Terrible service. Attendant had no idea what she was doing. She claimed she reset the SIM card but wasnt gone long enough to remove the case, much less the SIM card. Good thing this isnt my hometown VERIZON.

I went to this store to have a second phone number added to my phone. I wanted a new local number as well as my business line. I was told I need ed a new phone by the store manager who left before finishing my request and the staff were unable to do the job. After a total of 4 trips over 3 days it still doesnt work right and to top it off I ended up having to buy a small flipphone for the 2nd phone number. Today, after a conversation with Verizon support, who insisted they could fix it, now my business line doesnt work at all. I was told I was being transferred to support and no one ever got back on the line so after several hours I gave up for the night. Tomorrow is round 6.UPDATE: I received a response to my complaint requesting me to email them the details. I did so on 7/6 and 7/12 with no response as of 7/16. This wont go away.UPDATE: It is August 2nd and no call from district manager I was promised several weeks ago.

They dont have anything to buy in their store like tablets or different phones or covers for anything and you have to order everything through the store and the people are not very knowledgeable of the articles that youre trying to purchase They are not too friendly helpful

Harley was awesome! I needed a new screen protector for my phone, she had 15 minutes left on her shift and she got it done in no time flat. She let me know about my available discounts and was thorough on everything. Super nice and great customer service. Couldn’t be more happier with your choice in employees. Kudos Verizon! Came in for a simple SIM card change, I’ve been to many Verizon stores and have always been greeted at the door and helped very well and easy. Wasn’t to impressed with the customer service here. Easily took 15 min but the two young ladies seemed more interested in discussing their own personal lives and being on their personal devices than striking a casual conversation with me. I’ve had my share of retail experience in the phone industry and this is just sad. Also, one of your sales person came up and gladly admitted she “needed to poop” which is fine, maybe just keep it professional in front of customers.

I’ve had a business account with Verizon for about 15 years now. I always cringe when I have to deal with getting new phones for anyone on my account because they’re overpriced and I feel like Verizon doesn’t do enough to help out customers such as myself. I spend over a $1000 a month and for the first time in 15 years I actually had a good experience.The manager there, Ben is his name I believe, he did a lot to take care of me and my wife’s needs. I asked him a lot of specific questions about my account and he was able to get an answer to all of them. He even admitted he didn’t know a few and made a call right in front of me to find out. That’s real customer service! Been a long time since I’ve had a good experience with someone that actually cared enough to take the time to help rather than just throw tons of sales pitches at me.He got me at the end with a few upgrades but at least he explained everything to me. He gave me his card and invited me back in even if it was just for a quick tune up on my account. Couldn’t be happier having a guy like that manage my account. Hopefully a few people can take a lesson out of his book.

Went in to have my account looked at to see if I can save my family some money. Not only did Tyler, the manager, help lower our bill, he also got us more for our money! That seems to hardly ever happen these days. Im very thankful to have a great store with a great crew here in town. The energy level in the store is great and all the employees seem to have fun with each other! Definitely stop in if you need anything.

We switched over to Verizon a little while back from Sprint due to moving to a no service area with Sprint. I wasnt super excited since my last experience with Verizon was horrible in the customer service department. When we switched over it seemed like it was going to be the same thing but then we came across this location. The staff there has been great to work with and knowledgeable. I have been able to come in several times and get help on issues, add lines, get repairs at little to no cost. There management is super accommodating. My last time there the employee helping me, Manny, took time to help work through something that I probably should have done myself and was kind enough to excuse himself from helping me to help another customer that came back in with a follow up question to make sure things were going well. If you have to go to the Verizon store go to this one.

Poor customer service at this location!! I bought a brand new phone on the Verizon website and tried to go into the store to exchange it for something different. The rep looked at when I bought it and said I was past the 14 day trial period so she couldnt help. Not the first time I have had poor customer service at that location. I LOVE VERIZON, JUST NOT ALL REPRESENTATIVES. I called Verizon and they were able to exchange the phone for the one I wanted.

There were so many issues going on with my phone and account that it was upsetting. Ben offered to help me through it all even though I wasn’t planning on buying anything. He fixed my account, saved me some money and I bought him lunch in return 🙂 Glad that the store front didn’t let me down this time. I usually get all my stuff online. He gave me his number and said to call him if I ever need anything. It’s been awhile since I’ve had that good of customer service. Thanks for the help! The staff was also super nice and how they joked around with each other was refreshing.

