decisions thats in their best interests or meets their needs. According to PJ which he states that hes developed some kinda of customer relationship with me needs some coaching in this area. Pretty good sells rep but needs to separate his feelings when customers say no or decides to talk their business elsewhere. To be honest I probably would of recommended him to others as an option but if this is how you speak to customers because they dont bite on your offers, I really question how genuine he really is when he walking door to door offering his services to others.

These guys are a MUST if you are considering DISH or DirecTV in the Burlington area. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had Country Cable set me up with DISH and while the transition wasnt seamless, they made sure to take care of every concern I had in a timely matter. Having someone local to call when I need help means the world to me and as such I cant see myself not doing business with Country Cable going forward.

We have used Country Cable for all of our Satellite needs since the mid 1990s. Bill and crew has always be very attentive to our needs and has kept us in line with new technology over the years. I would not use any other service for my satellite needs.

But alas, aside from the nice guy talking it up at our door, our experience with Carolina connections hasnt been that great.... From being told wrong about promos in connection with at&t internet all the way to misleading fees being taken out of my account.

Sunday morning: Im trying to send you an email. Your website prevents it in every way its possible to prevent a message. I tried to fill in the required fields and your website wont take them. Highly frustrating procedure just to send a simple email. You obviously dont want our messages or your web people are completely incompetent. Either way, I was unable to send my email.
