The tracking showed delivered but never received my mail. Got the number of this distribution center from USPS but it seems no one there knows how to answer the phone or deliver a package.

I have a package which has been stalled at this facility for over 10 days and no one, including the USPS post office in Elberta, AL who is the receiving post office for my package on the way to the final destination of a residence in Alabama, can get ahold of anyone to try and find this package. Ridiculous!

Me and my brother have a running joke that if our packages have the misfortune of being sent to Burlingame wed be lucky to get it before the end of the year. But honestly.. Theres no way of knowing how long these incompetent people are going to hold on to your packages before sending them off to their final destination. I dont know how they get their funding, but they need it removed.

Never answer the phone. Didn’t deliver our mail for over 2 months and couldn’t get a hold of anyone to correct. They just kept saying they’ll look into it. By far the worst USPS service I’ve ever received has been from this location

I sent a package 2 weeks ago, and after multiple attempts to figure out whats going on, it turns out that it has been sitting in this processing center for at least the last 10 days with no movement. The usps customer service cant get these people on the phone and neither can I.

Actually it is a post office, but its a distribution centre and not open to the public. So, for practical purposes, its not a post office.

What is it about this place that it take them at least two days to sort and ship mail. This is the poorest service center ever. No wonder USPS is having financial problems

Do you guys not know how to answer the phone? Called multiple times and never pick up. Get some real employees
