Fast, reliable, and professional. Had a low to the ground 1936 Ford custom street truck, the driver loaded and unloaded the truck with the upmost care. The pricing was cheaper than I though it would have. Will be using from now on any we need towed.

I was very impressed with the this company! From the first telephone conversation to the service they provided.My car was stuck in the garage. We have a difficult drive way to maneuver a large truck. The driver not only had excellent driving skills, but was kind enough to fix the unavoidable ruts in my yard that his truck made. I will never use anyone else!

Their prices are competitive and they are very professional and have taken care of many of my cars. Matt is the driver that has towed most of my vehicles and he is awesome. After wandering around for 30 minutes trying to find an AMC employee because our keys were lost we ended up calling the tow service. They were super nice and polite, and were going to be there within 30 minutes. After another 25 minutes, of hopping counters and opening privacy doors, we were finally able to find an employee and give us our keys. I called them back immediately, and they were so kind, said we were fine and no payment was necessary even after I offered since I made them get out in the middle of the night. Thank you so much.

Nice guy on the phone. I explained why I was calling, he let me know the situation and that was that. A while ago I traded for a vehicle that the owners didnt want apparently. I had no use for that vehicle so he let me know that as soon as the date expires he will get rid of it. 👍

We were rescued !! Long story short we were stranded and had to be pulled out of a muddy incline in a hard to get to area. These guys didnt give up and found us and yanked us out and we were on our way again. Thank you !!!

12-8-18 My pickup just up and lost all power rainy morning and friend recommended B&W and I called the gentleman on the phone was polite and said they were busy but had one close and wasn’t even 15mins and Matt showed up and took care of putting my pickup on the rollback taking great care with it. Matt then recommend a show he knew who could handle me custom pickup and they did. I would recommend and I will use again in the future.

Lost a wheel bearing on a boat trailer. Called B&W and they responded very quickly (within about a half hour) on a Sunday afternoon. Driver was very professional and courteous. Rates were reasonable.

Four girls, truck full of goodies from canton, were wer sick, and we get a flat!! Edward was there in 10 minutes, changed the tire and we were back on the road in twenty minutes! Thanks KS for such great service!!

Both the business owner and wrecker driver were extremely courteous and considerate to my family. They gave well beyond normal customer service to help two adults, two toddlers, two dogs, and one cat from being stranded in 95+ degree weather on a Sunday afternoon. The owner loaded all of my family into his personal vehicle and helped them find a nice hotel near the car dealership. The wrecker driver left a note on the vehicle describing my familys situation to the dealer, and the dealer called my wife first thing Monday morning to get the vehicle fixed as soon as possible. B & W Wrecker Services is one of the best businesses of any type that my family has ever dealt with. They are extremely compassionate and caring. Call them in your time of need!

I was in a pretty nasty wreck a few weeks ago, and honestly the wrecker that came out to tow my vehicle was the kindest person I interacted with throughout the whole ordeal. Everyone at this establishment was kind to me since receiving my vehicle, and honestly made a horrible situation just a little bit better.

These guys came out to tow my truck I broke a key in my ingnition. One of the guys break lock on my steering wheel then hopped in tow truck said they had a wreck and left me stranded!! I had to call Burleson tow company who came right away.I called the manager I told him what happened he said his guys dont do that and I was lieng . Well what they dont know is its on camera now a legal small claims suit will be filed and I will see them in court. These guys are very un professional and dont care about there customers. I highly recommend you do not use these guys

My keys got locked in the car late at night. Tried 2 other companies. First never showed. Second called and canceled 55 mins into their 60 min eta. Called these guys at 3 in the morning and they were there in less than 20 mins and the driver was super nice. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Not to mention the pricing was excellent as well.

Do not use these people. I was broke down on side of highway and they were the closest, they said they would be about an hour. After an hour and a half of waiting in the TX sun, I called back and they said they had no record of my previous call for a tow. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