I stopped by a few weeks back as I was driving through the area to visit family, and the last time i stopped in i was impressed by the knowledge of the young man who helped me that I was going to upgrade there with my niece as a present to her. I was assisted by the head lady whos name was jade or ruby or something like that. She greeted me and that was the last pleasant thing that occurred during my visit. I was experiencing a few phone issues and I asked for help with those first. As soon as I began speaking about my phone issues she switched from a sweet young lady to very short and brash with me. She kept informing me that I could call a number to get tech support and was quite rude about it. Finally after struggling with her for what seemed like hours, another younger gal came over and fixed my issue within minutes. I was so irritate with that store manager that I decided that I would not ask about my upgrade options and take my business elsewhere. Usually I am not one to judge a person by one encounter because it couldve just have been a bad day. Due to the fact that she seemed to be in management and should know these simple fixes i can only imagine that if i wouldve led with my want of a new phone for myself and my niece she wouldve treated my concerns differently. I hope this is not a pattern and was disappointed that the home-town help feel I received the last time i was here is no longer the case and hopefully this get fixed sooner than later because I know i have told my family in the area to avoid this location or at the very least that young lady.

Brock did a great job for my wife and I. He was understanding to our circumstances and worked hard to find the best solution for us. We had multiple things that needed and he took care of us regardless of the issue. I even had to do an exchange on my phone because it was defective. He remained professional through it all. Came into Verizon a little upset due to past experiences. Wasnt expecting any kind of special treatment and honestly, I was going to change services. Ben was kind and courteous and listened to all of our needs. He helped my wife and I through it all and made my experience comforting. Ill always request him when I come in now. Poor customer service, a girl with very thick glasses was not very tolerant, I thought they would know how to deal with customers, unfortunately, I do not think they have an idea how important customers are. A tall dude (I do not know their names, sorry for description) jumped into our conversation with out invitation, responding with a disrespectful voice. I am so glad I switch services, thought about going back, after this, no. I hope they notified the store manager and told him what caused the problem. I also hope the employees read the review! Terrible customer service. Not a real Verizon store. Unable to get service turned on for our device and unable to turn the service off on the device after paying for it. They will tell you to visit a real Verizon store or call customer service as they cant do anything there but take your money (a lot of it too)

I had a great experience at this Verizon! They are way more helpful and kind compared to the other one in burley by McDonald’s. The customer service was great and they did everything they could to help me get a new phone as quick as possible. I’d highly recommend this version office over the other one. I’ve been to the one by McDonalds multiple times and each time I was there the employees had horrible customers service and acted very unprofessional.

I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at the other location in town. I figured I’d give this store a try and I’m definitely glad I did. That manager with pretty blue eyes did a whole bunch of crazy stuff on my account that not only helped me save money but gave me a little more faith back in Verizon.He didn’t have to help me with as much as he did and honestly I was a little rude when I came in. He just smiled at me despite my comments of negativity and kept on talking about how he could help me out. I listened to him and a month later it worked out. He asked if I wanted a new phone and I declined but when I do I’ll go back.Sorry I was so negative in the store but I’ll be sure to be in better spirits next time I come in. Thanks for the help!

Andrew Vela tried helping. He got things all messed up told me Id have no problems with what Inwanted I switched from Sprint to Verizon I told him exactly what I wanted and needed. He said no problem did not offer the Bogo on S10s after daughter in Boise said there was one he checked and offered it but then said I had to pay for my phone which disqualified me for bogo put my micro chip in daughters phone then paid hers off and mine is still owing yet I had to pay for mine. After 6 hours plus there 2 trips to my daughters work trading my phone in and cant get it back paying for mine but should have gotten 1500 in credit over time with 4 phones I was and am not impressed but am stuck for 2 years.Update:The new manager has personally contacted me to make right Andrew Velas poor customer service. They do have an awesome customer service representative in the office whose name is Andrew Contos who also tried helping the other rep that day but he wasnt receptive to the help. Go see Andrew Contos for the best service around. He is very knowledgeable and very electronic savy!!

I have always detested going to the corporate store in twin falls because of how busy it is but after dealing with the manager, Jade in this location, I will never deal with Verizon again. Whether it was her need to try and attempt humor with her idiotic jokes to her lack of knowledge and professionalism i hate to say that I not only will never step foot in this store again, but am having serious thought to switching companies. If Verizon is stupid enough to hire this person, why would i trust them with my business?
