Today I was driving my son to a doctor appointment and I was in a rush. A truck from Redwood Site Services was parked in the middle of the street blocking all traffic. When I asked the driver to move the truck he told me to turn around. When I told him that hes not supposed to block the street, he told me because thats the most convenient spot, even though it means inconvenience for everyone else. I have never seen any worker that is so shameless. I dont have personal experience with this company but if you dont want to upset your neighbor, you better hire someone else for the job.

Absolutely believe the reviews about customer service. Two stars because my first call to Steve was ok. He was polite, responsive, and answered my questions. Although, I was about to give him and/or the company over $500.00+.After that... I am not sure if they are overloaded or hire unhappy people. They are definitely slow for drop off and pick up. The person who answered the phone; I couldnt tell if it was a man or woman, sorry. Anyway, I was inquiring when they thought they would be able to pick up our box and he/she told me I have no idea, I havent even thought about it yet, I have 40 people in front of you that I need to worry about. I asked if it were this afternoon would that 1pm or 5pm in the afternoon? And he/she said, (laugh) - I have no idea, this afternoon is this afternoon.If you have all the time in the world, and do not care when your boxes are delivered or picked up, and enjoy rude customer service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, keep looking.

I utilized Redwood Debris Box Service, and the box was delivered in a timely manner with competitive pricing along with great communication with the office staff, along with delivery driver.Thanks...

If youre up on the peninsula and ever need a dumpster for construction debris I recommend this company right here they got the best service at any dumpster service Ive ever used easy to deal with very courteous service AK credit cards get up on the peninsula are the roads up there get kind of narrow up in the hills and these guys are really good at getting boxes and where you need them so you can run your project I recommend this company to all my construction friends

I am a construction manager. I assume all other reviews are not construction perfessional. I have used Redwood debris services for over 10 years. Be clear on what you need, be assertive, and you will get a good price with in time service. They don’t waste you time with a 2 hour window, boom there there. Just be clear with all requests- it’s what they do, Of course they will accommodate you

Very poor customer service plus never give the customer receipts and never letting customer now why they’re charging extra dollars....

If you need quick turnaround this is not the place for you if they tell you they can pick something up they probably cant. Also for some reason they cant work in the rain.
