Not going to mention any names, but I tried going through other Renting to own Centers ;) and long story short, after a year of paying my payments, to pay it off was still almost just as much as it was on day 1. Needles to say I told them to come get that mess and went to Buddys which at that time was called Homesmart. Here at Buddys I have paid off two washers and a dryer and Im about to lease something else just to keep my relationship with them current because not only are they fair. Buddy associates go above and beyond to help you. And that alone is worth five stars this day and age

My experience at with BUDDYS home furniture has been the best. The business Manager Shane O’Brian is one of the most upstanding guys I know. He treats his customers with the upmost respect and if a customer is upset he knows just how to calm them down and make them happy again.

We absolutely love Buddys. Shane and his team have been fking outstanding to work with. Ive been working with this company since the beginning, back when it was Crusaders, and weve never had any issues through any of their company name changes (Crusaders, Homesmart, Buddys), staff changes or the like. Shane, Travis and Rob go above and beyond to work with you to get you what you want and then to make sure you can keep it. Life happens and weve had some hardships arise in our time working with Buddys and Shane has ALWAYS had our back and worked with us. We love those guys. They are family. I would recommend Buddys over RAC and Aarons any day of the week!

We rented from them and had our washer dryer and refrigerator through them my husband got hurt at work and was out for a little bit I called trying to pay 2 weeks that we was behind and our payment was only 55 per week and he tried to make me pay 253 for 2 weeks I do not recommend them to anyone and needless to say we was never late on one payment until he got hurt

I was satisfied with buddy’s initially. Was hospitalized so I made arrangements with who I believe was store manager for Friday to catch up on my payment. put some money in my account on Thursday for something different woke up to my money being gone before I was even paid. Called up there and he got an attitude. So I stated I would like to schedule pickup. This is all on Thursday. Asked if they could pick up Saturday knowing what my schedule was like on Friday. He threatened me with legal action because I was unavailable on Friday and hung up on me. You’re better off going somewhere else if you would like good customer service. They don’t keep their word, and barely like to work with their customers as they promised in the beginning.

This place sucks. Do not make business with them, I been waiting for two hours for them to pick up a stove that I rented for close tan a year at 54 dollars every two weeks, I was going to buy it and they still wanted 500 dollars, talking about being thieves.

I will NEVER do business with these unprofessional liars!!!!!!! Every time I call they give me the run around!!!!! I have dealt with several lease to own and Buddy’s is by far the WORST!!!!!!!! Go to Conns or Schewls!!!!! These people are full of IT!!!!!!!

This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with in my life first off lets get into the fact that I leased a 300 item from them and paid 1300 for it in the long run second theres is a whole pandemic going on where people cant afford rent lights and food and instead of being compassionate or putting things into play for customers who could not pay during this time all they do is call call call call I have a total of 22 voicemails from them in a 3 week time frame I mean they called every day left voicemails and heres the kicker they even tried to connect with me on Facebook crazy I will never lease to own again I suggest you run from this company and NEVER look back thats what I will do now that I paid them off today if they ever call me again I will file a harrassment suit against them

In the beginning I was very happy with the services provided by the staff at this store. Then one day I walked in and the entire staff had been changed and then came the issues. I was lied to for 2 months by the so called GM who obviously couldnt count because he kept speaking to me like he had done me a favor by applying credits that was owed to me and at the same time charging me more than I owe. Because of the headache he was causing I paid off my balance on my remaining items which were a TV that they failed to give me the proper documentation stating that I own it and a washing machine. I will not ever go to this store again nor will I ever suggest to anyone else to go there. Horrible customer service!

Very helpful staff and reasonable prices. Furniture is good and doesnt seem like it will bteak as soon as you sit on it

They told me the approximate price for a mower for the first week was $40 which I had enough for (dont get paid til Friday so couldnt really afford more.) He called me back and said it was $51.46( he forgot about a one time $10 fee) then told me he would see what he could do and call me back after They had already called my landlord and references. No call back so I called them and they gave it to someone else instead of telling me they couldnt work with the fee. I would have borrowed it to get the mower. My lawn is like a jungle and needed it asap! They are horrible.
