Leigh was my Sale Associate. She greeted me at the door with a pleasant smile. She was not pushy, allowing me the opportunity to look around. She presented a very business-like attitude, very knowledgeable of the business, and was very professional. I would highly recommend checking out the business. Sell cheap foreign made furniture made in Vietnam at full prices. Bought a recliner which had sagging fabric. Sent back for repair and and came back same as before. Had to beg for a new recliner. This whole process took months. Bought a TV center and kitchen table. Took 3 months to receive from Vietnam. Once received two chairs had uneven legs and the TV center had uneven doors. Cheap foreign made furniture sold at high prices. Don’t waste your money and time but go to Furniture Land South.

If you’re looking to purchase furniture from a store/company that stands behind their inventory and truly cares about customer satisfaction, please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. We have a chest of drawers that we purchased as part of an entire bedroom suit that has a broken drawer slide. We brought this piece into our house early January 2021. The drawer with the broken drawer slide was only pulled open twice. Once to put my husband’s shorts in and once to take out a pair to wear. We’re reasonable people and understand things happen. But when it’s clearly a manufacturer issue and the item is literally less than 3 months old you would think they would want to go out of their way to fix it. This one individual piece was $499 and the entire invoice for every piece we purchased was paid for in full, we did not finance any of it. Called the store to see what needed to be done only to be told the product has been discontinued. None of the options for repair were centered around what would be best for the customer. Lesson learned on our end. This review is not on the item purchased but the lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

The staff at Burlington Badcook greet you at the door but they don’t follow you around and hound you the entire time you’re there. They allow you to look but you can find an associate when you need one. The store is clean and easy to navigate. They let you know what is in stock and give you a ‘reasonable’ time frame when to expect your furniture. I have been dealing with Chris for years and he is the same, friendly and professional. The ladies are polite and professional as well. I love the selection. I always recommend this store!

Disappointed about the fact Im expected to pay for something upfront that I cant get for over a month. Whats the purpose of having a distribution warehouse in Mebane, NC and you cant fulfill a customers order? I refuse to pay upfront for something that cant be delivered same day. The customer service is never great. This is the only time Ive ever been greeted at this store. Its always a great disappointment entering the Burlington, NC store.

The problem here isnt the customer service, my sales experience was great. I ordered my bed first of April was expecting it first week in June so we gave our old set away last week and presently sleeping on the floor and only after calling to see what the hold up is am I told that it is now going to be late July ...with no notification or anything my delivery date has been extended...Now Im being told that Im welcome to cancel my order...Im just devastated

The sales associate was very cordial. I told her what I was looking for (washer/dryer). She retrieve the Badcock catalog, and showed me a variety of washers/dryers. I was very pleased with the selection of appliances from Badcock.

I bought a sofa at Badcock in Burlington yesterday. After purchasing, I was informed they had charged me a $100 fee for delivery. I asked to be refunded the $100 because we were capable of picking up the couch ourselves from the distribution center in Mebane. We went to the distribution center today to pick up the couch and after loading it into the truck, we noticed the color on the box was mocha but we had ordered tan. The gentleman helping us cut the box open so we could see the couch and it was a much darker brown than the color we ordered. After waiting about 20 minutes or more, a manager came to the front to tell us they do not have the couch in tan but only in mocha. This is even more ridiculous considering the fact they originally told me the couch only came in tan. Rather than attempting to correct their mistake, they simply said they were sorry and told us we could go back to the Burlington store to cancel the purchase. While I appreciate apologies, this is not what I want to hear from a retail company. What I want to hear is “we will fix this for you”. Now, I’m starting from the beginning with no couch after spending 2 days dealing with Badcock. I am highly disappointed with this entire experience and will absolutely not be shopping with Badcock again in the future.

We have had our furniture about a year now and the couch has been replaced twice. It was top of the line supposedly. Had a new one delivered today and since my wife and I both work she called and asked for a 30 minute lead time call to be home for them. They told her she was only getting 1 call and that was it for a window of 230 to 4 pm. Well they showed up about 420. Thats not acceptable and no reason they couldnt call on the way. I can say it will be our last purchase from them and to think I financed it.

Never bought anything but with such a funny/kinda bad name, you have to give them credit for being in business.

We had been in every furniture store in alamance county and guilford county, and just hadnt made our mind up as to what to buy. Leigh and Christopher went out of their way to help and be patient with us making our furniture choices. They are both very skilled at customer service and they know the products that they sale!! I would recommend everyone to go there for all their furniture needs!!

We purchased a bed (the one with bookcase turned longways w/drawers underneath) elevated dining table & padded barstools, tv console, coffee table & end tables in May. We love our furniture & have had many compliments on it. Leigh is super as well as others & not pushy. The delivery guys are great too. After the experience with Conns, Badcock is the right choice. Conns is truly what the name says...conns! The Burlington store manager is nothing but a liar! So glad we walked into Badcock furniture store... total difference.

This has probably been the worse furniture purchase I have ever made. Within 2 years we have had a sofa and recliner replaced. We have the protection plan but still are required to pay another delivery fee even though its not our fault the freaking recliner broke. No thank you we will do all the work and pick the chair up ourselves oh as well as drop the old one off. This is a terrible way to do business and I will NEVER step foot into another Badcock store again!!!! EVER!!!!
