Ive been with Allstate for many years. I am very pleased with their services. Ive never been denied a claim or an unnecessary rate height. Ive had numerous offers from other agencies for a lower rate. That might be true but I cant risk going elsewhere for a cheaper rate and end up with unsatisfactory service or watered down coverage. Some girl from this agency reached me by cold calling and asked me if I was interested in hearing about a quote from Allstate. I asked only for a quick ball park quote if possible and expressly stated that I do not want to run any credit check. I only provided info about our cars and our ages. 2 weeks later I receive 4 letters on my name and my wifes name that credit checks will be run for insurance scoring. This is unauthorized access of our credit info and it is not ethical or professional. I have no idea how my wifes name and our ages have been entered into the AllState system.

At 80, Ive done business with a lot of insurance agents, none as attentive to my particular insurance needs as Tim Rial. His suggestions are germane to what I need and many times have saved me money, like hundreds of dollars and still bettered my insurance coverage. Cheers x 3 for Tim.
