The associate I dealt with was very well informed and knowledgeable in all aspects of the business and made the transaction a breeze. Had a wonderful experience with the mini kubota tractor I rented. Great service at the lot when picking it up, the workers were great in making sure everything was hooked up and working properly. Head mechanic made sure I was comfortable with the operation of the tractor. My rental went without a hitch. Look forward to more rentals in the future as we continue to improve our property.

Very professional place have rented from them twice got their Christmas deal. Love the lady up front my trailer wasn’t big enough so she only charged a day to use hers, they literally go above and beyond expectations will never go anywhere else!

First and foremost I don’t usually leave reviews but this was the best service I have ever received and They earned their 5 star rating hands down.I rented a caterpillar 259d and the machine was top notch if u need a skid steer for a job I highly recommend this one. The gentleman that delivered it to my house had it off the trailer and I was in the drivers seat in 5 mins. I have been a customer renting various tractors here for years even before the new owners took over. They have always been very helpful and provided a great product to me. There have been times I have been several hours late and they have always been nice about it when they had every right to charge me. Thanks for providing a great product and being understanding.

My father rented from you and the product was broken and cant be properly used to its design, but you charged him full price PLUS a damage protection for something already damaged!!! The lady never tried to make it right saying do you want it or not??! I will personally NEVER use this place!

Such a great experience with this place. They made the chairs and table rentals for my wedding such a smooth and easy process. They were very accommodating in all my needs. They let me pick them up a couple of hours early and also last minute I called them and asked them if they could pick them up in Glen Rose that Monday for return since my husband and I ended up having to work and we were unable to return them. Great place-highly recommended!

Quit literally the worst place to rent equipment. On multiple occasions iv rent equipment from them and had it break. First time i rented, i didnt make it 5 miles down the road and the tire on the trailer blew. Took them almost 3 hours to take care of it. Then the machine breaks 4 hours into a 16 hour rental and i had to fight with them to even get my deposit back. This time, they welded some random piece onto the machine to make it acceptable to look at, but when i use the machine it doesnt hold the hoses and they get caught up in the tires. They tell me its not their problem and offer nothing to fix this issue. Do yourself a favor and go some where else!

Great rental place, called them up at 545pm one night needing tables for the weekend, they booked me with 5 tables for a very good price. Picked them up Friday morning with no wait. They even loaded them into the truck. Great place, will go back here in the future for rental needs. Check them out, you wont he disappointed!

Be careful, you will be charged for a new part on the equipment you rent. I rented a zero turn mower, after I returned it i got a bill in the mail telling me the tires had thorns in them and had to be replaced. So my bank account was charged $300. for new tires. This is not a way to do bussiness. I was not offered any kind of damage protection. Not at all happy.

Low down people with shady business practices. Owner and his wife arent just greedy crooks but also bad people. They will make you pay for whatever they can on their equipment. Their storage units are infested with rats, they are always understaffed. Getting out takes forever and youll be lucky to get through a full rental without the equipment breaking. Better prices, better equipment, and better people can be found at Hallman Rental in Alvarado and Taylor Rental in Fort Worth.

My sister Debra and I rented a tiller and the guys in the back told my sister how to use it and loaded it up for us. The customer service we received was outstanding and will definitely be going back! Thank you so much!

A week ago I went in to this location and I rented an equipment there. The first day I had the equipment I had problems with it. They send a technician out to fix it and at the end of the day I didn’t work. The charge me for the day without be in used. So I went in to the store to get a replacement, the owner stated she couldn’t rent me another equipment but she charge me for the days that it wasn’t even used. I had never had an experience like this where by my skin color they judge me if I was able to rent an equipment with them. Honestly there where no apologies and it was a very bad customer service.

Great people

Rented chairs and they were fealty. They were sticky. Also one of the chairs was broken. I didn’t realize any of this until I got home because they loaded them for me. I did not have time to take them back. Very frustrating that I had to clean them. I didn’t even set some up because they were so bad.

Poor service. The gentleman there was rude and snappy. They tell you one thing on the phone and another when its time to return the product. They are not clear with there practices but like to use the small print to charge you more money. They seem to fudge numbers to make the bill hire. I strongly disagree with the service tactics and think they scam to get buy. There equipment ran so slow that it took forever to finish my task I set out to do. I keep checking the radiator for grass on it making it run hot and there would be nothing. I could not drive the tractor fast enough to mow nor kick anythingup to get stuck on the radiator. They will inform you when you return the equipment you owe more money because you ran it to long. A nice tactic they offer, make it run slow and over heat so it idles longer. They should put a mileage meter on it to see how much you used it,so they can not screw you with there faulty tractors that have to sit and idle running up the time while you mess with it to get it to work.Also I asked them twice to fix the lights on the trailer before I left, one gentleman cut and tapped the light to make it work till I got down the road. To my surprise to find out the tape did not hold and I was finding myself rapping it back together to have blinkers and break lights. The wires was on the trailer was so shot and brittle they flickered every time you hit a bump. That was to find out that when I left to return the equipment with there trailer I got pulled over by the police because the running lights had went off and would not come back on. The fuse on my truck was fine but there was no way of telling from the wires on the trailer where the problem was. The wires had been tapped in so many places it would be a all morning event to locate the problem. So I accepted my ticket and headed back to drop the equipment off being sun was up enough by then. I informed the rude gentleman at the counter of the situation with the trailer lights and his response was he did not load the trailer so could not tell me why with a I do not really care attitude. I informed him I had gotten a ticket and he just replied show with a crappy attitude. I did not even bother to explain the situation with the tractor because it is clear they do not care. I will pay the ticket because I can tell by there crappy maintenance on the trailer and equipment it would be pointless to pursue. Never will a count on that small place being they do not care for repeat business. I will choose a bigger company to rent from in the future that cares about customer service.8-4-15Thanks for your a poor response to how you run your business. I have handled the ticket myself because you never offered any resolution to the issue when the matter was current. Secondly the parking brake was off because that was the only the thing with the tractor that seem to work properly. I have rented several different pieces of equipment recently from another place and have had excellent service. I m sure you will be in business for a long time being there are thousands of people in the area you can get over on..... you have a good day.....

Had a problem and they fixed it and made it right

After returning a Penske moving truck the man at the counter had a very bad attitude from the start.We had a change of plans and ended up having the truck longer than first planned.The new arrangements were in the notes but the man did not want to call the main Penske office and said it was our problem.After much discussion the man finally called and the question was taken care of in 1 minute.We will never use this company again.

Terrible service on my penske rental, ac only worked on high had to drive 1350 miles like this clearly they never looked over the truck, back was dirty and had someone else trash in it truck was not in good shape.
