We needed last minute (3 days before) alterations and they got us in and made my daughters dress fit perfect!

Took in a lovely Asian dress to be taken in at waist. The seamstress took it in too much, and then tried to convince me it looked good and was fine, even though it was bunching up. When I insisted it needed to be let out, she did not re-measure, and stiched at the original seam line, so now its back to boxy. I figure there is no point arguing the point, as she may ruin the dress completely. So for $80 I got my original dress with upsold new zipper.

I went in with less than a week to spare before a wedding to another alteration place in Burlington and the lady was rude and did not listen to any of my concerns. I left mad and frustrated. The next day I went into Lauras and was greeted by an amazing, sweet lady who not only reassured me that they could get the job done in the short amount of time I had but she was pleasant and met all of my needs. I would recommend Lauras Alteration to anyone I know who needs alterations.

She did a great job on my super delicate bridesmaid dress! And she got it down on 3 days no extra charge!

They have done lots of work for me and my wife, always happy with the results and very prompt getting it done.
