Began renting in January 2021 before the sale to 10 Federal. Since becoming 10 Federal Storage in March 2021, the facility has received new paint and a facelift, however, the grass is not mowed and the place looks to be not well maintained. The storage units are very dusty and evidence of animal droppings are present. The new storedge.com website is bare bones and not user friendly. When attempting to call the facility number, it is a menu driven system that frequently results in dropped calls. For a real estate investment company touting its technology, this is quite un-impressive. Old fashioned email would be significant improvement over the current offering. Very difficult to get ahold of a customer service person. No email address available to contact customer service. When the rates were cheaper, the poor service was tolerable, but the now rates are increased, this facility is not a good value. When trying to move out, kept getting locked into voicemail jail.Update- contacted by property manager explaining that onsite staff was out due to pandemic related reason, they appreciated the feedback, and were looking into the concerns listed above. Did receive email with electronic moveout form and filled out. Upping to 4 stars and would rent from again. Thank you for listening.

Very nice and thoughtful staff. Safe place to store your items. Easy way in and out. Also want to give a big thanks to Jared for calling me and letting me know a ladder fell off my truck and holding it for me until I was able to pick it up. What a good and honest man!

Ive had a storage unit here for a while now since.i moved back down south and I cant say how much it recommend them enough. Jarryd is always so helpful when it comes to questions I have and service in general, one of the best storage facilities hands down just having him service me and my wife when we need it. The units are reasonable and clean. And the entire facility is maintained flawlessly. If you live in the area and need storage, look no further, this place really does care about their customers. And Im glad my storage needs can be fulfilled by such a wonderful set of people. 5/5 stars without a single doubt.

I rent 2 units that are very well maintained with ready access. Jared does and excellent job managing this facility as well as great customer service. The owners have done a great job with the variety of storage options available. I highly recommend I-35 mini storage. Thanks guys...Donald McShan

Great service. The staff is very helpful. The manager on site is very easy to communicate with. We have worked with other storage places over the years and this one has been the most friendly. Highly reccomend them!

I am a fairly new renter here but the service was excellent and I was treated very politely and my needs were met to my expectations. I have been renting one of the largest units they have for over a year and a half now. I have had the absolute best experience renting from 1-35 Mini storage Burleson. I am absolutely thankful for the manager on Site (Jarryd) and the owner as well. In regards to customer service and property cleanliness, my personal experience both have been above and beyond all levels. There has been a couple times (by my fault) for after- hours payment made on my account without any problems.... Jarryd has always been right there, or just a call away to make every transaction a smooth transaction for me. ...plus several times he has went completely out his way to accommodate to my schedule.. My property is secure, I never have had any worries, the people are amazing to deal with. I highly recommend this business, they are awesome!!!!Thanks again Jarryd! You have been very patient and understanding with everything...and nice to deal with...wish all business had more employees like you!

I 35 mini storage is a awesome place for your storage needs, I had a unit with them for almost two years and my stuff was just like when I put it in there. The rates are responsible for the units rentable, The management was amazing as well Jarryd was always helpful and friendly making every experience so easy and nice! I’ll definitely use again if I ever need another storage unit!

Jarryd is awesome to deal with here. I only needed a temporary place to store some stuff for a couple months before I moved but I was treated like Ive been renting for years. Its definitely far from the cold, disconnected corporate feel from like a U-haul self storage place.

Have recently changed management or owners, too aggressive for collections, they ready charge a late fee, so what if they accrue? The bill always gets paid and they WIN with extra $$$ on a space that could be empty! These ppl need to seriously realize the business they are in. STORAGE and they are getting paid regardless for the service they provide. This isnt housing or loan sharking.. CHILL VANESSA!

24hr accessible w/gate key code, very very friendly staff, also you can access the storage lot via cameras online through the website (although I have not done this myself, I like the option)
